A marked trail to the site with trail markers for easy direction. This tiny house has solar powered WIFI and lights. This is not an insulated structure and during the winter months there is no running water. The outhouse is located about 50 feet from the tiny house.The spaceThe Tiny House is located in a very private and remote location that sits next to thousands of acres of state land with beautiful hiking trails and access to the Neversink River.Guest accessPrivate and easy parking with short hike down hill to the site if you are unable to drive directly to the site (NOTE: During the winter months all guests must park in the designated parking spot and hike to the site. You can also relax and enjoy the hot tub at your leisure!Our guests have full access to the lake via the community beach, which is a 2 minute walk from the lake house. The good majority of the lake is approximately 4 feet deep; however, by the floating dock the water is much deeper.
