Wasn't great mostly due to the fact that you had Taxi drivers outside beeping horns all hours of the night. People fighting and shouting outside the hotel. As well as the Fire alarm going off at about 10:40pm. I had to check out by 04:50 Am to catch a train and I didn't get to sleep until about 2:30am This hotel is however right next to Cardiff Central Station so perfect for Travelling by train. Which is why I booked here. After explaining my stay to reception I asked for a bottle of water for my travels and it was given to me complimentary which I really appreciated. The hotel Staff were polite and welcoming, however and the room was quite clean. TV didn't work however which is a shame.

There is no enjoyment for children, the tv has no YouTube or anything for kids, and there was NO lockers for the bathroom door, there’s no privacy, which shows that they don’t maintain privacy.

The location is amazing just off the train station and the staff are very friendly but I’m afraid the room sizes are tiny and we are not big people for the price we paid at over £150 it isn’t very good value for money really

The staff here were all very friendly and helpful. Great location, right next to the station, and a comfortable, well-equipped, room - for a very good price.

Location of the hotel is right next to the train station. Plentiful of eatries and bars all within 5 to 10 mins walk of each other.

Took the train to Cardiff for an event. The hotel is right near the station so it was easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great. Nice and tidy. All we needed was a bed for the night as we went straight out for the event and left the next day. The reason that I gave a 3 for services and amenities is because we never used any

When I arrived at the hotel I checked in and when I entered my room the room had clearly not been cleaned properly. I then went to the reception to tell them and was told that they would send someone up. I waited in 30 minutes for someone to clean my room and d when the lady on the reception said my room is all clean I went y up and she only changed the bed… I went back to the reception and told the lady and she said my I’ll Se d someone up again to have a look …the cleaner came she informed me that they are a cleaner down. I understand that it is a busy hotel and you are short staffed but when I pay for a clean room and walk into a room where there were ***** hairs on the bed and facial hair all over the toilet sink it is not acceptable. My trip in Cardiff I lost atleast 2 hours of just trying to get into a clean room. It was a bad start to a trip I was looking so forward to.

Budget hotel very close to Cardiff Central. Not many amenities, but then again, you get what you paid. All in all, I think I would reuse it if I had to go back to Cardiff.

Very close to the Train station, taking you a few mins to get there. Overall, the facilities are good for travellers with very reasonable hotel fee.

Good location,very quite, the stuffs are friendly, have the map in the main gate
