We do our best to keep the pools clean but dirt may also be blown into the pool. Summer: Excessive heat will cause the pool to be very warm and there is no way for us to cool it. Locals typically empty bags of ice into the pool to lower its temperature.Late Summer: Every 4 or so years there is a migration of boatman bugs, they take up residence in the pools and are very difficult to get rid of.
