Kindly refund the amount, as the owner doesnt allow us to checkin, as i had international guest with me, and it was very embracing for me to tell him that he didnt get the room booked for him. Kindly take some strong action, as i had to again look for hotel, we traveled almost 700 kms yesterday, and didnt get the room booked. Very pathetic service

ritz residency hotel of jaipur. was the total waste of money. staff of this hotel was totally uneducated. rooms are soo small and washroom was so dirty. it’s waste of money waste of time. totally horrible.

Check in time is too much people don't know how to behave with customer. There is no taxi service and when i ask for help there is no any help from staff. They don't know the ethics

Stay in that property with family is like you are unwanted guest in neighbors house and they force fully have to attend you other wise 30 min for check in no ac working at waiting area
