L'Hotel Le Rocce è l'espressione concreta di cio che il suo direttore e staff trasmettono ovvero professionalità, cordialità, cura, attenzione ad ogni dettaglio ma soprattutto un senso di familiarità che mai ho trovato in altri alberghi nei mei lunghi viaggi. Ma adesso vorrei essere ancor più dettagliato... inizio dalla reception... tutto il personale è stato fin da subito chiaro, professionale, cordiale e sintetico nel fornirci ogni spiegazione nel suo singolo dettaglio ma soprattutto l'eleganza e la cortesia nel portarci in camera le valigie e mostrandoci ciò che la nostra splendida camera ci offriva... si la camera... chiamarla così è quasi riduttivo perché è proprio uno spettacolo... dalla pulizia in ogni angolo al profumo passando dal bagno che è molto grande, pulito, con il rivestimento in simmetria ma soprattutto abbiamo anche la cromo terapia... ma tornando alla camera il pavimento è super lusso per chi se ne intende lo sa apprezzare e riconoscere quindi complimenti alle governanti che ogni giorno danno il massimo per mantenere le camere pulitissime e brillant... siete eccezionali in tutto.... ma il vero fiore all'occhiello è il balcone con vista mozzafiato sulla costiera... veramente top... la prima colazione è abbondante, varia, con prodotti freschi e genuini e c'è veramente di tutto dal salato al dolce veramente ampia scelta... il personale in sala è veramente eccezionale, ci siamo sentiti fin da subito a casa... in famiglia.... e questo grazie a Salvatore che sa avere un occhio particolare e seguire ciò che avviene in sala e nei tavoli.... gli esterni poi sono da favola.... dalla scalinata in pietra, dove chi volesse può anche rivolgere una preghiera nella vicina nicchia con la Madonnina e vari santi... un atmosfera unica e poi la piscina... wow... un plus veramente eccezionale... tutto lo staff a disposizione con teli già pronti e presenza continua per soddisfare ogni esigenza ma in conclusione vorrei elogiare il direttore... semplicemente un grande... è stato sempre presente, cordiale e attento ad ogni cliente presente ma non solo a me ha colpito che lui stesso in prima persona serviva ai tavoli e si cura di tutto in prima persona .... che dire ... è da prendere sicuramente da esempio perché se l'hotel le rocce ha lasciato questi sentimenti sicuramente lo deve alla cura e gestione del Sign. Baldassarre Durazzo.... grazie ancora per la stupenda esperienza siete stati fantastici.... CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Die Lage, hoch über der Küste genau zwischen Amalfi und Positano, ist ein Traum, die Aussicht von den Balkonen der Zimmer atemberaubend schön. Bei gutem Wetter sieht man nach rechts die Insel Capri und nach links den Vesuv. So viel zum positiven... Das Hotel und die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Betten durchgelegen, die Spiegel im Bad teils blind. Das geht auf jeden Fall besser. Teils obskure Details wie Einzelblatt-Toilettenpapier-Spender oder Handtücher mit der Dicke von Tischdecken bestätigen das Bild, dass hier noch von den glorreichen Zeiten vor etlichen Jahren gezehrt wird. Wir haben 4 Tage hier verbracht und an JEDEM Abend gab es eine Hochzeitsfeier im Hotel, so dass man auch nicht abends die Aussicht auf dem Balkon in Ruhe genießen konnte, weil mal mit mehr, mal mit weniger gutem Musikgeschmack lautstark gefeiert wurde. Auch das Restaurant war komplett für diese Feiern reserviert und stand den übrigen Gästen nicht zur Verfügung. Die Servicekräfte waren ab Nachmittag immer alle in die Festivitäten eingebunden, einen Flaschenöffner bspw. haben wir erst bei der vierten Nachfrage bekommen. Wenn die gleichen Servicekräfte dann auch morgens beim Frühstück Dienst haben (bei dem es immer die Kuchenreste der Hochzeitsfeier des Vorabends gab, nichts gegen Resteverwertung, aber das sah schon arg zermanscht aus), dann habe ich sogar Verständnis dafür, dass sie zu müde sind um einen guten Morgen zu wünschen. Alles in allem haben wir uns wie Lückenfüller gefühlt. Eine Information/Warnung bei Buchung wäre in jedem Fall angebracht gewesen. Über die alte Ausstattung hätten wir ansonsten vielleicht noch hinwegsehen können.

Wir waren während unseres Kurzurlaubs in Neapel auch in Pompeji zu Gast in diesem Haus. Es ist wirklich eine top Adresse, die Zimmer sind modern und geräumig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Küche bzw. das Ambiente im Restaurant ist top. Alleine das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl vertragen. Eigentlich wären es 5 Punkte gewesen aber da während unseres Aufenthaltes eine Hochzeit stattfand und den ganzen Abend bzw die ganze Nacht der Lärm bis in unser Zimmer drang und wir dann nach Mitternacht Zimmer wechseln mussten der Punkteabzug. Das Hotel Management hat das Problem am nächsten Tag aber souverän gelöst und daher haben wir das Hotel auch mit einem guten Gefühl verlassen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Nächstes mal hoffentlich dann ohne Hochzeitslärm

Sehr gute Lage zu besuchen Ravello und Umgebung. Sehr schöne Aussichten. Großer Raum.

Das Hotel ist auf dem Strand, in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs und in der Nähe des Bahnhofs gelegen, verfügt über große, geräumige Zimmer mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen. Das Frühstück war großartig, mit vielen Wahlen, und vor allem das Frühstückszimmer war ein Dach mit so erstaunlicher Aussicht auf das Meer und Vesevius. Alles war perfekt

Myself and my boyfriend stayed at Hotel Residence for 10 days and we would definitely come back if we are ever traveling to the Amalfi coast again. Room - The room was great, however, this is the only area where, if I would ask for anything to be improved, it would be this. When we first checked in we were given the wrong room as we requested a room with a bath tub. This was a honest mistake by the staff and we were given the room we asked for the next day. However, the air con system was broken in the room. We complained about this and was assured a maintenance man would be sent to fix it the following day. In the meantime we were given another room for the night which had air con. When the air con was fixed in our original room it then broke again which meant the hotel provided us with fans and replaced the whole unit itself. Once this was done it worked perfectly, but obviously the constant moving about and heat was a little frustrating. The hotel compensated us for this inconvenience and we were very grateful for their generosity. The room itself was beautiful. The bath tub with jets was great but very powerful! The curtains completely blocked out any sun and the room was cleaned every day. The balcony was lovely for picture taking and people watching. Location - the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Right in the hussle and bussle of the town. The bus stop to Ravello is literally opposite the hotel and the stop for Positano and Sorrento is a little further down. The shop to buy the tickets for the bus is conveniently next door to the hotel which is also where we brought snacks and drinks. Service - the service in the hotel is absolutely superb. Every member of staff is so polite and helpful. The only thing they ask is no hot food being brought inside the hotel and that you leave your key at reception whenever you go out which was no bother to us. My boyfriend actually proposed to me on the trip and he organized a bottle of Prosecco and a fruit bowl to be in the room the night of the proposal. The hotel staff also gave us a bottle of Prosecco when we had issues with the air con which was very generous. They also helped us find out how to buy bus and ferry tickets when we asked. Breakfast - lastly the breakfast. Breakfast was included in our stay however we did not have any other meal at the hotel like the dinner as it was quite expensive for us and not what we preferred to eat. There’s lot of great alternatives in the amalfi town instead. However, the breakfast was absolutely amazing. It’s served in the restaurant 7-10 each morning and you order from a slip what you would like. I had the English breakfast and occasionally the pancakes which were amazing! You’re also given croissants on the table and water and can order whichever hot drink you’d prefer. We really enjoyed the breakfast and thought the variety was great. Overall, we would definitely come back and we absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Residence!

This hotel was formerly a convent and is adjacent to a beautiful church, and the setting is serene and beautiful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are so accommodating and helpful that you could not ask for more. The room my wife and I stayed in was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice and the coffee was delicious. The staff were warm and friendly and the service given was among the best we’ve ever experienced. There is complimentary wi-fi ( a rarity these days with most establishments charging a small premium) . We had a lovely stay which was predominantly down to the staff and in particular a lovely lady named Theresa who always went out of her way and was so accommodating. Although the hotel is listed as a “Three Star” it feels like a “5 Star”. Stunning , and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Dieses Hotel war für uns eines von zweien in diesem kleinen, charmanten Ort an der Steilküste und wir waren recht zufrieden. Die Ortsmitte erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuss, allerdings geht die Strasse bergauf. Die Doppelzimmer bieten einen seitlichen Balkonblick auf das Land und das Meer und sind sehr sauber, alles im Bad funktionierte, das Bett war bequem. Es war sehr schön, dass wir das Frühstück auf der Terrasse im Freien einnehmen konnte, wegen der Covid 19 - Massnahmen wurde man am Buffet bedient, auch mit Eierspeisen. Sehr schön und gepflegt sind der Liegenbereich am Pool, die dortigen Duschen/WCs und schliesslich der wunderbare Infinitypool selbst! Zu der Strandplattform am Meer gelangt man mit dem gebührenpflichtigen Shuttlebus innnerhalb weniger Minuten; es gibt dort Liegen, Sonnenbetten und einen kleinen Kiosk und man kann bequem über eine Alutreppe ins Meer und von dort aus direkt losschwimmen. Etwas lächerlich war jedoch, dass uns trotz der starken Sonneneinstrahlung untersagt wurde, die vorhandenen Sonnenschirme zu benutzen - offenbar wegen des herrschenden Windes war man um deren Heil besorgt, na ja.

Das Hotel liegt am Rande einer Klippe. Unbesiegbare Landschaft ist das größte Merkmal. Das Hotel ist älter, die Zimmer sind klein und der Besitzer ist nicht begeistert von chinesischen Touristen. Sie müssen ein Auto haben, um hier zu leben, sonst müssen Sie die Klippe von der Klippe hinunter und zum Abendessen zur Autobahn hinuntergehen. Es ist aber auch ein Erlebnis, den Komfort der Unterkunft für die wunderschöne Landschaft außerhalb des Balkons zu opfern.
