The availability of laundry facilities is a real plus.

Maria's exceptional customer service skills stood out throughout my entire stay. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and provide assistance whenever required, leaving a lasting impression on me. The hotel itself was fantastic. This hotel is just a short walk away from the train station, which makes it pretty central regardless of where in Nottingham you need to go. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although I dislike the insistent emails on the lead in to my visit trying to get you to check in online. Good job I didn't, as I arrived early unexpectedly and was still able to get a room straightaway, whereas I would have had a couple of hours to wait if I'd done the online check in. This is a decent chain of hotels, I've had good experiences in the past and this visit was also fine. Only real complaint was the absence of biscuits with the tea and coffee set up in the room - surely a basic human right.

I’d looked at previous reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect, however we were really pleased with our stay. Location excellent, staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms, although bathroom a little tired, everything was clean. Bed was very comfortable and bedding nice quality. Nice touches included toiletries (espa) , kettle and coffee maker. We opted for the breakfast deal. Quality and selection of food both excellent. Would definitely book again.

Had an amazing stay at Hilton Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Breakfast was a highlight with great variety and quality. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Overall I couldn’t have picked a better hotel. It was trendy, in the perfect location and near all the shops and eateries. The only things I can fault is the views from our windows which were just pipes and an horrendous amount of bird poo. As well as the noise from floorboards needing replacing or repairing

We have a fantastic stay in Doubletree by Hilton in Nottingham. The room is very spacious, much bigger than those Doubletree hotel rooms in other cities, good value for money! The amenities and facilities are of high quality. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in process is very smooth. The welcoming cookies are very tasty too! Although the location of the hotel is a little far from the town centre, we can easily drive to there and the hotel car park is free. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff, very accommodating and welcoming upon arrival. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The facilities was amazing especially the pool. Very happy and thank you
