Premier Inn Ipswich South East

I stayed on a business trip for one night, and it was fine. Nice and clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. The rooms facilities were good and the staff, particularly Veronika , were very friendly and helpful. The food in the nearby pub was great , and free car parking too.

The service is very good and the staff is very attentive, the boos Matthew is very good and fun he organised everything I requested!!! I recommend going to this hotel if you are in the area and also there is close to the hotel a nice restaurant to

Whilst there were no issues with the room itself, we have a young toddler who can’t walk far or climb stairs. We requested a travel cot, further suggesting likely use of a pushchair, however we were roomed upstairs through multiple doors. I requested a move to a downstairs room, but was told the travel cot was only available upstairs. Whilst the receptionist offered to help carry bags on arrival, carrying young children up and down stairs was an unnecessary stress that could’ve been avoided if someone just used their brain!! Made the stay logistically more difficult and stressful than necessary.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable with brilliant Duvet and pillows. Highly recommend 👌 staff were friendly on arrival and also when arriving back after New Years Eve celebrations the night staff was friendly and welcoming.

The premier Inn was exactly as expected regarding cleanliness, Bedding , and hotel support from their staff. I must commend a certain individual for his professionalism towards his duties and the way he conducts himself in and around the hotel.

One of the best Premier Inn's we have stayed at. The staff are friendly and helpful. Graham who welcomed us on Friday night was great, nice chap. Chloe who tends to the rooms, really lovely lively person who is polite and very positive. Above all, Suzi on reception, you are a star. You were helpful and polite and advised us on places to go and where to park. You went the extra mile and left chocolate and hot chocolate drinks for us for when we returned after a chilly day. People like you are rare and priceless, a credit to Premier Inn, thanks Suzi you made our stay so much more xx
