Alles ist in Ordnung, bis auf die Reinigung, die schlampig ist, wir falten Ihre Kleidung nicht, wir legen sie nicht für Sie weg, und vor allem musste ich manchmal darum bitten, dass wir kommen und die Reinigung machen, sonst kommen wir nicht, kein Netflix Auf den Zimmern kann man das Frühstück vergessen, es ist besser, es ohne zu sich zu nehmen, sonst ist das so Das Hotel ist wunderschön, die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr hoch. Am wohlhabendsten Ort Istanbuls, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und es gibt viele lokale Spezialitäten. Abends kann man hinunter ans Meer gehen können das örtliche Restaurant mit Meerblick ausprobieren, und die Preise sind im Allgemeinen sehr niedrig.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel genossen, trotz des herzlichen Empfangs, der geräumigen Zimmer, eines wunderschönen Hotels mit einer Dachterrasse zum Frühstück, habe ich mich für 3 Sterne entschieden. Allerdings hatten wir einen Blick auf eine Wand, das Treppenhaus, das wir täglich benutzten, war noch nie gesaugt (und wurde mehrere Tage nicht gesaugt), das Wasser in der Dusche war lauwarm und der Fernseher funktionierte nicht wegen eines Verbindungsproblems in das Hotel (auch wenn wir nicht da waren, um es zu sehen). Ich denke, dass es für ein 4* Hotel die genannten Negativpunkte nicht geben sollte. Es ist immer noch ein schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal.

It was a great experience. All the hotel staffs were very helpful. Mr Chem and Mr Hassan including the other reception staffs were accommodating and they gave directions and other tips regarding the local life. I will definitely stay there again

Sehr schönes modernes eingerichtetes Hotel am Hafen von Istanbul.. Hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, dieses war sehr ruhig, sehr gute Nähe zur Fähre und Straßenbahn. Frühstück ist Okay alles vorhanden. Auf jeden Fall gut zum Übernachten.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und das Personal überaus zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Auf der grossen Dachterrasse, von der aus man eine tolle Aussicht auf das goldene Horn und z.B. Yeni Cami hat, geniesst man das grosszügige Frühstück. Sehr landestypisch, wenn man mal kein "international standardisiertes" Essen will. Abstriche bei den Säften und beim Kaffee.

I stayed at the Ferman Port Hotel in May of 2024 and we were a family of four with two young boys aged 10 and 5. We stayed for 5 nights. We got a double room with a door in between. While driving to the hotel from the airport we came to know that cabs stop on the main road and from there it was about a 2 min walk to the hotel. In summary our stay at the hotel was just outstanding. I am a big stickler for locations when I visit cities and Ferman was so conveniently located. The Kabatash metro and bus stations take you to all parts of Istanbul within no time and are located 2 mins walk from the , hotel. We did Sultanhamet, Balat, Dolmabahçe, Kadikoy (5walking) and many other areas very conveniently. In addition there is an old train (Funicular) which is just 2 mins again from the hotel and can take you to Taksim, Istiklal and Galata Tower. The Galata bridge is next door and one can again walk to the party district of Kadikoy Secondly, I felt the view from the top of the terrace was outstanding. This place also served breakfast and it was very good spread specifically for kids. We loved the variety of cheese and breads on offer everyday and of course the Turkish tea served with small pieces of Turkish delight. As far as the room is concerned, the beds were comfortable, lighting was good and there was enough space (in the room and in the cupboard). The staff always has a smile on their face and I would suggest we use the front desk to book activities in Istanbul such as a cruise etc. rather than pre book. In terms of areas of improvement just two suggestions : a bigger bathroom and a more well equipped gym But out and out , an outstanding stay in the center of the city

Pros- great location, very friendly service, comfortable bed, great breakfast with good view of river from breakfast room. Cons - from what we saw of other rooms, we may have been the last to arrive that day but our ‘superior double’ felt like a converted cupboard it was so small. And they need to improve on cleaning. Looked fine on surface but when looking under the bed for something we’d dropped it was very dirty. May be cos very hard to get hoovers etc into small room but still. Would stay again here but would check room allocation in advance.

Welcoming staff: "The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay".although this hotel is beautiful has Small rooms and small bathrooms also air conditioning not very cool. I do not recommend for a family with small children or large people. Great breakfast: "We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning". Convenient location: "We loved the convenient location close to major attractions". I extremely recommend to go to Mado restaurant it’s like 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Laundry service it’s very affordable. . Friendly staff: "The reception staff very friendly, fast and obliging". Specifically at breakfast "The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, buses and taxis and ferry

Our last trip to Istanbul was exactly 2 years ago. This time again we stayed in Ferman Port Hotel. As last time our stay was excellent. We had a family room on the second level with two rooms, one with a double bed and other with twin beds. Room was nice and clean with all amenities as expected. Breakfast was again reasonably good and served in the restaurant on the 4th level. The staff in the hotel were very helpful and available when needed. There was a supply of coffee in the lobby room as well as cold drinking water. The only drawback the hotel is in a back alley. Overall loved staying here again.

This a very expensive and is barely a 3 star hotel. The rooms are old and worn, the breakfast area has the dirtiest cushions and bench seats and it would appear the no one bothers to clean them the main foyer is an echo chamber as well as being right next to a mosque made me wonder why the staff leave all the windows in the hallways open each day so you get woken up at 4;30am with prayers everyday. It was the worst bed I’ve slept on in any hotel in the world two singles pushed together without any regard for the lag in the middle. I will say that the staff are extremely helpful and nice, unfortunately for them they cannot change the hotel they work in.

A lovely, clean and welcoming hotel in a great location for exploring Istanbul! The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful and there’s a great breakfast buffet too - what more could you possibly want! Thank you to everyone at Ferman Port hotel for a lovely stay.

I have always wanted to visit Istanbul and this was my chance to spend 6 days with my daughter and son-in-law and their son (1 half). We picked the Ferman Port Hotel from the Internet photos. We were not disappointed, on the contrary I would recommend the Ferman Port to anyone spending time in Istanbul. The hotel is located not far from the Golden Horn Bridge. It is very tastefully decorated. Rooms are small but very adiquite and clean. Best room is the breakfast room. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks to them we had a really wonderful stay.
