A private driveway and multiple entrances to the house make it easily accessible and safe. Enjoy a stroll through the immaculately maintained yard.The spaceGuests will have access to the entire house and grounds. You will be given self-check in instructions and enter via a smart lock. Feel free to park up to two vehicles in the private driveway, located through the alley in the back. Both entrances include a staircase in order to access the exterior doors, please keep this is mind for those in your party that might have mobility issues.The house is incredibly spacious, including a large, high end, eat-in kitchen, dining room, large living room and entry area, two large bedrooms and a bathroom with tub/shower combo. We include a local bottle of wine with your stay in order to elevate your experience! There are two guest rooms in the house, one holds a king-sized bed and boasts views of the garden. The other has a queen-sized bed and has a gorgeous view of one of the large redwoods on the property. There is also a laundry room area just off of the kitchen available for guest use as well.A deck is situated right off of the dining room area, making for a perfect indoor outdoor entertaining experience.Guest accessGuests will not have access to the suite upstairs on the second story of the house--it is used for host storage. We also have a basement area that is not accessible for guests. The supply closet in the house will remain locked for the duration of your stay.Other things to note-There are two surveillance cameras on the front gate where guests enter, and on the driveway.-This listing is pet friendly, and we do have a pet fee of $50 per stay. There is a large laundry room with in-unit washer and dryer, usage of which is included in your stay.Other things to noteThe only bathroom has both a shower and bathtub that are seperate from each other in the bathroom. For those staying out in the guest suite, please note that you will have to cross the outdoor patio to the main house in order to use the bathroom. The bathroom has it's own private entrance and is not an en suite to the primary bedroom.There are two flights of stairs that must be taken to get to the main entrance. The only way to get in and out of the unit is through the garage/exterior door in the garage. There is no guest access to the laundry facility/ there is a smart lock on the laundry room door in your unit. You will have access to the entire unit during your stay, and the small patio area just outside of the front entrance. There is a private driveway area for parking and an electronic keypad for entering the unit.Other things to noteThere is a Ring doorbell on the front door. This unit is best for only 2 guests, and it is not pet friendly.
