This hotel is used for tour buses that dump their passengers for a night stay. Food quality was terrible and choice of food was so limited. They charge extra for water, tea and soft drinks even though you pay for a buffet dinner. My worst hotel experience in Turkyie.

The food was solid ass, i wanted to eat rice but i couldn't even find a spoon and my chicken smelled like dog poop, the staff was very unfriendly to the locals and my guide told me that they tried to scam us we had to eat the food but it was terrible.

I had lunch group at Hitit Restaurant after visited Ephesus. The restaurant is big and I think can accommodate big groups (not sure about the capacity) because at that time only my group there. About food is so-so local tasted. Open buffet served

It’s ok. Staff was very kind and helpful but rooms were older than what i was expecting. More cleaning needs to be done as well. Music was very loud at the restaurant. I couldn’t sleep until 11.30. Breakfast was good.

The waiters were very nice in the evening, but the front desk was just okay. We asked for a room with a view of the castle and did not get it.

Otel personeli kaldığımız 1 gece olsa da son derece ilgisiz idi. Oğlumun özel bir ilacını otelin buzdolabında unuttuk. Aynı gün Yoldan aradım, karşı ödemeli olarak bana göndermelerini rica ettim. Aradan 20 gün geçmesine rağmen defalarca mesaj attıp aramamlarıma rağmen hala göndermediler.

I stayed in this location enough days to make a fairly informed opinion. Cleaning in this hotel is very optional. Employees are very bored, disgusted. It is more of a traffic hotel. Buses with tourists come and go all the time. Tourists on tourist tours in Turkey. Very old furniture. Very dirty pool. On weekends there are continuous events with very loud music and you will not be able to rest. The 4 stars on the door are a big exaggeration. I only recommend this hotel for traffic.

Great service, we was here for 11 days. Stuff was great and we made lot of friends here. Only negative was cleanes of bathroom. I wish they but little bit more efforts on cleaning and I think they do(you can ask for better cleaning if needed) . Other than that Hitit hotel is perfect, pool was great, terrace and lobby was awesome and large, almost every night there is live music. I leave with good memories here. Lunch (about 5e) was versatile and great. You walk to centrum city on about 5min. If I go back to selcuk I use Hitit hotel again. Thank you Hitit Hotel.
