Olanaklar çok az. Mesela kapalı havuz yok. Masaj yaptırdık ama masaj odası eskimişti. Ama otelin çalışanları çok kibar ve çok ***retli. Onların hakkını yiyemem

伊斯坦堡的酒店普遍漲價了……酒店非常老，但是看得出來也有在維護。房間乾淨整潔沒有異味，唯一的缺點就是隔音太差了，哎…也沒辦法 里拉貶值通貨膨脹 員工工資不知道發不發得出 裝修肯定就很粗糙啦…

比較早的酒店了， 1.酒店沒有配套牙具梳子，甚至沒有漱口杯，有浴缸但是沒有浴缸塞子。 2.早餐就那4樣，水煮蛋，炒蛋，薯條/春款，香腸，水果衹有西瓜蘋果。 3.價格算是比較便宜（相對其他酒店），在2個地鐵站中間，其中一個購物中心很近900m，走路大概10分鐘。

리셉션의 지원은 아주 훌륭했으며 청결도도 상당히 좋았습니다. 단지, 아침 식사가 굉장히 터키식이여서 기대했던것 보다는 부실했던것 같습니다. 노 베이컨, 노 오렌지 쥬스.

So eine katastrofe hotel ich habe nie in mein leben gesehen grausam stinkend unsauber alles drekig von unten bis oben das wahr ein schlechteste hotel den ich je gesehen habe in unsere leben für istanbul stadt gayrettepe sogar also einmal und nie mehr

Wir waren für eine Woche hier. Das erste Zimmer hatte einen Wasserschaden und wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln. Leider war es kein Upgrade, sondern eher ein Downgrade. Ich konnte im vorherigen Zimmer wenigstens am Tisch arbeiten, was im neuen Zimmer nicht möglich war. Die Zimmer sind niemals einem 5 Sterne Hotel würdig, eher einem 2 Sterne Hotel. Die Reinigung wird nicht gründlich gemacht und die Bettwäsche nicht ausgetauscht. Der Service vom Hotel ist unterirdisch. Wir bestellten ein Taxi vom Hotel aus, aber erst als wir rauskamen versuchten sie eins auf der Strasse anzuhalten. Wir wollten Kaffee bestellen und wurden zuerst 4 Mal weitergeleitet. Wir haben Essen aufs Zimmerbestellt und es kam zuerst nur eine Suppe und danach erst das richtige Essen. Nach mehr als 1.5 Stunden. Das Frühstück ist nicht zu geniessen. Nie wieder!!

The room as basic clean and comfortable. Breakfast, please don’t pay for this, there was a bakery up the road and his was much nicer. He has lovely coffee and pastries for a fraction of the cost of stale bread, salad and coffee. The cereal was not nice!! Drinks behind the bar were apparently priced ridiculously!! No glass around the poolside (unless bought from their bar) soft drinks appeared to be acceptable regardless of where purchased. The lady “patrolling” the poolside was rude, intrusive, gawping and trying to check people’s bags (lord knows what for). This is not a tourist hotel and we were not there for this purpose. Security did not check any bags, but pool staff do!! Not very friendly other than the odd security guard. I felt like we were a bit of an inconvenience frankly and would really rather not stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, will clean room everyday most the staff are very friendly and polite, specially Mr Ozgur and Mr Suleyman. We arrived 7 hours before our check in but Mr Suleyman gave us room early than 2pm………………………:::::……..

My experience in this hotel was amazing. My room was clean- Bedsheets and towels were changed every morning without me noticing when or the necessity to request it. They almost knew the right time to come in. Their breakfast is healthy and offers variety of salty and sweet foods. The hotel also offers a healthy centre with a gym, relaxation room, sauna, steaming and hamam bath room on the 14th floor facing the sea and the entire city! This space is peaceful and serene. What I loved most was the staff! They were all helpful. From the reception, to the restaurant, to the security and the SPA I want to personally thank the hotel for surprising me with a cake and candles for my birthday, and Suleman who helped me with few tips to get taxis and go to shops smartly! I highly recommend also because it is situated in location where you can reach anywhere by walk or 20min of drive.

The staff, are absolutely unreal, cannot do enough for you, which is rare in such a big hotel The housekeeping manager is fabulous and a lovely guy. Everyone, from the security guy at the door, to the ladies cleaning the rooms..all fantastic I would thoroughly recommend this hotel a real home from home....
