"The view outside the room is great as it is close to Kobe Harbour (not quite sure) but it is pity that the soundproofing not quite well as we can hear noise passed from another guest room. And I don’t recommend the dinner buffet here because the menu is limited

PS: Wenn Sie vom Flughafen Kansai direkt nach Kobe kommen und eine Fähre nehmen, benötigen Sie 40 Minuten, um zum Flughafen Kobe zu gelangen und dann in die Sky Line nach Sannomiya umzusteigen. Für Ausländer gibt es eine Ermäßigung auf das Fährticket Yen, was super kostengünstig ist. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es eine Metzgerei, die köstliche Kroketten verkauft. Der Name der Metzgerei ist Moritani Shoten. Denken Sie daran, nur die billigsten zu kaufen und sie sofort zu essen, solange sie heiß sind. Es gibt auch ein „One Night One Night“-Izakaya, das ebenfalls sehr lecker und einen Versuch wert ist."

"Es ist tatsächlich ein altes Hotel. Wer gerne badet, ist herzlich willkommen, aber es ist nicht sehr freundlich, wenn ein separater Duschraum erforderlich ist. Außerdem verfügt das Hotel über ein Auto, das vom Bahnsteig abgeholt und wieder abgesetzt werden kann. Das ist sehr gut. Es scheint, dass wir es immer noch zum Ausgangspunkt der Arima-Seilbahn schaffen können, aber wir sind alleine dorthin gelaufen und es war ziemlich anstrengend."

MMonielleDie heißen Frühlinge sind gut, es gibt Innen- und Außenseiten. Das Zimmer ist sauber und es gibt viele freie Dinge wie freie Ramen, freie Yakult, freie Eiscreme und Gelee im Zimmer. Sehr zufrieden und will wieder kommen. Hotel ist auch neben einem der Eingänge in Chinatown

GGastnutzerDie Dame an der Rezeption ist die beste Englisch sprechende Japanerin, die ich je getroffen habe. Das Personal im Inneren achtet jederzeit auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden. Sie können ihre Yukata anziehen und herumgehen, um Fotos zu machen und herumlaufen. Als ich jung war, mochte ich die Pilzsuppe im Kaiseki-Stil nicht sehr Wenn ich zurückkomme, kann man jederzeit dorthin gehen. Das goldene Bad ist nicht nur großartig und schön eine tolle Erfahrung in Japan.

Ich habe ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Doppelzimmer bekommen! Die Annehmlichkeiten und Pyjamas sind in der Lobby erhältlich. Auf Ebene 2 gibt es auch einen Münzwaschsalon und einen Verkaufsautomaten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher im japanischen Stil gehalten und bestand aus Reis, Natto, Misosuppe, Gemüse und Fisch.

AAnonymer BenutzerGreat that the hotel has shuttle bus service from Sannoymiya station, and the service is fantastic. It was hassle free and easy to get to the hotel. Other services were great as well, however, the laundry service was less than great. There are not enough washing machines for the size of the hotel, and many guests are always queuing for the washing machine. Also, the bell captain is inconsistent with the way of managing the laundry queue. Sometimes, there is a waiting list for guests to register on, while other times, there is a need to wait in person for the key to be available.

GGastnutzerEs war sauber. Ich wollte zwei Tage bleiben, aber am Samstag war es zu teuer, also blieb ich nur einen Tag. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich einen Umweg gemacht habe, daher dachte ich, es sei weit. Später war es tatsächlich besser, den richtigen Weg einzuschlagen. Auf jeder Etage gibt es einen Wasserreiniger. Bei einem Preis von über 200 Ende Februar lohnt es sich meiner Meinung nach. Wenn Sie nach Kobe wollen, empfiehlt es sich, einen eintägigen Stadtrundbus zu kaufen.

The hotel and facilities are bit old but it’s great for its price. The onsen shower area requires more frequent cleaning however as there was hygiene issues spotted.

CCamilla TamI booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on *********** but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good value for money.

KkarekarekareBook a female dorm room for 4 people, but I was alone so have the room for myself. The bed is futon style, a thin foam and then the futon mattress itself. We get a new white sheet upon check in. There's a thin full body mirror, small rack for suitcases and personal belongings, but if you need to, there's also safe box near staff room. The female dorm room is on the 2nd floor, next to the shared kitchen so you can kinda hear other guests cooking or working on their laptop with the wifi. You can have your coffe, tea, cup ramen and even light cooking is allowed as they provided the pans, and also some seasonings. The sink and the toilet is next to it, hairdryers are available and the toilet has bidet seat.
The shower room are on the b1f floor, which a little bit of hassle because you have to pass the staff room everytime. You can wash & dry you clothes too in the utility room next to it, but I dont know if they charge or not. Another kitchen and TV room is also here. Rental towels, bath robe, one time use shaver are also available.
Over all a pleasant place if you only looking to for a place to sleep, and wash your self. It's 5 minutes walk from Oishi station. There's a small river near too which also a nice place for a small walk.
