For the Labor Day Holidy, we decided to visit my Uni's museum in the Cavite campus and do a staycation as well.
GOOD:
1. Would like to thank Ms. Rem Sampao FO Manager, for extending utmost assistance to our check-in request. The housekeeping team, B8 bar crew and Door Guards were warm and service oriented. Salute👍🏽!
2. The Atrium were breakfast was served was elegantly designed. The food spread was wide enough for the price range to fill up guests for the day ahead. Their Interns were quick to serve too.
3. The crown jewel of The Bayleaf is their large free form resort pool and open space around it. Very relaxing and big enough for guests not to feel crowded.
4. Rooms were equipped with the basics for a comfortable stay.
COULD BE MPROVED:
1. They should have upgraded their TVs by now to Internet TVs.
2. Please consider adapting to more environmentally friendly Pitchers or Carafes inside the room with water dispensers per floor.

- Stairs to cabins are a bit steep. I love how they built around the trees. Except for one tree trunk blocking the stair around the middle, they put a warning sign which is easily visible when going down but going up could be tricky if you're too focused on not missing a step. My sister hit her head and almost fell back from the impact. Good thing my brother was behind her! That trunk is a tragedy waiting to happen.

PPaul Arwean ReyesThe staffs are warm and welcome, the amenities are perfect for families, the food is also nice we order room service we are shock that the servings are BIG specially the beef bulalo and pancit we are only 2 adult 1 Child and we are not informed how big it is the spaghetti is also nice can request to make it Filipino style, service can be better for adding a ring button or doorbelll to the room so we are more aware that they are doing service to the room, we love the milk and cookies service however due to we are not aware that someone is knocking end up we just saw a letter quite late, and can add a cart or trolley for food inside the room, the breakfast buffet are superb very nice I love the coffee and chocolate eh! The selections are avery Filipino and the buffet are very well! not even a single time run out of food, all in all our experience is good looking forward to visit again with family but will make sure atleast 2-3 days the word is ”biten” Kudos to the Team

PPatrick PolicarpioMeine Familie (Frau und 3 Kinder) hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, eine erholsame Nacht im Hotel Casiana in Tagaytay zu verbringen, und unsere Erfahrung war einfach herrlich. Von der ruhigen Atmosphäre bis zum aufmerksamen Personal gab es mehrere Aspekte, die einen positiven Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen haben.
Unser Zimmer, eine Executive Suite mit 3 Schlafzimmern, war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon war nicht so atemberaubend, aber man konnte einen Blick auf die Natur und die Stadt werfen, die in einem Blick vereint waren. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten, die wir für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt brauchten.
Das Personal im Hotel Casiana verdient besondere Erwähnung. Vom Personal an der Rezeption bis zu den Kellnern im Restaurant waren alle höflich, freundlich und aufmerksam gegenüber unseren Bedürfnissen. Sie waren immer bereit, uns bei Fragen oder Wünschen zu helfen, und ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft trug erheblich zu unserer positiven Erfahrung bei.
Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war eine angenehme Überraschung. Das Essen war köstlich und bot eine Auswahl an lokalen und internationalen Gerichten. Besonders gut gefiel uns das Frühstücksbuffet, das eine Vielzahl von Optionen für verschiedene Geschmäcker bot. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass der Essbereich während der Stoßzeiten etwas eng wirkte, was dem allgemeinen Genuss der Mahlzeiten jedoch keinen Abbruch tat.
Obwohl wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt hatten, gab es ein paar Bereiche, in denen das Hotel Casiana möglicherweise verbessert werden könnte. Erstens war das WLAN-Signal in unserem Zimmer etwas schwach, was für Gäste, die eine stabile Internetverbindung benötigen, frustrierend sein könnte. Auch die Kabelkanäle haben meist kein Signal. Darüber hinaus schienen einige Bereiche des Hotels etwas schallisolierter zu sein, um die Geräusche der vorbeirasenden Autos und Motorräder auf der Autobahn zu dämpfen, während wir schliefen.
Abschließend war unser eintägiger Aufenthalt im Hotel Casiana in Tagaytay ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Die Kombination aus atemberaubender Aussicht, komfortabler Unterkunft und aufmerksamem Personal machte es zu einem lohnenden Ausflug. Mit ein paar Verbesserungen bei der Schalldämmung und den Signalunterbrechungen könnte das Hotel leicht den Fünf-Sterne-Status erreichen. Wir verließen das Hotel erfrischt und dankbar für die ruhige Zuflucht, die dieses Haus bot. Wir würden sicherlich in Erwägung ziehen, in Zukunft noch einmal hierher zu kommen.

AAnonymer BenutzerWir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt hier im Lake Hotel Ta***tay. Es ist auch unser erster Besuch in Ta***tay. Und sie haben meinen Eltern zu meinem Hochzeitstag ein kostenloses Geschenk gemacht. Eine Sache, die mich enttäuscht hat, ist, dass unser Zimmer nicht groß genug ist und es überhaupt keine Aussicht gibt. Ich war beim Einchecken einfach schockiert, dass das von mir gebuchte Zimmer ein Standardzimmer ist, obwohl ich selbst weiß, dass ich ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht hatte. Ich habe auch ein Doppelbett gewählt und darum gebeten, ein zusätzliches Bett aufzustellen, falls das für 5 Personen nicht möglich ist. Aber es gibt keins. Danke an Frau Camille, dass sie uns beim Ein- und Auschecken geholfen hat, aber sie ist nicht freundlich 😁 Ich habe nicht das Gefühl, dass wir willkommen sind, denn wenn sie spricht, verzieht sie ihr Gesicht wie ein Pokerspieler, das ist alles. Und guter Service für Niño, wenn ich mich nicht irre. Er hat uns beim Ein- und Auschecken geholfen und grüßt uns jedes Mal, wenn er uns sieht, mit den Mabuhay-Sätzen und bietet uns auch an, ein Foto von uns zu machen 😍 Gute Arbeit, Niño, für deinen guten Service hast du diese gute Bewertung verdient. Die Aussicht ist großartig, aber der Poolbereich ist nicht sauber und das Restaurant ist langweilig. Würde wiederkommen, wenn ich zufällig vorbeikomme ❤️ Danke!!

one of the part that I am not satisfied is that when we were checking in,the ground floor was so noisy and crowded...The front desk said there is a event during that time,I understand,but makes me feel uncomfortable when we were waiting for check in..
and I remember the hotel wrote ”newly renovated”,but some parts of the room,seems old...for example,the shower area,the floor in restroom,the balcony already rusting,the towels semms really old ..But the price is cheap,so I didn't complain about those..Just hope the hotel can make those parts better..
the location is really perfect for traveling!The famous restaurant name “Rosario pamanang panlas” is just in front of the hotel,and there is a small mall beside the hotel,just 1-2minutes walking distance.The sky ranch is just nearby.we can see the lake and the volcano thru the Windows,really nice!

The breakfast is not so nice and they do not replenish the breakfast at the extension area after 9am considering that the breakfast is up until 10:30 am and they have placed a lot of guest in the extension area due to full capacity of the restaurant where the buffet should be.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the size of the room. The hotel was right beside Sky ranch and has a lot of places to eat nearby. The room, Deluxe Twin, can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child.

Von der Ankunft aus fühlten wir uns unglaublich willkommen. Der Blick auf unseren Aufenthalt war die erstaunliche Aussicht auf den Talal Volcano aus unserem Zimmer. Jeden Morgen war es wirklich magisch, auf einen so atemberaubenden Blick zu wachen und einen besonderen Touch zu unserer Feier hinzuzufügen.
Wir waren auch froh, viele wilde Affen um das Gebäude zu treffen. Es war eine einzigartige und spannende Erfahrung, die unseren Aufenthalt noch erinnerelicher machte.
Das Frühstück in Villa Ibarra war fantastisch. Es gab eine Vielzahl von leckeren Optionen, und alles war frisch und gut vorbereitet. Es war der perfekte Weg, unseren Tag zu beginnen, und wir freuen uns auf ihn jeden Morgen.
Eines unserer Lieblingsmerkmale war der gemütliche Jacuzzi. Es war der ideale Ort, nach einem Tag der Erforschung zu entspannen und zu entspannen. Das warme Wasser und die ruhige Atmosphäre machten es einen perfekten Ort für eine gewisse Qualitätszeit zusammen.

but this one definitely deserves it.
Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out.
The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

AAnonymer BenutzerDas Zimmer war schön und komfortabel und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr zugänglich. Meine einzige Sorge ist, dass sie das Zimmer auf der 2. Nacht gereinigen, auch wenn wir es nicht verlangen. Wir sind schockiert, wenn wir wieder ins Zimmer 😂.Wir schätzen die Initiative wirklich, aber wir hoffen, dass wir nächstes Mal zuerst die Erlaubnis fragen. Und für den Pool ist es zu kalt. Hoffentlich wird nächstes Mal ein erhitzter Pool 😊
Die Gesamterfahrung war gut. Wir werden wieder zurück sein.
