Everything was perfect! The staff was kind, helpful, and extremely efficient, as always in Japan. I loved the delicious ramen served in the evening, the relaxing onsen, the peaceful atmosphere, the impeccable cleanliness, and all the extra services included. The location is also very convenient, just next to the station. I would have loved to stay more nights, but unfortunately, there was no availability. I really hope to come back!

Perfect hotel for those traveling by public transport around Japan -- so convenient to walk right out the door to the station :). As mentioned by other reviews, facilities and free foood are fantastic -- in additional to the bathing spaces, there are a number of lovely sitting areas spread across the building to work in. Room was clean and up to standard albeit on the smaller side and staff is friendly and helpful!

typical dormy and less crowded. public bath, freebies and comfortable. just 1min from the station. LOVE

The hotel is closed to the station and there are many restaurants within walking distance. Room cleanliness is good and the car park is just outside the hotel, very convenient.

Good location, breakfast and onsen

This is my second time visiting Izumo and staying in this hotel. This brand is always my favourite and the breakfast served is the best! I will staying again if I visit Izumo. Strongly recommend!

Very well spot, 15s from the station, hot spring, free ice cream, and free reman from 9pm. The staff can speak english well, nice service.

酒店位置極佳，就在出雲站南門，有露天温泉，前台免費咖啡，晚上多米拉麪，洗衣服免費，烘乾100日元20分鐘，獨自旅行中轉洗衣太方便，附近有食其家，早飯方便你懂的，住宿真值暴雨，雨中温泉太值了

이즈모역 바로 옆에 위치해 매우 편리했다. 온천물과 시설은 매우 마음에 들었다. 조식도 훌륭했다. 해산물이 없는 점이 아쉬웠지만 이 지역 특산인 신지호의 시지미 미소시루는 매우 맛있었다.

一如既往的好，甚至比市區的Dormy inn更好 位置 在火車站出門口一分鐘內便到 飲食 早餐非常豐富更有當地特色菜式 晚上的拉麵，雪條也非常 設備 溫泉非常之好 有免費的按摩椅 職員 非常有禮貌 即使在晚上check in也有人為你服務 出入時也會打招呼

역 앞이라 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 요나키소바도 맛있게 먹었고 음료 무료 서비스도' 맘에듭니다. 조식은 생각보단 아쉬운 느낌.. 이즈모대사 가기 좋습니다.
