Erstes Mal: 2.40pm Zimmer haven’t yet done Cou 3pm check in, so we went to tea break ( hotel preparation) Zweite Zeit: 3.00pm : Noch nicht, wir gehen draußen umher Drittes Mal: 3.30pm ENDlich 4 Zimmer 4.30pm Geben Sie einfach LAST Raum. So enttäuscht darüber. Keine weiteren Maßnahmen über die spät vorbereitete"

"Die erste Reise des Prinz, die sich zum ersten Mal unterhält, ist zwei Nächte. Zum Anfang sah ich den Preis der Buchung so niedrig, es gibt unweigerlich Zweifel,  Meine Sorge ist, dass der Aufenthaltsstandard nicht hoch ist. Aber nach dem tatsächlichen Aufenthalt werden alle Sorgen verschwinden, und die Lebensumgebung hier ist ziemlich gut! Die Dekoration des Zimmers ist einfach und unbrauchbar, warm und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist mit einem warmen Teppich ausgestattet, die Schale ist sehr gemütlich, und die hygienische Reinigung ist recht gut und es ist sehr beruhigend. Das Leben in der Umgebung ist auch sehr geil. Eine Nacht, alle Arten von Süßigkeiten und Restaurants sind voll und nicht zu essen. Der Verkehr ist noch bequemer, weniger als 10 Minuten von der Auto-Transferstation und der Bahnhof entfernt, ob Sie anderswo spielen wollen oder um den Wagen zurückzufahren, es ist sehr bequem! Dieses Aufenthaltserlebnis übersteigt die Erwartungen, das nächste Mal wird es sicher wieder kommen!"

"Location is near to Luodong night market. Room is clean and kids love it as there is slide in the room. Hence the kids are playing non stop. Afew breakfast shop around the place within 3 mins walk. Only the flooring is bad, there are many cracks on the vinyl floor and you can feel it sinking down when stepping on it."

Location: The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Jiaoxi Train Station, making it easy to arrive with a child and luggage. One of the best parts is how close it is to all the great local eateries—from traditional ********* breakfast spots to noodle shops and dessert places, everything is within a short stroll. We loved popping out for quick meals and snacks without planning too much. Even though it's centrally located, the hotel feels like a quiet, relaxing retreat once you're inside. Room: Our room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The private in-room hot spring bath was a huge hit—not just for me but also for my 7-year-old. The water temperature was easy to adjust, and it became our daily ritual to soak and relax. Kid-Friendliness: Although the hotel has a stylish, adult-focused vibe, the staff welcomed children. They provided child-sized slippers, which made my little one feel like a VIP guest. The rooftop pool area was also suitable for kids (with supervision), and we spent a lovely day splashing around with mountain views. One thoughtful bonus: even after we checked out, we were still allowed to use the rooftop pool and hot spring facilities. That extra flexibility made a massive difference for us — it meant we could enjoy one more relaxing soak and a bit of pool time before catching our train home. It showed how the hotel goes the extra mile to accommodate families. Facilities: The rooftop infinity pool and hot spring area are just as beautiful as in the photos—peaceful, scenic, and well-maintained. There's also a cozy lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks, which came in handy for quick breaks between activities. Everything felt clean, well-designed, and easy to access, even with a child. Service: The service was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. The front desk staff were helpful with suggestions for nearby places to eat and always greeted my child with a smile. They made us feel welcome from start to finish. Breakfast: Breakfast was a treat for adults and kids — a great mix of Western and ********* options. My 7-year-old especially loved the fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, and mini croissants, while I enjoyed the local touches like sweet potato porridge, scallion pancakes, and handmade soy milk. Overall: Wellspring by Silks is a perfect blend of peaceful luxury and family-friendly comfort. Whether traveling solo, as a couple, or with kids, it's a great spot to unwind and enjoy the best of Jiaoxi's hot spring culture. We're already looking forward to our next visit."

"The hotel is great, the private hot springs in the room is definitely the biggest selling point here. The hotel staff are very helpful, we requested to change our rooms to higher floor and they helped straight away, so thankful. Enjoyed the bubble water provided on each floor, great choice by the hotel. The only downside is the afternoon tea and supper, it's designed for kids and so understandably with lots of fried food. If the hotel can just add some fruit into the variety, that would be truly great 👍."
