Während unseres Aufenthalts in Jaffna haben wir sowohl in Valumpuri als auch in Jetwing geblieben, aber Fox Resorts waren in allen Aspekten bemerkenswert besser. Der Manager Trevine persönlich arbeitete für alle unsere Bedürfnisse und fragte jeden Morgen, was wir für Abendessen und Frühstück am nächsten Morgen gerne hätten - die Nahrungsmittelmöglichkeiten waren endlos und der Chef ging aus seinem Weg, um an unserem Essen teilzunehmen Zusätzlich wurde das Essen immer frisch zubereitet und als persönlicher Antrag Koch Reg bereitete uns jeden Morgen Hoppers. Wir genossen auch den Service im gesamten Hotel, auch im Poolbereich, dank Amith, der proaktiv und extrem aufmerksam in seinem Service war. Es scheint, dass dieses Resort die einzige, die auf die Details und die Überschreitung der Servicestandards aufmerksam zu machen, ist sehr erfrischend für Jaffna. Das Hotel hat keine Lizenz für Alkohol, aber wir waren sehr froh, unsere eigene Likör im Pool oder im Restaurant zu trinken, das sich herausstellt, günstiger in irgendeiner Weise. Sie lieferten hervorragende Mischungen und Vorschläge für unsere eigene Alkohol gebracht. Wir werden in Zukunft immer in diesem Resort bleiben. Danke für die Suche nach uns.

My husband, sister and I spent 3 wonderful nights at the lovely Mahesa Bhavan villa. We love to stay at properties such as this, restored old houses turned into special places to stay, efficient, wonderful staff who throughly spoil us with kindness, delicious food and drinks and efficient care. Juckshan, Janaka and Megala and the other staff went way beyond what we expected to ensure that our return to Jaffna went so well. The delicious Jaffna style food, vadais, Jaffna Kool soup, pittu, mouth watering dishes to bring back long buried memories of a young life spent here. Very comfortable beds, dinner with other guests around the table I could list many other special moments. Thank you SO much for looking after us so well, we hope to be back and have warmly recommended you to many others. Thank you very much from Jennifer & Juris.

For me, there was no other accommodation option other than Jetwing Jaffna! I stayed there in 2018 and came back for a family visit in 2023. Its location in the middle of the city makes it a no-brainer as the choice of accommodation. The breakfast spread was impressive (I loved the bacon and sausages and the paal appam - out of this world stuff!). Staff were friendly and courteous. The roof top bar and the scenery was something to look foreword to winding down the evenings. If ever I return to Jaffna in the future, there will be no other choice for me to stay , except at Jetwing Jaffna.
