This is a modern, contemporary style villa that has a wonderful esign. It belongs in the pages of Architectural Digest. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The house can sleep 6 in total not counting children that sleep in cots. The house has an infinity pool 10 meters long by 4.5 meters wide. The infinity pool has black mosaic tile so the colour of the water blends with the sea. The effect is amazing. The pool has an automatic cover that is solar so the cover can heat the pool on its own. Not only is this good for the environment, it is also good for one´s economy as there is no extra cost to heat the pool. There is however a heat pump as a back up, so that a temperature of up to 30 degrees can be guaranteed, if you would like more than just the heating received from the solar cover. The pool has built-in steps and is illuminated as well. The layout of the house is as follows. At road level there is off road parking for several cars. There is one area that is open and another area that is secure and behind a gate. As you enter the villa, you will be awe struck by the views of the sea, the mountains, which are snow covered part of the year, and the Moorish castle of Salobrena that is illuminated at night. It is like a post card. You can´t ask for a more stunning and interesting view both by day and by night. The spacious main bedroom is on the entrance level. Steps lead down from the entry level to the main level of the villa, where you will find the open plan living area. You can even enjoy the blue skies that Andalucia is famous for from inside the villa. Make sure you bring your sun glasses as you can make use of them even when you are inside.
