Weil es die Tourismussaison ist, ist es sehr ruhig und schlafen Sie eine gute Nacht. "This is absolutely an outstanding hotel in China, the best one out of 6 the past few weeks for me. The staff are very professional, extremely helpful and polite and caring. As an example, they helped me get to a village by the beach on Pingtan Island and then checked on me in the evening to make sure i got back safely! What hotel does that??!! There is a fresh seafood restaurant next to the hotel and all the sea produce are absolutely fresh & in huge aquariums, no fishy smell and very clean. Starbuck is on the other side of the lobby. Amazing hotel, worth every penny!"

Es gab nicht genug Ausstattung (Schampo) übrig, aber ich konnte das Personal nicht davon überzeugen, weil ich nicht Chinesisch sprechen kann. Auch ich konnte nicht über das Frühstückssystem verstehen, so dass ich es nicht hatte.. Das Zimmer war jedoch spezial und sauber, die Lage ist gut, da es nahe am Strand und den Geschäften ist. "Ich habe dieses Hotel für Reisen gebucht. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung, darunter auch Fachgeschäfte. Es sollte ein Wahrzeichen sein. Der Service an der Rezeption ist wirklich gleichgültig. An der Rezeption arbeiten 3 oder 4 Leute, die keine Ahnung haben, was ein bisschen ekelhaft ist Mückensicheres Fenster, und es ist schwierig, in einem Zimmer auf einer hohen Etage zu leben. Das Hotel sollte renoviert werden. Die Flure sind dunkel und unordentlich und runter. Wirklich nutzlos. Das Willkommensgeschenk war so geizig, dass man es besser nicht geben sollte. Das Mineralwasser im Zimmer schien 300 ml zu sein."

Die Zimmertüren waren ein bisschen schwierig zu manövrieren. Obwohl das Personal freundlich ging die zusätzliche Meile, um mir zu zeigen, wie sie zu öffnen und zu schließen, gab ich nach dem dritten Versuch auf. Frühstück war einfach, nichts Fantasie. Ein großer Fehler kam in dem Zimmer, was mir ziemlich Angst gab. Auch dieser Ort ist nicht ideal, wenn Sie mit großen Koffern reisen, aber das Personal ist unglaublich hilfreich und immer bereit, bei der Beförderung von Gepäck auf und runter zu helfen. Insgesamt, eine schöne Aussicht und warme Service, mit einigen Quirks zu beachten."

DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street. The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist. The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries. The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same). In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

GGastnutzerThe staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent. The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable. The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement. In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.

LLIM KOK LIANGOverall, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at this hotel. • Location: The hotel is ideally situated, surrounded by plenty of great dining options and just steps away from a major attraction—LongWangTou (Dragon King Head)—along with a vast and beautiful beach. • Staff: Everyone was exceptionally friendly, especially the manageress. She was not only present at the reception but also in the breakfast hall every morning. Her professionalism and constant smile made our check-in and check-out experiences seamless. • Room: Our room was clean and comfortable, though the newly installed projector had some issues: the image was too dark, the startup time was slow, and it lacked TV functionality. Despite these minor drawbacks, we would definitely return. We truly appreciated the genuine warmth and honesty of the staff. Keep up the great work, PingTan!

Sie schlugen einen Essensort und zeigten uns, dass wir dorthin kommen. Am Abend fragte ich, ob ich noch etwas Süßigkeiten bekommen könnte, und ein Mädchen aus der Rezeption brachte mir eine ganze Menge von ihren Unterschriftsgummi und Cookies! Ihre Energie und Eifer, mit allem zu helfen, was wir brauchen, machte einen großen Unterschied. Wir hatten eine dringende Änderung unseres Plans und das Hotelpersonal hat uns sehr geholfen. Das Design ist einfach erstaunlich! Zimmer sind ruhig, sauber und künstlerisch. Wir genossen alles davon, alle Details! Und die Lage ist auch schön. Alles war perfekt! Das Hotel ist ein wirklicher Highlight des Personals! Ich wünsche dieses Hotel Wohlstand und hoffe, dass viele mehr Menschen ihren Aufenthalt genießen werden, wie wir es getan haben.

GGastnutzerAus Fuzhou nach Pyongyang, weil ich das Meer besser erleben möchte, möchte ich nicht in der Stadt leben. Since foreigners can not access Chinese digital currency (Wechat pay or Alipay) hotel staff generously supported me with transport from the hotel to the Kiteboarding beach and other locations. Good functional apartment, well maintained and clean. Fridge would be a bonus! Very tastey Chinese breakfast.
