1. Im Rezeptionpersonal war nicht professionell, sie würden nicht einmal stehen, wenn der Gast eintritt, das Aufsetzen des Zeichens 9.3 auf die Buchung (was ist falsch). 2. Die Zimmer stinken. Sie sind nicht sauber. Ich habe ein Nichtraucherzimmer und beide Zimmer geräuchert wie Rauch beantragt. Die Badezimmer waren grob und die Fehler waren überall! ! Die Tür schien nicht sicher, was auch immer. 3. Oh und lasst uns nicht vergessen, dass die schmutzigen und schmutzigen Teppich im Halle. Der mildewischer Geruch und Feuchtigkeit in der Luft. 4. Keine Handtücher im Badezimmer musste 3 mal fragen und schreiben auf WhatsApp und sie würden es noch nicht bringen! 5. Ich habe für das Frühstück einschließlich bezahlt und sie nie serviert, sagte, wir renovieren die Küche, aber ich habe nie jedes Arbeitsteam, oder die Arbeiter renovieren gesehen, wenn ich fragte, warum sie nicht bieten irgendein Frühstück sie sagten“ reden mit den Managern “ - aber ich blieb dort für 5 Nacht (da es nicht zurückzahlbar war) aber nie sah oder konnte nicht mit dem Manager sprechen! 6. Das Fenster schloss nicht richtig, Betten, wo so hart, dass der ganze Körper in der Morgenröte schläft, fühlte sich wie im Boden die ganze Nacht schlafen! 7. Kein Parkplatz, kein Kühlschrank, kein Kleid, nur hängen, um Dinge aufzuhängen! 8. Personal war unprofessionell, sie würden sich nicht um unsere Beschwerde kümmern, mein Zimmer war nicht 3 Tage gereinigt und sie würden nicht die Veranstaltung zu rechtfertigen stören! 9. Ich empfehle diesen Ort nicht, es sei denn, das ist ein sehr letztes Resort. Das einzelne Personal war respektvoll, aber alle Hotelpersonal sind der Grund für die schlechte Hygiene der Zimmer. Ich ging sogar durch ein Zimmer, das alte, scharfe Matratzen fast auf die Decke hatte! 10. Ich bin sicher, dass alle positiven Rückmeldungen hier ein Sklaven sind, da es nichts gab, ich meine nichts Gutes darüber!

So i had gone for a meal to their Indian restaurant located below the hotel called ( Fusion Indian Restaurant) rated one of the best in Istanbul, & while awaiting my meal decided to check out the rooms above at Florya House Hotel to stay there for a couple of nights, before doing that i read the reviews online & frankly they were all not so flattering, but luckily i decided to see them myself & i thought they were pretty decent for the rent i was paying , rooms were neat & clean, which is conveniently located in a posh neighbourhood of Istanbul, the staff is very helpful so is the owner of the property who is hands on, with the airport, shopping malls restaurants & a IB school nearby, & to top it all found a very large beautiful park (similar to Hyde Park in London) which is less then 7min walk close to it, so all in all had a very nice stay at Florya House Hotel.

Das Express-Hotel neben der Hauptstraße liegt vor allem an der bequemen Busanbindung und der Nähe zum Meer. Nach dem Einchecken ist die Ausstattung sehr durchschnittlich, das Toilettenlicht blinkt stark und das Hauptlicht ist nicht hell genug. Im Vergleich zu den allgemeinen Express-Hotels in China besteht immer noch eine Lücke. Die Rezeption ist in der Regel nur für den Check-in zuständig. Die elektrische Teekanne ist kaputt. Ich habe ihn morgens gebeten, sie zu wechseln, aber als ich abends zurückkomme, ist sie immer noch nicht gewechselt. Begeisterung, Service reicht nicht aus.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

Ich habe es während meiner Geschäftsreise erlebt, es war ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens, das Personal war aufmerksam, die Zimmer waren neu und die Betten waren bequem. Es ist ein schönes Hotel. Ich habe schon einmal in einem Loft-Plus-Hotel in der gleichen Gegend übernachtet. Ich liebe Loft-Hotels und wähle sie oft, wenn ich nach Istanbul reise.

There was so much good about this motel! Neat place!! The room was very cozy and VERY small! No big deal at all. The bed had a nice, hard mattress (which I love) and comfy pillows. The shower had plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. The maid service was nothing short of outstanding. Very friendly and excellent at keeping the room neat and tidy. The room temp was easy to regulate. The breakfast had a great variety of choices. There is something here for anyone's taste. Lots of great breads and jams, too. Loved everything about this place. The front desk could not have been more helpful. They were friendly and enjoyed engaging in conversation. This hotel is close to the tram and, of course, the shopping options are innumerable. Highly recommended!!

Dieser Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich. Sehr große Verbreitung von Lebensmitteln zu wählen. Jeden Tag ändern sie einige Artikel. Jeder genießt das Frühstück. Familien und Freunde. Personal beim Frühstücksservice sind ausgezeichnet. Gesamt guter Service. Wenn irgendwelche Fragen einfach die Rezeption anrufen und sie werden versuchen, am besten zu helfen. Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt, weil es gute Preise während des Spitzen Juli Sommermonats war. Es hat auch Fitnesszentrum. Wir waren auch vorsichtig, Zimmer mit Dusche allein und nicht Bad zu wählen. Auch das Hotel war sehr gut bei booking.com Chat. Sie beantworteten alle meine Fragen zum Chat. Perfekte Lage in der Nähe von Taksim und istiklal Walking Street. Viele nahe gelegene Restaurants und Supermärkte sind bis spät geöffnet. Keine Mühe. Für einen August-Stadt gebucht. Danke Nippon Team. Bis bald.
