Wir blieben mit meinem Pug übernachtet. Wir blieben in Zimmer 315. Unser Zimmer war sauber und stinkenlos. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren sauber und frisch. Das Zimmer schien ein wenig dunkel und die Bodenlampe funktionierte nicht, aber es war nicht viel. Das Fernsehen funktionierte gut und es gab eine Auswahl an Kanälen. Die Toiletten waren vorhanden, uneröffnet und geräuchert/gefühlt schön. Unsere Kaffeemaschine war kaputt, und ich sagte dem Büroagenten, als ich Frühstück nahme und er dankte mir. Das Telefon funktionierte in unserem Zimmer und es gab eine Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Wir verwendeten nur die Mikrowelle, und es funktionierte gut. Das Zimmer war ruhiger als ich erwartet hatte, da es in der Nähe der Autobahn war. Ich benutze eine weiße Lärmmaschine zum Schlafen, aber selbst bevor ich sie wechselte, hörten wir nichts. Das Büropersonal war freundlich und hilfreich. Sie behandelten mich mit Respekt und Pflege. Wir haben den Pool oder die Heißröhre nicht benutzt, aber sie sahen einladend aus und ich war froh, sie waren überhaupt da. Es gab einige sehr schöne Artikel in der Verkaufsmaschine und es gab einen Klopfwagen verfügbar. Man könnte sagen, dass viele Gedanken in die Gästeerfahrung gehen, auch mit diesem ein Straßenhotel. Das kostenlose Frühstück war mehr als ich erwartet hatte, vor allem, weil sie unter COVID-Maßnahmen zur Verringerung der Verbreitung von Keimen arbeiten. Wir hatten jeweils ein Griff und einen Gepäckbeutel, der viele kalte Dinge, einschließlich einer Flasche Wasser, besaß. Und wir hatten auch einen Mikrowellen-Frühstückssandwich. Es gab eine schöne Auswahl an heißen Kaffee, Tee, Kakao, etc. im Frühstücksraum, so war es kein Problem, dass unser Zimmer Kaffeehersteller nicht arbeitete, obwohl es gab reichhaltige Tassen, Kaffee, und Misch-Ins. Insgesamt war ich sehr angenehm überrascht von der Qualität und dem Wert dieses bescheiden preiswertes Hotel!

They giving me free upgrade k-suites and it was a nice clean room, very friendly staff, check-in lady was very friendly and they have good breakfast and right next to freeway so it was easy to find hotel, over all it was a great stay.

I was here with a friend in March and we really enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast buffet was great. We really appreciated the front desk staff and their hospitality. The property was also very clean- the rooms, as well as the common areas. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's a nice plus that DQ is in the neighboring parking lot as well as a taco place across the street.

I had checked the online website of another Choice motel. Entering the motel lobby I inquired about an online reservation price and was told that was an online price and a walk in price was $40 more according to what I was quoted. I said I would go to my car and reserve online. Now what the women could have said was ”feel free to do so in our A/C lobby. Once at my car I did a website search for the Clarion that was right next door. Back to a wallet friendly price and easy check in. Lisa at the front desk was welcoming, professional and I had a positive experience. The room was clean, bed triple sheeted, big screen TV and everything I want in a one night stay. Breakfast was served 6 am to 9:30 am. Love an early morning start on breakfast. I do recommend this motel. Close to eateries, shopping mall and stores.

Best Western Standard ,saubere gemütliche Zimmer mit einem Flachbildfernseher, einer Mikrowelle, einem Minikühlschrank und einer Kaffeemaschine . WLAN ist kostenlos. Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen. Es gibt einen Außenpool, einen Whirlpool und einen Fitnessraum. Personal nett und hilfsbereit Schaut Euch die Bilder auf der Homepage an, schönes Hotel.

Das Frühstück war gut und die Gäste des Hotels waren hauptsächlich ältere Menschen. Es gibt einen Außenpool. Das Parken ist kostenlos und sollte kein Zustellbett sein. Das ganze Hotel ist insgesamt noch sehr sauber.

We booked a Park and Fly package at this hotel. When we checked in the manager said that we booked thru ******* which we didn't know. We thought we had booked directly thru their reservation system. So there was some confusion but the manager Beverly handled it perfectly. She mentioned they had other customers had the same problem. So beware when calling and make sure your really dealing with Candlewood directly. The call we made was very misleading...even saying they were Candlewood but were really *******. The hotel is across the street from the airport so very convient. Clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful including the shuttle driver. Loved the room which has a small kitchen. Comfy beds. Good Park/Fly package includes room and 14 days of free parking. You have to pay an additional $30.00 per week. Next time we need a Medford Park/Fly it will definarely be at the Candlewood. Beverly the manager was amazing and took such good care of us regarding the mixup with the booking problems.

Unsere einzigen Beschwerden waren das Fernsehen - das Sound war Tinnig und irritierend und das lautete, schmutzige Licht im Badezimmer. Tip - verwenden Sie die zeitgemäße Heizlampe und vermeiden Sie den Buzz. Zusätzliche Komplimente an unseren Server, Jessica, im Restaurant The Grill, der aus ihrem Weg ging, um unsere Speiseerlebnisse besonders zu machen.
