The hotel is very chic, but the friendly staff made this stay so welcoming. They couldn't have been more accommodating; nothing was too much trouble, and they all went out of their way to make me feel very welcome. The breakfast was lovely, with a great view and nice low-key music; altogether, it created a lovely atmosphere.

A small hotel, well furnished and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and try to help. It is well placed, it is 10 minutes from down town and the hustle. The area it is situated in has plenty of cafes and places to eat (No alcohol in the area!) The rooms are small (we stayed in 301 and 303) The hotel can be a bit noises as people leave the roof top restaurant and the room doors are heavy and bang when closed Breakfast is lovely on the roof top, coffee, water, salad, bread and an omelette served with fresh fruit. Down side is there were some issues, room 301 was very noisy as it is opposite the lift, next to a fire escape that is used by staff and next to the entrance to the restaurant. The room have a kettle and coffee maker but no cups! Some days the wi-fi was down. In addition none of the safes worked. Overall I would stay again due to location and the staff being so good

Nice hotel. The room was confortable but a little bit small and the toilet have a bad smell. The staff was very friendly and the reservation included a good breakfast in the morning. The location of the hotel is close to the main attractions in the city however it was a little difficult to find taxi everyday.

This is a new which has opened a few weeks ago. We stayed as family of 3 for 8 nights. The location is OK although not the best in town. A bus stop and a rail station are just a few steps away. The triple room is spacious and clean overlooking the street and sea. There is a nice sofa which can be transformed to a bed as well. Interestingly, there is a nespresso machine in our room. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful especially the manager Mr. Deniz who helped me find nearby pharmacies. Our toddler enjoyed playing with sweet kitten at the reception area. What we missed in this hotel were quality blanket, blackout curtains and bathrobes. It was unfortunate that we were charged for bottled water. One needs to be careful when using the shower as hot water can unexpectedly flow hotter through the showerhead despite being adjusted to minimum flow. The breakfast was served on request in the tables next to the reception on the ground floor with the same items daily so we skipped it most days but we were informed they will be opening a rooftop restaurant soon where they will serve more items. All in all, this hotel offers excellent value for money and we highly recommend it.

My family of four arrived at the Petrion Hotel on a Sunday. The elegant foyer and serene surroundings welcome us. Check-in for two rooms was seamless. The Sultanahmet Room is spacious and comfortable and boasts a large hot tub. Everything from the furnishings to the fittings is brand new and spotlessly clean. The balcony doors open out to an incredible view of the Golden Horn. The shower is clean and inviting and the water pressure is amazing after a long day of sightseeing or shopping. The smart TV gave us access to Cable TV & Netflix. The internet connection is super fast so working in this beautiful setting can be done with ease. The aircon works great and the bar fridge is stocked with drinks and water. The hotel is conveniently situated and central to most attractions. The bus and tram are just a minute's walk from the hotel. We enjoyed late-night strolls on the promenade. Eminonu harbor is 2kms from the hotel which gives you easy access to ferries to cruise/explore the Asian side or the nearby islands. The staff gave great advice on places to visit and what time so that you miss the crowds. The staff went out of their way to help with anything we requested. The cleaning staff accommodated our late clean-up times. Special mention of Ipek, she stood out from the staff and was like our personal guide with inside info. We are so grateful for your help. Thank you for an amazing stay everyone at the Petrion Hotel. I cannot wait to return.

Kendisi islemi daha hizli yapabilmesi icin yaptigini soyledi. Mantiksiz buldum. Sisteme pasaport bilgilerini girmek 3 dakikadan fazla surmez 3 kisi icin, opera uzerinden. Her neyse, bizi odaya cikaran cocuk oda numaramizdan habersizdi. Uyuyan bebekle gelmemize ragmen ve bunu belirtmemize ragmen yuksek sesle konusuldu. Ben resepsiyonist ve guest relations olarak calistim uzun sure. Bu is boyle yapilmaz. Giriste selam verilir, guler yuzle karsilanir. Nasilsiniz denir. Oda tipi, reservation miktari teyit edilir, oda katı ve numarasi misafire soylenir. Oda isteklere gore onceden hazir olur. Oda tanitilir, veya tanitilmak icin misafirden izin istenir. Iyi istirahatler dilenir. Saygili ve misafirperver bi yaklasim olmali. Yani herkesin kotu gunleri olabiliyor, ama oyle olsa bile insan isini dogru duzgun yapmaya ***ret etmeli. Bizim 2 yetiskin+ 1 bebek kalacagimiz belirtilmisti telefonda, gelmemizden 6 saat once. Bize verilen oda kucucuktu ve bebek yatagi yoktu. Normalinde oda yeteri buyuklukte secilip, bebek yatagi misafir gelmeden konulmus olur. Musaitlik oldugu taktirde upgrade verilir. Resepsiyondaki cocuk bize yatak getiricez dedi. Odaya getirdigi yatagi alsaydik gecicek yer kalmayacakti. Cocugum uyurken seslice kapi calinmasindan hoslanmadim. Genel olarak servise 0 yildiz veriyorum. Odada agir kanalizasyon kokusu vardi. Daha buyuk oda istedigimizde musaitlik olmadigini soylediler, ama bookingde musait odalari vardi, hem double, hem suite. Ayrica kapilarda acayip sesli bi alarm sesi aktif oluyo kapanmadigi taktirde, odada uyuyanlar icin rahatsiz verici buldum. Banyo kucucuktu. Yatakta yorgan yoktu, sadece incecik, kullanmaktan rengi atmış bir battaniye. Klima calismiyordu. Butun gece vantilator sesi vardi biyerden.Bu oteli tavsiye etmiyorum kesinlikle. Ozellikle boyle bir personelle.
