With almost 3,000 sqft of history and beautiful furnishings, this home will accommodate any occasion. This home offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms with a furnished front and back porch. This home also has a large balcony overlooking the town and views of the river which is perfect for sunbathing. This homes perfect location is within walking distance to local bars, restaurants, and a brewery just across the street. Milton is known for its small town charm and knows how to bring its community together. Every Friday night, they host Bands on Blackwater, which is a family event; so bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the show and array of food trucks! For all the outdoor adventurer’s, Milton has a ton to offer. Located right on the Blackwater River, you can enjoy canoeing and tubing for an all day excursion.
