Stay with us on your next vacation!~The Space~Our year round cottage has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It is set on a quiet private road. The large front deck offers room for everyone, and fantastic views of the water! On the front deck you will find seating for your whole group with a fire pit to keep you warm at night. About 500 feet from the front of the house, at the end of the street, you will find a small private beach for you to use. Bring a beach chair for a day in the sun, or enjoy an amazing sunset over Waquiot Bay at night. In the partially fenced in back yard, you will find a BBQ grill and table to enjoy a meal outside on those warm summer days.This newly furnished cottage has a comfortable open floor plan featuring high vaulted ceilings. The full kitchen includes all the utensils and appliances for cooking a delicious meal. The living room includes a large sectional couch for watching TV or conversing with the family. The 55 inch smart HD TV has Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon built in for your convenience. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV. Also, enjoy views and access to the back yard through the large slider. The second bedroom also includes a queen size bed with large closet for storage. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and a closet as well. Once across the causeway the cottage is located on a small private street. At the end of the street you will find a small picturesque beach. The island is 1 and1/2 miles long, making it great for a walk or a bike ride where you can take in the views of wildlife and beautiful homes. South Cape Beach(3.5 miles), Mashpee Commons(2.5 miles), New Seabury(2 miles), and Popponessett Market Place are just a few places that are a short drive from the home. Falmouth center(15 minutes) and ferries to Martha’s Vineyard are also located close by.~Getting Around~The cottage includes parking for 2 cars as you will need to drive most places. Uber and Lyft are also good inexpensive options. There are a few taxi companies that service the area as well. The bedroom has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and sitting area. The second bedroom on the first floor is twin bedroom. The washer and dryer is located near the bedrooms. Two bathrooms on the first floor offer Jacuzzi tubs. On the second floor are two additional bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen size bed and TV and the second bedroom with two double beds as well as a bathroom. All bedrooms have fans for added comfort. The living area consists of a large living room with flat screen TV overlooking the back yard and the 1000 ft. deck. Modern Italian contemporary furniture and Stressless chairs along with a card table completes the living room. A little computer station with Wi-Fi is available for your use. There is also a wet bar. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need for your stay here! It is fully complete with a Jenn Air range, microwave, compactor, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal and every gadget that you might need.
