Upon arrival we were dubious about the location but they do have gated parking so decided to proceed. This hotel has been updated for the most part but I was very horrified upon checking in and getting ready to wash up when air and very dirty muddy water came gushing out of the sink. I let it run a bit and it did clear up but it was really shocking. The same thing happened with the bath when I went to take a shower, lots of air, mud and muddy water came out. The phone in the room did not work so I couldn't call the front desk. Because I was so tired and the water appeared to clear up I just went to bed. The beds are comfortable and pillows were good. The next morning when I went to check out I asked about the water issue and was told that unfortunately the City of Jackson doesn't inform the hotel when they are doing construction and they had been working right around the corner. REALLY? How does mud and and air get into the hotel system just because construction was going on? the hotel does offer a full breakfast but we were afraid to eat it not knowing about the water.

Ich reiste von Orlando Florida nach Hot Springs Arkansas. Meine Eltern haben in der Vergangenheit auf dieser Unterkunft geblieben und empfahl es mir. Ich bin ein halbpensionierter Koch mit 45 Jahren Erfahrung und 21 Jahren mit Marriott. Ich bin froh, dass ich hier geblieben bin. Wenn Sie während des Frühstücks Milch oder Wasser haben könnten, wäre das großartig. Ich beabsichtige, hier auf meinem Weg zurück nach Florida zu bleiben.

Sehr zufrieden mit der Aufmerksamkeit auf alles. Larry am Frontdesk ist erstaunlich. Er ist so hilfsbereit und hat eine große Persönlichkeit. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren ebenso freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich möchte auch Demetra zu beglückwünschen (Ich hoffe, ich habe ihren Namen richtig. Mit Reisen und mehreren Hotels kann ich den Namen falsch haben. Wenn ja, ich entschuldige mich.) Sie ist auch auf der Frontbühne und ist eine wunderbare, hilfsbereite Person. Alles über 2 Nacht Aufenthalt war gut. Keine Probleme bei der Unterkunft unseres Hunds.

Our non-smoking hotel is close to the Mississippi State Fairgrounds and the Jackson Convention Complex. Downtown Jackson is just one mile away where you ll find the Mississippi Museum of Art the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum and the Old Capitol Museum. You can also visit the Medgar and Myrlie Evers Home National Monument and the Mississippi AG Museum.

Der Service ist sehr freundlich und begeistert, uns sechs Liege Wasser  zu schicken. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig 

Das Hotel ist alt und schmutziglots von Lärm und Menschen schreien im Parkplatz über Nacht. Es gibt einen Kerl, der, wie ein Pop-up-Tent in der Parkplatzplatz gesetzt, verkauft gepullte Schweine. Es sieht aus, als sei er dort schon lange gewesen. Die Zimmeroberfläche war etwas sauber; aber die Möbel waren gefärbt und schmutzig. Wir hatten ein Nichtraucherzimmer, aber der Tisch hat Marken verbrannt. Der Tub hatte Schmutz/Muss aufgebaut in den Ecken und hinter der Badezimmertür. Die Blätter waren gefärbt. Die Türverriegelung war gebrochen. Der Fenstergarten fiel nieder. Die Website sagte, es gab kostenloses Frühstück – Es gab kein Frühstück. Warnung, es gab keine Feueralarm- oder Sprünker. Die Tür hatte eine Lücke am Boden 1-inch. Wir werden nicht wieder hier bleiben. Sollte – verlassen, würde aber unser Geld nicht zurückzahlen.

Ok, my check in was phenomenal! Dee, who assisted us at check in is amazing. She is so helpful and friendly. I am so impressed with her. We needed a bottle opener and she whipped one out of her personal possessions and gave us her bottle opener. Later, when we needed another cocktail, she actually brought it to us in our room. What a sweet woman she is. She needs to be promoted! As for the hotel, very clean, nicely appointed and our beds were super comfy with plenty of amenities around. We will definitely stay here again when traveling through the area. Dee rocks!
