Ich war weg, um zu verbringen, das Personal ist sehr warm und hilfsbereit. Es heißt sich in der Klimaanlage, aber es ist sehr heiß. Das Personal hat mein Problem mit dem Fernsehen sofort gelöst. Ich würde lieber, wenn ich noch mal bleiben sollte.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

Ich bin für eine Operation in die Türkei gereist und habe dieses Hotel wegen des sehr niedrigen Preises und der Nähe zur Klinik gewählt. Die Lage war etwas schwierig, sich durch schwierige Straßen zurechtzufinden und weit vom Zentrum entfernt, das Frühstück war etwas mangelhaft, sie haben mein Zimmer gewechselt, weil es keinen Blick auf die Stadt hatte und mir das zweite nicht sehr gefiel gut, trotz etwas Luftfeuchtigkeit kann ich nur sagen, dass für den Preis, den man zahlt, alles perfekt ist Das Personal ist super freundlich und bereit, Ihren Aufenthalt zum bes**öglichen Erlebnis zu machen!!! Wenn ich zurückkehren würde? Ohne Zweifel würde ich wiederkommen 😊👍

Ich habe es während meiner Geschäftsreise erlebt, es war ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens, das Personal war aufmerksam, die Zimmer waren neu und die Betten waren bequem. Es ist ein schönes Hotel. Ich habe schon einmal in einem Loft-Plus-Hotel in der gleichen Gegend übernachtet. Ich liebe Loft-Hotels und wähle sie oft, wenn ich nach Istanbul reise.

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss zum Grand Bazaar, diversen Läden, Restaurants. Mitten im Geschehen und doch sehr ruhiges Zimmer (Mit Terrasse). Wir haben im Hotel gefrühstückt. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Das Essen war sehr lecker und man hatte eine grosse Auswahl. Ein besonderes Lob an GONCA. Sie hat uns jeden Morgen sehr freundlich und immer mit einem Lächeln, zum Frühstück empfangen. Sie spricht auch perfekt Deutsch!!! Vielen Dank Gonca für alles!!!! Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und auch die Betten sind sehr bequem (eher weich). Wir hatten noch eine 2. Bettdecke verlangt, was kein Problem war. Die Zimmer wurden immer sehr gründlich gereinigt. Dafür vielen Dank. Dies haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir werden im April wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Für uns perfekt da wir sehr gerne in der Gegend von Fatih sind, Dort ist immer etwas los.

Dieser Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich. Sehr große Verbreitung von Lebensmitteln zu wählen. Jeden Tag ändern sie einige Artikel. Jeder genießt das Frühstück. Familien und Freunde. Personal beim Frühstücksservice sind ausgezeichnet. Gesamt guter Service. Wenn irgendwelche Fragen einfach die Rezeption anrufen und sie werden versuchen, am besten zu helfen. Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt, weil es gute Preise während des Spitzen Juli Sommermonats war. Es hat auch Fitnesszentrum. Wir waren auch vorsichtig, Zimmer mit Dusche allein und nicht Bad zu wählen. Auch das Hotel war sehr gut bei booking.com Chat. Sie beantworteten alle meine Fragen zum Chat. Perfekte Lage in der Nähe von Taksim und istiklal Walking Street. Viele nahe gelegene Restaurants und Supermärkte sind bis spät geöffnet. Keine Mühe. Für einen August-Stadt gebucht. Danke Nippon Team. Bis bald.

I made a reservation for Stay Inn Taksim Hostel via Agoda.com website for 3-6 February.Due to special reasons, I could not enter the hostel on February 3, and in this case, I contacted the hostel officer and informed him that he would check in on February 4.Despite this, my reservation was canceled by the hostel just because I did not log in and the hostel officer said that if I make a new reservation with a higher price, I will only be able to stay at the hostel that way. What kind of customer satisfaction is it that I can't use a service that I have paid for in advance and that a higher fee is demanded again? So I had to stay in another hotel.If you don’t want to happen this to you never choose Stay Inn Taksim Hostel and should definitely stay away! Agoda.com internet sitesi üzerinden Stay Inn Taksim Hostel adlı hostele 3-6 Şubat tarihleri için kredi kartı ile peşin ödeyerek rezervasyon yaptım. Özel sebeplerden dolayı 3 Şubatta hostele giriş yapamadım ve bu durumu hostel görevlisi ile görüşerek 4 Şubatta giriş yapacağımı ilettim ve görevli tarafından hostele giriş bilgileri tarafıma iletildi. Fakat buna rağmen 4 Şubatta hostele gittiğimde otele giriş yapmadığım için hostel tarafından rezervasyonumun iptal edildiğini, konaklama ücretinin iade edemeyeceklerini ve yeniden daha yüksek ücretle rezervasyon yapılırsa ancak o şekilde konaklayabileceğim söylendi. Ücretini peşin olarak ödediğim bir hizmetten ertesi gün geleceğimi bildirdiğim halde faydalanamayıp bir de üstüne tekrar daha yüksek ücret talep edilmesi nasıl bir müşteri memnuniyetidir? Şehir dışından geldiğim için de başka otelde konaklamak durumunda kaldım. Bir an önce konaklamadığım halde onayım alınmadan hostel tarafından tek taraflı olarak iptal edilen rezervasyon ücretinin iade edilmesini ve oluşan mağduriyetin giderilmesini istiyorum. Bir daha asla Stay Inn Taksim Hostel'i tercih etmem ve kesinlikle uzak durulmalı!
