AAzy LiThe service was a little short of. I read reviews that they are very friendly but i felt that it’s not like this. I felt they were very curt in the way they speak and look tired. Nonetheless, the location was good. Just right at the side of the Chinatown. The hotel is very budget not matching to its price, considering that I’ve been to 4 hotels during my stay. The lights goes off quickly at the foyer. The water flow was small. But it’s ok, it’s eco-friendly i guess. The miso soup at breakfast was the yummiest. The carpark was expensive and they will charge you if you arrive early or leave the car at their carpark accordingly after the check in and out hours. This is understandable but this is where the hotel lost some sense of touch here.

Unfortunately, I didn't get the dinner because everything was booked in the restaurant, but they offered me to bring food to my room. At first I wanted to do that, but later I decided I wasn't sure if I would be hungry at that time, so I canceled.
The location is far from the center and the station, so it is better to spend your time in the village and return in the evening. This hotel is connected to another hotel, so I enjoyed just exploring everything inside. There are 2 public baths, each includes the bath inside and outside (actually, there are 3, but I didn't go outside as it was raining). It was really comfortable there. I chose the hotel only because I wanted to have an open-air onsen, and I got 2!
So, despite the location, I would recommend this place because it has a decent price, it has a great service and it is a perfect place to spend the evening!

AAnonymer BenutzerGreat that the hotel has shuttle bus service from Sannoymiya station, and the service is fantastic. It was hassle free and easy to get to the hotel. Other services were great as well, however, the laundry service was less than great. There are not enough washing machines for the size of the hotel, and many guests are always queuing for the washing machine. Also, the bell captain is inconsistent with the way of managing the laundry queue. Sometimes, there is a waiting list for guests to register on, while other times, there is a need to wait in person for the key to be available.

GGastnutzerEs war sauber. Ich wollte zwei Tage bleiben, aber am Samstag war es zu teuer, also blieb ich nur einen Tag. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich einen Umweg gemacht habe, daher dachte ich, es sei weit. Später war es tatsächlich besser, den richtigen Weg einzuschlagen. Auf jeder Etage gibt es einen Wasserreiniger. Bei einem Preis von über 200 Ende Februar lohnt es sich meiner Meinung nach. Wenn Sie nach Kobe wollen, empfiehlt es sich, einen eintägigen Stadtrundbus zu kaufen.

FFuyunlingfeng這次旅行最滿意的酒店，服務人員超級熱情，而且很周到。到了汽車站立即電話聯繫酒店前台，大概5分鐘酒店的接送車就到了，千萬不要自己走去酒店，千萬不要！！！酒店設施還不錯，房間不大，但該有的都有了，金湯温泉真的很棒，洗去了一路的疲憊！我定的一泊兩宿，晚餐的懷石料理非常棒！量很足！量很足！我是吃撐了回房間的，歇了一個小時才去温泉！第二天再跑一個直接去火車站，非常方便！酒店提供了碳酸餅和和果子，吃了就可以考慮是否真的要買這個當手信了

GGastnutzerThis hotel is next to the ropeway to herb garden. There is a supermarket , train station and ¥100 shop within the same building. There is a 7-11 just outside (level 1). Parking is available at 8th floor for hotel guest chargeable at ¥1500 per night. Breakfast is fantastic - their curry , omelette and smoothie are their specialty. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel .

GGastnutzerEhrlich gesagt ist die Anzeige von Ctrip falsch. Die nächstgelegene Station ist die Station Xinkaidi (U-Bahn), die nur etwa 50 Meter entfernt ist. Obwohl es 900 Meter von JR Kobe (Hyogo) entfernt ist, handelt es sich im Wesentlichen um eine gerade Linie und eine Wohnstraße, was recht praktisch ist. Dann gibt es Shinkaichi daneben, wo man etwas essen kann. Wenn Sie es sich wirklich nicht leisten können, können Sie mit der U-Bahn in 15 Minuten (einschließlich Fußweg) nach Sannomiya fahren, was überhaupt nicht schwierig ist.
Zurück zum Thema: Es ist zwar nur ein Dutzend Quadratmeter groß, aber für diesen Preis gibt es eine Trocken- und Nasstrennung und eine saubere große Badewanne (groß genug, damit eine Person mit mindestens 100 kg Gewicht bequem darin sitzen kann), was schon sehr gut ist.

CCamilla TamI booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on *********** but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good value for money.

GGastnutzerEs liegt 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Sannomiya und etwa 15–20 Gehminuten vom Ijinkan und Nankinmachi entfernt, also war es sehr praktisch.
Es war sehr hilfreich, mein Gepäck vor dem Check-in und nach dem Check-out aufbewahren zu können.
Ich habe versucht, einen Luftbefeuchter zu verwenden, aber es war so trocken, dass die Luft dadurch nicht wirklich befeuchtet wurde. Ich musste also etwas unternehmen. Das Zimmer war jedoch sauber und leicht zu benutzen und ich hatte morgens jede Menge Zeit zum Entspannen, sodass ich sehr zufrieden war.
