Harmony Hotel Istanbul & Spa

We was week in this hotel. What I can say about...nice location, good and cozy atmosphere, excellent breakfast. Very much pleasure from personal. We love everything in this hotel. Nice view,you can find everything around, food place,market, fresh strawberry))))) farmacy

We had the family room with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Ideal for us and our 3 children. Very spacious. House keeping was great. The staff at the hotel were amazing. Very helpful. They helped us plan days out and get us transport. It was an ideal location. We could see the coast and blue mosque from the roof terrace. The food at the terrace restaurant was delicious. The blue mosque was less tgan a 5 min walk and were next to Arasta bazaar. Vlose to all amenities. Would definitely recommend fir families and use again.

This is not a hotel.. ! we were unfortunate to have booked this place and paid in advance.. when we arrived late at night and saw where it was located on a very narrow busy main street in the Old Town and the building next door was under construction..! we were horrified. this is a small townhouse..not a hotel. no elevator, no restaurant or bar. the rooms are tiny.. no wardrobes.. there are no balconies from what we could see. Breakfast is served at tables in the small reception area..! We didnt hang around for breakfast.. we couldnt get out of there fast enough.!! Construction workers and machines started and woke us up at 7.0am in the morning..! We moved out after the first night to another "real hotel" and are now pursuing the hotel and the booking site to get our monies back. As you can imagine,.. this is proving challenging... but I urge anyone who has been subject to this situation of false advertising and marketing by both the hotel and the booking sites... to go to the highest levels to recoup monies paid up front. This is scandalous... and I will never book through a hotel booking website ever again...!

Fake photos of rooms and terrace, the hotel was a huge and sad deception for us. I can not understand why they show beautiful photos if the hotel isn't really looking so. We did not stay because although the room was "new", it was absolutely unacceptable. the pic of the breakfast terrace is not like you see here on trip advisor. It is very very little and never with this view. I would never recommend this place, because they offer you a quality service that they do not have. A nightmare.

Hotel under renovation and a building site . Not informed by hotel that hotel was closed and a building site. When we arrived off the plane, very tired, put in AWFUL hotel next door (Walnut Shell). Absolutely dreadful experience all round. Avoid at all costs. This hotel should not be listed on any booking sites.

Dont book this hotel if you have children or are elderly. It's on a steep hill with steep stairs over 4 floors and no lift. Its roof top bar is non existent theres a few chairs there that's all eith a low wall vv dangerous. The house on either side of this so called hotel are derelict and falling down...its not a hotel it's a trumped up basic b and b.The check in destination is 2 chairs blonked in a smelly breakfast area with 3 couches....my view from my balcony was a dump acro5the road seat away from it I paid 600euro for 6 nights of no sleep due to no soundproof room or windows.
