The service was great.

Acceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room. Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.

Love the hotel and staff were friendly, breakfast was basic, but good. The area around the hotel smells unpleasant and there are few places to eat within walking distance.

I got this hotel for the transportation to the airport. They couldn't pick me up in the airport. I made a reservation so they can take me to the airport and everything was ok until the day I left. they didn't take me to the airport. This was in the website "This property offers transfers from the airport"

It was rather costly, during a busy time, around $300. CDN. The taxi drivers got lost getting there a few times. As a woman alone, I didn't feel safe in the hallways because of all the working men staying there. The staff were nice and helpful - mostly Spanish speaking. The room was clean but there was nowhere to make a cup of tea or have a snack (other than a junkfood machine). You get a view of a huge loading dock out the window. They said there was a fitness room, but as a woman I would not go in there by myself. The breakfast had a nice variety of foods and the staff were efficient and helpful.

Everything was good the only thing they need to improve is on the cleaning room.

There were bugs in the bed.

This hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport but if you are not there when you said you will be, they only pick you up after charging for the service. I won’t stay at this hotel ever again.

If you are staying for a long layover, this is perfect, they picked us up at the airport, we showered, had dinner across the street and slept, then in the morning, we woke to had the complementary breakfast and to catch our ride back to the airport with time to spear. Friendly staff, fast check in, quiet, clean rooms and lots of blankets and towels in room.
