Stayed for one night . It’s reasonable for the price. And service. Provided was exceptional. Food is nice and all. Not much of a recommended place .

The only positive think I can say is location but other than that .. food was poor very poor if you staying there eat somewhere else .. they didn't even provide water for breakfast .. the AC in the room didnt work you have to ask the receptionist to turn it on and off all the time .. the receptionist don't have costumer service the guy shouted at no manners.. no more

Jag bokade ett anslutande rum deluxe, det innebär att rummet har två dubelsängar i ett rum som ser ut som två rum. Hotellet gav oss inte det rummet, istället fick vi ett rum med en dubbelsäng, en enkelsäng och en bäddsoffa. Fyra vuxna människor fick trängas i ett litet rum. Dessutom var bäddsoffan inte bäddad fast jag sa till receptioner flera gånger. Personen i receptionen som heter Tarik var inte hjälpsam. Det enda vi fick som kompensation var transfer till flygplatsen. Vi kommer aldrig tillbaka hit. I booked a deluxe connecting room, this means the room has two double beds in one room that looks like two rooms. The hotel did not give us that room, instead we got a room with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. Four adults had to squeeze into a small room. Also, the sofa bed was not made even though I told reception several times. The person at the front desk named Tarik was not helpful. The only compensation we received was a transfer to the airport. We will never come back here.

Es wurde mit allen Details geholfen, vor allem mit allen Covid-19-mäßigen Anpassungen im OPNV, wurde sehr schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Die Zimmer waren jeden Tag sauber und haben gut gerochen. Als der Boden in der Dusche etwas rutschig war wurde sofort etwas dagegen unternommen.

1- The bad place 2- Old furniture 3- cleanliness issues 4- Lack of credibility 5- Unpleasant odors 6- the third time I did not get the accommodation I requested and booked.I was told that it was not available and the customer did not leave the place after & After 3 days you will get it A few days later, I was informed of the same unavailability

I have been in Istanbul for the 3 rd time and this is my second time to stay in Taxim star hotel , to be honest this is one of the best hotel I recommend to stay for anyone visit Istanbul, Best location everything around walkable street Very friendly helpful team starting from reception and house keeping Very clean rooms house keeping comes daily to clean your room Great view right from your balcony Very affordable price to stay in this hotel . Breakfast was delicious and nice Turkish flavor Over all the hotel have nice vibe and accommodating team around , 100 % recommended.
