The best hotel in Istanbul! The hotel is connected to Zorlu Center which has all the Luxury shopping brands and several dining options to choose from. The hotel itself is clean, best customer service, and has all the facilities you need. The Spa is really recommend as it is one of the largest in Istanbul.

We had a very unpleasant experience with stuff at the lobby , being there for Christmas Eve , me & my sister decide to eat inside the hotel rather to go out so at 10 pm we came down to the lobby where there is lounge area , for almost 15 minutes we saw that the lounge staff is passing us without asking if we want to order so I called one of the waitress and she came toward us with furious gestures before I start asking she said to me do you have a room in the hotel and I said yes , she continues what’s your room number and I replied , again with the cold face and rude behavior she continues ‘ under the name ?’ And I replied, she turned back to her desk without asking us what we would like to order and From her desk she went straight to reception to verify my information!!! My jaws dropped when I saw this , really rude & unprofessional behavior I was in complete shock that she even went to reception to verify the information, but the worst part was that after she verified and actually saw that we are the guest of the hotel she turned back to her desk and continued ignoring us , I never ever seen in my entire life a waitress permits herself to act like this with 5 star hotel guests, at this point we asked another waitress that if she can took our order , we then asked her if the hotel have another restaurant and she replied yes but the kitchen is closed after 10:30 pm , I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to enjoy the hotel facility, the staff are not guest friendly, the dining section is in some floor but for person like me that wants more easy snacks and chill area wasn’t really good option, not to mention that when we came back to our room we really felt so heavy and frustrated by this behavior, we were supposed to go today to lounge before departing but as for yesterday experience we just decide to check out soon and leave the hotel because we didn’t like to tolerate the attitude of this waitress ( she is the short women with short brown hair ) I suggest the general manager to see the video of yesterday and review their staff!

酒店非常新，房間佈置奢華有品味，各項細節都比較到位。送的小童用品尤其用心，除了全套洗浴用品，還有一件適齡T恤。送到房間的玩具也維護得很好。 客房部的員工禮貌周到，聽到我們早上出門的聲音會趕緊過來問候，房間裏的電源線、衣物一定會收納得整整齊齊 早餐員工稍顯不足，熱食有一份單獨菜單，某天上錯了兩次。但食物質量、擺盤都無可挑剔。 樓下就是zorla，我是很喜歡這樣跟mall在一起的酒店，方便狗

Absolut professioneller Service und beste Qualität. Zimmerservice, Restaurants und Lobby haben sehr qualifiziertes Personal. Für jeden der auf Qualität und Service wert legt zu empfehlen. Ich habe mich wie zuhause und sehr vertraut gefühlt und deshalb ein Grund öfters da zu sein.

Das Raffles in Istanbul überzeugt mit einer guten Lage, sehr großen Zimmern und einem 1A Ausblick. Der Service vom Check-In, über den Concierge und das Spa Personal ist top. Es werden einem alle Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen. Die direkte Verbindung zum Zorlu Center ist auch super. Das Frühstück ist richtig gut & lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Nice spacious room with balcony. The breakfast was delicious. The spa treatments we had were very very good. The best facial ever! We also loved the balinese massage. Many thanks to the front desk employee of the spa and the spa manager. We were disappointed that there was a renovation at the outdoor pool. They immediately offered solutions and thought along with us. Very attentive! The other staff members were also great and especially the butler manager with whom we had a nice conversation about other Raffles property.

My stay at Raffles Istanbul in July was nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel offers stunning, panoramic views of the city and Bosphorus that take your breath away, especially at sunset. The level of luxury is truly unmatched, but what made my stay even more memorable was the impeccable butler service. From personalized attention to anticipating my needs, the butlers went above and beyond to ensure my experience was flawless. Every detail was taken care of, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy my time. I can't recommend Raffles Istanbul enough for those seeking both elegance and top-notch service. I'll definitely be back!

Raffles is our home in Istanbul. Everyone from the concierge Erdem, Mete and Deniz are the best in customer service and always are a text away. Butler team has been excellent. Merve, Mehmet and all the team are great In customer care and needs…. The breakfast team is exemplary in their service providing top notch service each and every time. I’m so sorry I cannot remember everyone’s name but you all are great. The best part is we feel like family when we come here. The gentlemen in the front are always so helpful. Mr. Murad, Arman, Gokhan, Murad K…….everyone is wonderful. See you soon!

Raffles Istanbul is an exceptional wonderful hotel that we are always choosing to stay in! Mr Furkan Aktay the Front office supervisor always succeeded to make us feel at home considering Raffles our destination in Istanbul This time it was my mother’s birthday and he surprised us with the best birthday ever at the Bosphorus lounge Can’t find words to thank him for the exceptional hospitality

Always a pleasure staying at the Raffles, an aspect of this hotel, maybe even the Turkish culture, is that ALL the employees are genuinely smiling and make your stay so much more personal! I wanted to change room once I arrived as I discovered once in the room I wouldn't feel at ease. Within 15 mins they had found another room, prepared it and serviced everything. I feel at this hotel they go out of their way to help, support and make my stay so relaxing. I will bring my family here for some holidays for sure. Thank you Raffles Team , Cok teşekkürler!!!!
