This lovely home is a treasure on the edge of Studio City bordering Sherman Oaks in a walkable neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby including the new Shops at Sportsman's Lodge. Close to Universal Studios and many other sightseeing attractions. The front yard has raised beds where summer vegetables are grown as well as a beautiful patio in back with a grill, small pizza oven, 2 hammocks and firepit. The large table out back is a great place to have meals and gather to hang out with friends. Make the most of the cooks kitchen featuring carrera marble countertops, undermount sink, gas cooktop and oven, wine cooler and Reverse Osmosis water system. It is stocked with all appliances and gadgets one needs to cook up the perfect meal including a Vitamix, Nespresso coffee maker and airfryer. The kitchen opens to the dining table in front of the large window that provides a view of lots of roses and lavender that line the fenced in front yard. This home that comfortably fits 6 includes a large primary (king) bedroom w/private bathroom and opens up to outdoor patio. The cozy 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & the 3rd bedroom has a Cal King bed. The backyard has a large patio with optional sliding cover on the pergola to protect yourself from the sun during the day but can open when it's cooler or at nighttime. Welcome to your Laurel Canyon sanctuary. 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of West Hollywood, but in the tranquil hills of famous Laurel Canyon. Centrally located to everything in L.A. and yet a 5 minute walk to one of the best hikes in L.A: Fryman Canyon Park. Mulholland views close by.Heated pool/spa, outdoor lounge chairs to lay out in the sun, and a pool table will make it hard to leave.PLEASE READ ALL RULES AT THE BOTTOM BEFORE BOOKING.Pool heating/Jacuzzi is extra $100/night. If you want the pool heated before your arrival we can send someone on our team to do so in the morning of your arrival for $100. Pool can take anywhere from 5-10+ hours to get to desired temperature depending on outside temp. Jacuzzi in about 45 mins to 4 hours. Note that you cannot heat both at the same time.Pets are welcome! But there's a $250 fee per pet, and we need to approve it first, so just message us the details.Check-in and checkout times: We're happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. This device doesn't record video nor audio, it only notifies of the noise level inside and outside the property.- Do you have serving dishes and utensils for large groups of people? We do have enough utensils that can serve the 16 guests max.- Do you offer 1-night stays? No, our minimum is 3 nights- What does the extra mattresses looks like? We have single floor mattresses available if needed.- Can we request for a towel change? We do not provide hotel amenities. We do supply one regular towel and one pool towel for each guest during the entire stay, we also have washing and drying machines that you're welcome to use.- Can you explain the heating of the pool rates?
