Das Beste ist, auch wenn der Aufzug klein ist und der Raum klein ist, das Wichtigste ist Sauberkeit. Freundlicher Service, bekam ein Glas Tee als Begrüßungsgetränk, kein Bußgeld, weil ich etwa 30 Minuten zu spät ausgecheckt habe, weil ich zuerst das Mittagsgebet gebetet habe. Überall leicht zu erreichen und in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs zum Flughafen.

Tolle Lage, neben dem Taksim-Platz. Sehr kleiner Raum, das Bett ist auch klein, das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Aussicht, aber es war sehr laut - die ganze Nacht fiel alle 5 Minuten etwas herunter. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, aber Sie werden nicht hungrig nach Hause gehen. Die Salate sind müde. Es gibt einen Aufzug, Sie müssen aber trotzdem die Treppe nehmen. Wenn Sie nur die Nacht verbringen, ist das in Ordnung. Ich habe versucht, mein Zimmer zu verlängern, aber sie haben mir eineinhalb Preise berechnet. Gehen Sie einfach 50-100 Meter entfernt und Sie werden eine Million Optionen finden, die nicht schlechter sind.

We paid for deluxe room, but it was the same as the other rooms booked few months ago. The room was clean, but it smells of cigarette smoke, even if it was non smoking room.

It’s a terrible hotel. They stolen my money while I put it in the safe box. Don’t book this hotel. It’s not safe. I have reported to management, they did nothing and threat me. If you search on google you see a lot of comments about missing money in safe box.

The hotel was very poor, they stole my 700 dollars from the safe box and I told the hotel manager that they did not follow up at all and even treated me very badly. It was not 4 stars at all. I hope everyone will read my comment so that they don't have the same problem as me

Sheets and towels are not clean. Rude staff all of them. The price paid is not what you get this looks like a cheap hostel. Even breakfast is not great. I stayed here for 9 days they only cleaned it twice. Cleaning starts at 15:00 PM. When you ask to clean they keep cussing in Turkish.

This hotel doesnt fit the standard of a 4 star hotel. The rooms are tooooo small and the elevator can barely fit two people and most of the time its not working. Every time we get out of the room the card gets blocked they had to reactivate it every time. My toddler toys were stolen from the room and did nothing about it . The only good thing about it that its close to everything in taksim.

The best point of hotel was its cleanness. It was cleaned every single day.Also staff were very friendly specially şahin. our room was very small but the view was incredible. The elevator was the worst part it was small and needs to be replaced by a new one..the walls were very thin so I could hear my neighbour's vomiting which was discussting!I recommend this hotel for friend groups and couples.i guess I will back to this hotel!

Room is very small, has lots of noise , specially connecting rooms. the room next to us mother and kids started to scream loudly at the midnight and listening to the music loud. At least they have to separate families with children from the others. We couldn’t sleep two nights .

Λοιπόν στα καλά ήταν ότι είναι δίπλα από το μετρο και δίπλα από το κέντρο taksim Επίσης ήταν πολύ καθαρό μας άλλαζαν κάθε μέρα πετσέτες όλοι ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και καλοί επίσης το πρωινό καλό χωρίς υπερβολές απλά καλό θα ήταν να είχε κανένα φρούτο σαν επιλογή Και κανένα γλυκάκι Το δωμάτιο όμως ήταν πολύ μικρό και το ασανσέρ επίσης χάλασε κάποια στιγμή αλλά το φτιάξανε αμέσως Απλά δεν το λες και 4στερο αλλά θα ξαναπηγαίνα
