Hotels mit WLAN in Amalfi

Die Amalfiküste gehört für uns zu den schönsten Orten der Welt. Um sie zu entdecken gibt es keinen besseren Ausgangspunkt als das Convento di Amalfi. Das Hotel ist etwas Besonderes und ist wohltuend kein Hotel von der Stange. Die Lage des ehemaligen Klosters hoch über Amalfi ist atemberaubend. Egal ob auf der Terrasse, den Zimmern oder im Infinity-Pool: überall schaut man auf das tiefblaue Meer, die weißen Häuser von Amalfi, den kleinen Hafen und die traumhafte Küste. Das Hotel selbst verbindet Tradition (eigene Kirche, Klosterhof mit Loungemöbeln, Gewölbedecken) mit modernem italienischem Style. Viele Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, eine Bar mit gut gemixten Cocktails und eine tolle Deko mit ständig frischen Blumen tragen dazu bei, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Die sehr schönen Gartenanlagen laden zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt sogar Hängematten zwischen Zitronenbäumen. Wir hatten eine große, helle und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Suite. Besser geht nicht. Für uns ein absolutes Highlight war die Freundlichkeit und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Egal ob es um eine Weinprobe, Mozzarellaverkostung oder einen Ausflug nach Paestum ging: Man gab immer alles, damit wir eine schöne Zeit hatten. Wir haben uns jeden Abend auf das Essen im Restaurant Di Cappuccini gefreut. Das, was Koch Claudio dort zauberte, war italienische Küche vom Feinsten. Auch im Restaurant war der Service ausgezeichnet. Selten so gut und freundlich bedient worden. Nicht zu vergessen die sehr guten Weinempfehlungen. Man soll ja bei einer solchen Bewertung auch immer etwas kritisches schreiben. Hier fällt uns einfach nichts ein. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Mein Aufenthalt im Borgo Santandrea war schlichtweg unvergesslich! Dieses Hotel übertraf all meine Erwartungen und bot eine exquisite Mischung aus unübertroffenem Service, luxuriöser Anlage, atemberaubendem Strandclub und hervorragender Gastronomie. Der Service im Borgo Santandrea verdient eine besondere Erwähnung. Das Personal war von Anfang an äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich. Sie machten jeden Moment meines Aufenthalts zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis. Egal ob es um Restaurantreservierungen, Empfehlungen für Ausflüge oder einfach um einen herzlichen Empfang ging, das Team des Hotels stand immer bereit, um meine Wünsche zu erfüllen. Der Beach Club des Hotels war ein wahres Paradies! Mit Blick auf das kristallklare Wasser und die exklusive Atmosphäre konnte ich mich hier perfekt entspannen. Die komfortablen Liegen, der exzellente Getränkeservice und die leckeren Snacks machten die Tage am Strand zu einem Höhepunkt meines Aufenthalts. Die Luxuriösität des Borgo Santandrea spiegelte sich in jeder Ecke des Hotels wider. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und boten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Die Anlage selbst war gepflegt und voller mediterraner Pracht, mit üppigen Gärten und malerischen Terrassen. Das Restaurant im Hotel war ein kulinarisches Erlebnis. Die frischen Meeresfrüchte und die regionalen Spezialitäten waren köstlich und von höchster Qualität. Das Restaurantpersonal war aufmerksam und kenntnisreich und trug dazu bei, dass jeder Abend zu einem gastronomischen Fest wurde. Insgesamt kann ich das Borgo Santandrea mit seinen 5 Sternen nicht genug loben. Es bietet eine perfekte Kombination aus vorbildlichem Service, einer luxuriösen Umgebung, einem atemberaubenden Strandclub und hervorragender Küche. Dieser Aufenthalt wird mir noch lange in bester Erinnerung bleiben, und ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese unvergessliche Erfahrung!

Very pleasantly surprised! A great size bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea! What more can you ask for? Very very good value. The man at the desk was very kind. Cleanliness was good on face value but it needs a deep clean - quite dusty in high places and the mini bar was disgusting! Throw that fridge away! We didn’t have breakfast included so didn’t eat there so can’t comment on that. It is quite run down - if they can they should invest into it - repaint it in places and replace some of the equipment and they could charge a lot more. Advice to guests - take earplugs as it’s loud outside at night and it’s hard to find as there are no signs! But it’s the big white building above amalfi terminal with 2 amalfi flags on it. To access you need to go the main square and then the steps up by the bank on the left (opposite the church) I’d recommend it!

Myself and my boyfriend stayed at Hotel Residence for 10 days and we would definitely come back if we are ever traveling to the Amalfi coast again. Room - The room was great, however, this is the only area where, if I would ask for anything to be improved, it would be this. When we first checked in we were given the wrong room as we requested a room with a bath tub. This was a honest mistake by the staff and we were given the room we asked for the next day. However, the air con system was broken in the room. We complained about this and was assured a maintenance man would be sent to fix it the following day. In the meantime we were given another room for the night which had air con. When the air con was fixed in our original room it then broke again which meant the hotel provided us with fans and replaced the whole unit itself. Once this was done it worked perfectly, but obviously the constant moving about and heat was a little frustrating. The hotel compensated us for this inconvenience and we were very grateful for their generosity. The room itself was beautiful. The bath tub with jets was great but very powerful! The curtains completely blocked out any sun and the room was cleaned every day. The balcony was lovely for picture taking and people watching. Location - the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Right in the hussle and bussle of the town. The bus stop to Ravello is literally opposite the hotel and the stop for Positano and Sorrento is a little further down. The shop to buy the tickets for the bus is conveniently next door to the hotel which is also where we brought snacks and drinks. Service - the service in the hotel is absolutely superb. Every member of staff is so polite and helpful. The only thing they ask is no hot food being brought inside the hotel and that you leave your key at reception whenever you go out which was no bother to us. My boyfriend actually proposed to me on the trip and he organized a bottle of Prosecco and a fruit bowl to be in the room the night of the proposal. The hotel staff also gave us a bottle of Prosecco when we had issues with the air con which was very generous. They also helped us find out how to buy bus and ferry tickets when we asked. Breakfast - lastly the breakfast. Breakfast was included in our stay however we did not have any other meal at the hotel like the dinner as it was quite expensive for us and not what we preferred to eat. There’s lot of great alternatives in the amalfi town instead. However, the breakfast was absolutely amazing. It’s served in the restaurant 7-10 each morning and you order from a slip what you would like. I had the English breakfast and occasionally the pancakes which were amazing! You’re also given croissants on the table and water and can order whichever hot drink you’d prefer. We really enjoyed the breakfast and thought the variety was great. Overall, we would definitely come back and we absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Residence!

Wir waren über den Tag der deutschen Einheit an der Amalfiküste. Die Küste hat eine lange touristische Tradition und so sind auch die Hotels. Wir hatten für ca EUR 300 ein Superior Zimmer mit eigener Terasse. War sehr nett. Die Einrichtung älter aber in Ordnung. Für den Parkplatz wurde noch mal EUR 40 am Tag fällig. Auto braucht man , wenn man an der Küste entlang fahren möchte. Frühstück war o.k. Und Personal war freundlich. Vom Hotel kann man bequem in den Ort zum Abendessen laufen. Hat wohl einen eigenen Strand, haben wir nicht genutzt. Insgesamt also zu empfehlen , wenn man sich die Amalfiküste ansehen möchte.

This is by far the worst run hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel offers two shuttles into the city center that stops at the beach club they have. One of the shuttle drivers refused to drop a couple off at the beach saying ”its not a good time for the beach” making that decision for them and instead forced them to get out at the city center in a very humiliating fashion. In order to use the shuttle service you're supposed to reserve a space as there's only 8 seats. Instead of asking the people that didn't reserve a space to get out for the ones that actually did they asked us to squeeze in. Having 11 people fit into a van. The hotel has a €20 fee if you wish to order room service on top of the prices. The kitchen under cooks food and has a cross contamination issue with the breakfast omelets being extremely runny and tasting like seafood. We ordered a med-rare filet for one of our dinners and a well done version of a ribeye arrived. The waiter noticed that it was inedible after us sitting for about 20 minutes trying to get someone's attention and took it away and thankfully took it off the bill. The beds are thin spring mattress that feel about 20 years old and have the same give as a concrete slab. The electronic ”do not disturb” sighs on the rooms don't work so expect your room to be entered everyday. The waitstaff is atrocious. While having coffee outside on the lounge balcony a waitress walked up to our table in which we still had coffee in our cups and water in our glasses and bottle, started clearing the table touching her hands all over the rims of the cups. She didn't ask if we were done instead she stated, ”I take this”. We tried to insist we weren't finished but it was so disgusting that we just couldn't make ourselves stay. When I brought that to the front desk she said we could stay out there, defended the employee saying she thought we were finished which she couldn't know not having talked to the employee and then asked for my room number. You don't need my room number. I'm paying almost $700 a night. I don't expect perfect service but I do expect to be able to drink my coffee with my wife overlooking the water at 10:30 in the morning. Thats not unreasonable. They closed the beach club on a sunny 70 degree day. There was zero prior notice. Each room has a tablet that you can order shuttles or room service from but it also has push notifications on it. Instead of saying the beach was closed it offered a boating excursion for $1,400. If thats available the beach should be too. This hotel should have a 2 star rating and cost $150 a night for the service provided. If you're coming to Amalfi and wanting to stay here please heed my warning and don't. Spent the little extra to stay at a nicer hotel closer to town. I promise you won't regret it like us.

My first trip to Amalfi was nothing short of extraordinary! Upon our arrival, which was a bit late and dark, Salvatore played a crucial role in ensuring we connected with our driver (thank you, Franco! 🥰). He was there to warmly welcome us when we finally reached our destination. The villa itself is stunning—comfortable, immaculate, and exuding charm. Each morning, we enjoyed breakfast on a beautiful terrace that offered breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Salvatore was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. Without a doubt, when I return to Amalfi, I will choose to stay at Villa Annalara again. The ambiance is beautiful, and the people are truly lovely. 👌 Carolina

Das Hotel liegt in Amalfi, einige Meter vom Hafen mit öffentlichen Parkplatz, direkt beim Dom. Der Weg ins Hotel ist etwas schwierig wegen schmalen Treppen. Die Zimmer sind angemessen groß. Wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den Dom. Das Wlan funktioniert ganz gut. Steckdosen sind viele verfügbar. Das Bad ist etwas klein. Vor allem die Dusche ist schmal. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank Es gibt einen TV aber ohne deutsche Programme, einen Schrank, einen Tisch mit Stuhl, leider keinen Safe. Im Bad gibts kaum Ablagefläche. In der Dusche ein bisschen. Schampoo und Seife gibt es. Das Bett ist angenehm. Ein Föhn ist vorhanden. Einen Aufzug gibt es. Heizungen und Klimaanlage sind vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr ght. Es gibt Käse, Salami, Wurst, 2 verschiedene Semmeln, Croissants, gefüllte Donuts, Brownies, Kuchen, Marmelade, Joghurt, Honig, Nutella, Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Müsli, Obst, Eier & Toast.

We were glad to finally make it to Amalfi after a number of Covid-related delays for our trip. The hotel manager Luigi and his staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very clean, comfortable and finished with beautiful blue tiles. It had a shared balcony overlooking the harbour and waterfront. It was nice to sometimes just watch the bustling waterfront activity from above. Our train was delayed almost 2 hours so we arrived late. If you are planning to arrive after dark, I would recommend confirming access to the lobby for checking in; we were confused initially. The location was convenient to the bus terminal, ferry dock and main square. We loved Amalfi with its alleyways, beautiful cathedral, Mediterranean blue waters and lovely evenings where we enjoyed lemon desserts and cappuccinos in the square.

We arrived on Sunday 22/10/23 with limited expectations, the hotel had a Wedding in progress and this made check in at most casual, initial impressions were ok décor looked traditional and clean, The room 204, that's where it all went down hill, room was small and bland. a small TV hung on the wall, a fridge was in the cupboard below which didn't seem to work and was supposed to be stocked, it wasn't, it was empty, walls were scuffed and could have done with a lick of paint. The bathroom was small and had an over bath shower with usual facilities, the bath needed the sealant replaced around the whole bath, the shower blind was a bit dated and grim the underside of it was not clean. I'm afraid it wasn't inviting, quite the opposite, needed updating. The door to the balcony was new and worked well, when you get outside you see this hotels appeal being 600m Above Sea Level the views are breath-taking. Bed was hard as stone like sleeping on a mortuary slab, not that I've ever done that and i actually slept quite well. my wife however wasn't as pleased, we enquired about a topper at reception, the language barrier did get in the way but we thought we'd got through, alas we didn't get the topper. we had one meal in the hotel which was ok. Breakfast was served on level -1 a large soulless room, normal continental fair ham, cheese, bread, hard boiled eggs some limp lettuce, no cereal to speak of, yogurt tea and American Coffee. Not exactly well presented but ok. my wife is a coeliac(gluten free) and the staff provided gluten free products, on the Wednesday morning and i can only assume that as there were only 5 people in the hotel breakfast was served in the ground floor restaurant, which was better, and had great views, breakfast was served at the table. There was a bar but it was not well stocked or manned. 2x G&T's £8 parking was ok a bit tight but ok. The hotel is in the hamlet of Agerola which has limited restaurants and bars we had drinks at Madame in the square and at the bar across the road when the aforementioned was shut, we had a meal in the next village along, which was also small and only had one or two restaurants that we could find. Not exactly buzzing but very pretty and it was October, also bear in mind the temperature is 3-4 degs lower than the coast, Also it takes about an hour to get to the coast, round some tight bendy mountain roads, if your a nervous driver might not be the place for you. We left a day early and moved to Pompeii as he weather was not good, and we wanted to get nearer to Naples, paid the bill which included a local tax! I'm sure was included on the original booking but i may be wrong, worth watching out for. This hotel is very pretty and traditional the staff are friendly and helpful, it has the potential, to be a good hotel, public rooms are modern and clean but they need a bit of fine tuning, Room/s need modernizing. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
