Ich wohne in vielen Hotels...meist Marriott. Dieses Hotel erfüllt nicht den Marriott Standard. Wir prüften am späten Flug den ganzen Tag und fast verlassen und fanden irgendwo anders, aber beschlossen, weil wir so müde waren zu bleiben. Ich bat den Empfangsmann, uns ein ruhiges Zimmer zu geben, er sagte, er würde und es wäre ein hoher Stock. Das Zimmer war auf der 5er Etage (nicht hoch), direkt vor den Aufzügen. Sie hatten eine Familienversammlung und eine Konferenz statt und um 11 Uhr war es so laut! Das Zimmer war nie cool, und das Bett war schrecklich! Wie ich schon sagte, ich bleibe meist in Marriott und liebe die Matrix, aber das war nicht die normale Matrix von Marriott. Es schien auch, als wäre es aktualisiert worden, aber wer dieses Modell gemacht hat, hat schockierende Arbeit geleistet.

Ich möchte mit dem ganzen Personal beginnen, dass es von der Shuttle Crew Front Desk Haushalte-Küche Personal die Bar Crew auch der Gast war wirklich nett am Tag, an dem ich ankam, war 9/6/24 - 9/9/24 Jetzt war die Erfahrung, die ich im Flughafen hatte, schrecklich aber als ich an Ihrem Geschäftsplatz kam, wandte meine ganze Geburtstagsfeier von einem Froh zu einem Lächeln das erste freundliche Gesicht, das ich sah war Dion er war patient freundlich und sehr freundlich sowie Margie Stevie und Treka diese Jungs sicher, dass mich und meine Familie als Gast kümmerte sich um sie und erstaunliche Arbeit, so dass jedes Mal, wenn ich nach Atlanta zurückkehre ich freue mich auf Ihren Ort aus der Geschäftstätigkeit zu bleiben und das Wort über Yall Weiter Dank für das haben uns und machen meinen Geburtstag ein Blast in Atlanta Dank Ihnen von Sharon Jackson

We are repeat customers —-Comfortable bedding, CLEAN, quiet, and gorgeous, peaceful grounds surrounding the hotel. Our favorite part of the stay is dining downstairs. The food is great, but service can’t be beat. These ladies always make us feel like family….thank you Lantania, Zae and crew!!! You are the biggest reason we return to this hotel. Thank you! Doubletree und Hilton kommen wieder durch!!!! Ich arbeite in einem Ort Atlanta Krankenhaus über Nacht und bin für eine letzte Minute und in einem Pinch in ein Zimmer gekommen. Hilton ist bei beiden Gelegenheiten mit freundlicher und willkommener Service durchgekommen. Ein vertrauenswürdiges Markenzeichen, das mich stolz macht, Mitglied des Diamanten Ehren zu sein.

MMalaika Ball PaigeDieses Hotel war sehr sauber, weil es ein neues Hotel ist. Die Ausstattung war schön. Schönes Bild im Fernsehen und viel Platz für Ihre Kleidung zu lagern. Allerdings war die Eincheckung schrecklich. Der Mann auf dem Büro war frustriert, uns einchecken zu lassen. Inmitten der Kontrolle meines Vaters und ich in unsere separaten Zimmer, beschloss er, in drei anderen zu prüfen. Mein Vater und ich sahen unglaublich aufeinander, dass er uns nach einer verrückten Reise dort vergessen würde. Ich hatte einen flachen Reifen und versuchte, irgendwo in der Nähe zu finden, um einen Reifen für mein Auto zu finden, war schwierig. Der Donut, der auf meinem Auto gelegt wurde, war auch flach. So, mein Dad und ich waren erschöpft, als wir zum Hotel kamen. Also, um diesen Mann in drei anderen Leuten zu prüfen, die sagen, wir haben seine Nerven, war so unachtsam. Ich konnte die Frustration nicht verstehen, als wir gerade da waren. Vielleicht braucht er einen Pause. Ich weiß nicht!!! 😔

DDiamondMeine Erfahrung bei Hilton war erstaunlich süß respektvolle Mitarbeiter half mir mit allem, was ich sehr freundlich benötigt und sicher war, dass ich mit meinem Zimmer zufrieden ... fragte mich, ob ich jedes Mal was sie mich sehen brauchten. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was ich brauchte n dort Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit jeden Tag kostenlos heißes Frühstück jeden Morgen harten Arbeit kochen hält den Gast glücklich zufrieden und voll ... der Arbeiter, der bei der Front-Buchungs-Personen in arbeitet Sie ist schön und sehr schön sie sorgt dafür, dass Sie alles haben, was Sie brauchen, bevor Sie in Ihr Zimmer gehen ... jemand, der durch diese Tür geht sie spricht und bietet Wasser oder Snack ... sie sehr gut bei ihrem Job

GGuest UserNach einer langen Fahrt aus Nashville wartete auf die große Marriott-Erlebnis. Enttäuscht! Das Front-Desk-Personal lächelte nicht viel und sprach nicht viel. Stattdessen waren wir die, die Fragen stellen. Es wurde nicht als Platinum-Mitglied anerkannt, erläuterte nicht die Hoteleinrichtungen. Wir wurden die Privilegien nicht wie Frühstück und Hochgeschwindigkeits-WLAN ausgeweitet. Einfach check-in und gehen Sie zu Ihrer Zimmer-Einstellung! Schlimmer noch, wir hatten das Zimmer auf der Firat-Ebene direkt neben dem Aufzug und dem Spaziergang und es war so laut die ganze Nacht, obwohl mit den Leuten laut gesprochen, während sie auf die Aufzüge warten und die Party oben mit schweren Fußstegen umherlaufen. Die Zimmer waren nicht billig am ersten Platz und wir haben hier ausgewählt, weil es eine Marriott für seine Lage. Ehrlich gesagt, das Zimmer war genau wie die La Quinta, die wir gerade aus in Nashville geprüft und war die Hälfte des Preises. Das Zimmer war groß, weich, Bad, ein wenig laut mit dem nahe gelegenen Flughafen und Autobahn und einige Gäste schießen Ball außerhalb des Parks spät in der Nacht. WLAN war OK. Warum müssen Hotelgäste für Parkplätze zahlen, wenn es mehr als genug und weit entfernt gibt? Wir hatten andere Courtyard für unseren 1-month Urlaub vorbereitet und nach dieser Erfahrung beschlossen, alle Buchungen mit Courtyard auf andere Hotels zu ändern.

GGastnutzerDon’t let pictures of the outside fool you! After reading many reviews I took a chance on this place and I’m glad I did! The outside is nothing special but the inside is top tier. The lobby is nice, and the room was excellent! Everything was clean. The shower was updated to a walk in glass shower that looked brand new. The water was hot. There was a refrigerator and when I called the front desk about a microwave they brought one to my room, no problem! The A/C worked perfectly and the beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. Again, clean! Never saw a bug or anything you may be worried about staying in a lower end hotel. The only thing I’d say be prepared for is they require a $100 deposit. I wasn’t aware of that until check in. But you’ll get it back within a few days of checking out.
If you need an affordable, & clean place to stay. This is it.
Oh, and there’s a package store within walking distance for those of us who like an adult beverage to end our day. ;)

CCathyDer Ort war erstaunlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren großartig, sehr freundlich und freundlich. I wish i would have read reviews prior to booking/staying at this hotel. I chose this hotel because it was really close to the event that i was participating in. I will describe my experience however just to reiterate, my stay included extremely unclean conditions, drug dealers in the parking lot, *********** in the lobby and homeless sleeping in the hallways, no hot water, one towel, and stains on the carpet. This place should honestly be shut down. When i checked into the room, i immediately noticed that there were people loitering outside of the doors, smoking *********, and bothering people as they entered the doors, there was trash all over the parking lot and the general appearance of the hotel was not clean/safe. I continued to think as long as my room was clean/somewhat presentable, it would be ok. When i got to my room, i noticed that the carpet was very stained, one of the lights on the wall had exposed elements (didn't work) and the bathroom door did not have a knob/lock on it. The main door did not close easily either. However, I had been up all night and chose to stay a little while prior to my event. I proceeded to take a shower....the water was barely luke warm and there was only one towel. The shower curtain was too short and got water all over the floor. Still...not the worst. I left for my event and returned at 1 am. There were still lots of people loitering outside, harassing the guests. I went up to the 4th floor and was immediately approached by a homeless person asking for money. I did not feel safe. I had to give him money to be able to get to my room. When i went down the hall, there were two metal doors that led to my hall. My key would not unlock them, therefore i had to go back to the elevator where the homeless person was camped. He again approached me and proceeded to tell me how people were not safe in this hotel....but i would be ok bc i gave him money. I headed to the front desk (now 130 am) to ask about the deactivated key. When walking down the hall, there were lots of loud hollering coming from the rooms. One of the rooms specifically had the voice of a man that was preaching (screaming). I was honestly scared to be there. When i got to the front desk, there was a security officer seated behind the desk clerk however she never got up while i told them about the homeless man panhandling and sleeping in the hallway. During out conversation, a ********** walked through the lobby. Still they did not appear surprised. I had made a reservation for two nights, however advised that i would be leaving as soon as it was light outside and cancelled the second night. Overall, worst place that i have ever stayed. In reading other reviews, i noticed that reviews are responded to by hotel staff ”apologizing for not meeting expectations.” This reply in itself is a joke since reviews are repeated over and over and nothing changes.
