The staff were so serviceminded. Location of hotel was great, alot of restaurants in the area and very close to the Metro. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Hotel room was modern style and comfort beds, We had a perfect sleep before exploring Paris.

Location is good, just a few mins walk from the Marie d'Issey metro stop, 40 mins by metro from Gare du Nord and a 20 min walk, or two metro stops to the Porte de Versailles expo centre. Plenty of dining options and a couple of supermarkets just a few minutes away. The front desk team are great, special thanks for the restaurant recommendation and finding an iron at short notice - handy hint, the hotel keeps irons at the front desk but people take them and keep them in the room so don't leave it to the last minute if you need one! The room was nicely decorated, apart from one strange black wall / door to the bathroom which, to be frank, was quite ugly and looked out of place. There is a safety deposit box but no fridge. It was over 30C while I was there so somewhere to keep cold water would have been appreciated. TV channels only in French, an English-language news channel would have been appreciated. Breakfast is included but, as another review has said, it is limited and crowded. Several different types of decent bread but only one type of cheese cut tapas-style rather than sliced. Also quite difficult to get into the small serving area as it was quite crowded. Internet worked well most of the time. Only one very small bin in the bathroom for all types of waste. Really need a second bin for things that should be recycled such as plastic, paper and bottles. Overall though, it is a good hotel in a good location and I would definitely stay here ago.

Sehr gemütliches Hotel am Tor des Zentrums von Paris - 1 Gehminut von Linie 12, in der Nähe von vielen Geschäften, Restaurants usw. Unbedenkliche Reinigung in einer sehr schönen funktionellen Dekor im Zimmer. Vorsichtspersonen. Frühstück auf der Terrasse, bevor ich die Störung der Hauptstadt angreife. Ich komme ohne Zweifel zurück.

Ein kleines einfaches und komfortables Hotel mit einer guten Anbindung Metro und Velib Fahrradstation keine 100 m ! Auch die dörfliche Infrastruktur rundum Supermarkt, Bäcker, Parkhaus, Bistro, Apotheke ist super! Nettes Personal! Betten waren gut! Das Frühstück völlig ausreichend! Allerdings kann es zu Stoßzeiten im kleinen Frühstücksraum schnell voll werden.

Très beau 5 étoiles avec un bâtiment historique et un bâtiment high tech Service au top Chambres tres confortables et au calme Restaurant de qualité...je recommande le petit déjeuner et ses œufs brouillés. Spa très agréable Petite mention spéciale pour Alexia et Isabelle très professionnelles dans leur massage

Ich würde es 1/5 geben, wenn es nicht für den Rezeptor Thomas. Hatte 2 Rezeptoren, die unsere Gruppe unwohlfühlen, dann setzen Sie das Telefon einer Frau, die plötzlich war und aggressiv mit mir sprach. Wenn Sie ein Vierfachzimmer reservieren wollen, erhalten Sie nicht eins, wie ich eins reservierte, ich habe 2 Zimmer 1 Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und 1 Zimmer mit 1 Doppelbett. Nicht nur bin ich ein Doppelbett, das nicht nur meine Buchung ist, sondern auch mich und meine Freunde waren nicht im gleichen Zimmer. Bei der Ankunft hat ein bald Empfangsmitglied mit mir über die Buchung, die ich gemacht habe, gefragt und als ich versuchte zu erklären, sagte er mir immer, dass ich verschiedene Zimmer reserviert habe, und setzte mich dann an die aggressive Frau, die auch schüchtern und sehr schlecht bearbeitet war. Am nächsten Morgen wurde ich von Thomas, einem sehr freundlichen Empfangsmann, begrüßt, war es sehr einfach, mit ihm zu reden. Nach dieser Nacht sagte mir ein Mann namens Nabil, dass ich nicht die Badezimmer im Wohnzimmer benutzen darf und ich wollte das in meinem Zimmer benutzen, nachdem ich ihn mit Verwirrung sah, er schweige und sagte mir, dass ich es könnte. Ein unweltfreundlicher Aufenthalt, der von der Mehrheit der Mitarbeiter zu Unannehmlichkeiten gemacht wurde, wird nie wieder hier bleiben.

Absolutely awful hotel. Don’t be fooled by the website they don’t speak a word of English, they don’t even bother trying just speak to you in fluent French and laugh at you when you don’t understand. Arrived and where given a room key on arrival to the 4th floor a cleaner forced us to stay in the lift speaking to us in French we did not understand, we told her we needed to get out and she shouted at us then forced us to go downstairs. At reception her and the worker spoke in French and did not address us or tell us what was going on once. We were then given another key, went up to the 4th floor again and the room was occupied. Back down to reception the two workers argued then gave us the same key we were given in the first place. The room was tiny and boiling, our window opened wide into the corridor of the hotel. Anyone could get through it into our room so we had to keep it shut and stay boiling, no fresh air possible at all,, even with the window open. The shower was like a public one at a swimming pool - turned off every 30 seconds you had to keep pressing the button to turn it back on. Not only that the bathroom was so small you couldn’t mive without the shower curtain sticking to you, and the shower flooded the whole bathroom, leaking into the bedroom even with the shower curtain shut, bath mat down and bathroom door shut. The bed squeaked with the slightest touch could not move all night without it making a racket. I did not get a single bit of sleep because the walls were ridiculously thin I could hear the person next to us showering and drying their hair at 2 am and every door opening and closing. The next day we changed rooms and the new room was fine. However on our last day we had an early start, breakfast supposedly starts at 6 we went down at 6:15 and got turned away, the man just kept saying check out? Sortie? To us so we took that as a cue to leave. Staff are incredibly rude. Also would not recommend booking with lastminute.com as customer service is non existent, no help at all. Worst hotel stay I have ever had.

Ich habe mehrere Meinungen gelesen, bevor ich das meine! Ben sie sind weit von mir beeinflussen! Pour y avoir passé 1 nuit ( du 08 au 09/11/2020) je pense que les commentaires que j'ai lu sont dignes pour une chambre payée environ 200€ la nuit beaucoup d'exigences demandées pour à pein € 60 une chambre au pied de paris ! Dieser Preis entspricht fast den Hotels der ersten Klasse, wo Sie wie in einer Kaninchenhäuse sind. Ankunft am 8 in der Nacht sehr gut begrüßt und sogar die Vorlage, uns von Zimmer wechseln angesichts der schweren Tasche, die wir gingen, weil das Hotel einen Aufzug hat, der nur auf 5 Etagen geht, während es 6 Etagen ... offen sympas cette proposition qui nous a gut gemacht Service ... Ich wartete auf 9/11 meine Frau, die eine Prüfung über 6 Stunden durchführte, hat akzeptiert, dass ich im Zimmer bleiben anstatt zu warten, besser draußen ... Aussicht von außen kann vielleicht Angst haben, aber wenn ich wieder zurückkomme es ist zusätzlich andere Super-Home, sauber, arrangierend und interessant dekor inneren fahren uns ein Kant nach Ägypten! Ich empfehle dieses Hotel und wenn ich zurückkehren würde ich nicht zögern

Booked this via TUI for a 3 night stay in Paris and we weren't disappointed. Firstly the hotel is only a short walk from the nearest metro station, about 5 minutes. The hotel itself is very nicely decorated and the rooms are very well equipped. Bed is comfortable and bathrooms have exactly what you need. The front desk and staff are very helpful. If you are looking for a base to allow you to explore paris you cant ho wrong with this hotel. You can be at the Eiffel Tower in less than 20 minutes
