Ctrip sollte mir wirklich die Preisdifferenz erstatten. Ich habe schon oft in dem Hotel übernachtet. Ich habe es schon einmal mit Kunden gebucht. Es liegt neben der 33-Loch-Brücke. Die Lage ist gut und das Frühstück ist gut. Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer mit nur zwei kleinen Betten und keinem großen gebucht Bett. Schlechte Bewertung.

Tolles Hotel in der Nähe der Thirty-Three-Arch Bridge

The location is good; it’s located at only 20 minutes-walk from Jolfa district and 10 minutes away from Naqsh-e Jahan by taxi. Also the hotel room was clean. The cleaning staff was very friendly and kind.

Hotel is very modern just like other high end hotels in our country. Service is really excellent!

當地最好的酒店了，電源插頭是歐標，前台可以借轉換插頭。早餐當地風味。建議還是帶方便麪。

服務不錯，相對國內設施比較陳舊，性價比不是太高

地理位置好

The room was very spacious, air conditioning was very good. TV and media was very limited but wifi was available and working well. The connection path between the old and new building where we stayed was not covered and sometimes cold was irritating.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel during my trip to Iran after four years, while recovering from surgery. I stayed with my family for three days, and on the final day, my wife joined us. Shockingly, the hotel staff refused to let her enter the room I had already paid for unless we provided documentation proving she was my wife. What made this even worse was the disgraceful behaviour of the reception staff. The receptionist rudely interrogated us, asking intrusive and humiliating questions and repeatedly doubting whether we were truly husband and wife. His tone was degrading and offensive, treating us as though we were criminals. This was not just frustrating but deeply embarrassing, especially given my vulnerable condition with a visible bandage on my head. Despite paying a high price for our stay, we were subjected to this appalling treatment. While I understand cultural norms, there is no excuse for such inhumane and unprofessional behaviour. This experience completely ruined our journey. I strongly advise against staying here if you value respect, dignity, and decent hospitality. To anyone planning to stay at this hotel, I strongly urge you to reconsider another place.

I had such a nice time here with my family, the location is the best, the room had an amazing view to the famous lannmark 33 Pol, and around it we have everything. The staff were friendly and super helpful, also the room was spacious and comfy. Last but not least breakfast was 10/10!

I'm staying in the hotel right now for 4 nights. The room facilities and breakfast are acceptable. The only thing that bothers me is that the swimming pool and gym have extra charges and are not included in the hotel package. There are no electricity sockets near the beads.

It is the best hotel in Isfahan. I stayed for two nights. Everything was great The fourth and fifth floors of the hotel were newly renovated and of excellent quality. Great location next to Thirty-Three Bridges with a beautiful view The traditional restaurant in the garden was great.
