"Das Hotel ist eine Seestadt, einige Kilometer von der Landschaftszone des Ewigkeitsgebäudes entfernt, sehr groß, hat einen eigenen Parkplatz, ist selbstfahrend, aber ohne Auto ist es etwas unkomfortabel. Das Restaurant ist sehr reichhaltig und es gibt auch viele Restaurants, die zu essen sind, also kein Problem. Die Kellner sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, ob es sich um einen Restaurant-Kellner oder um eine saubere Etage handelt, ist sehr gut. Ein bisschen unzureichend ist, dass die Zimmeranlage etwas alt und nicht repariert ist. Die Toilette ist schlecht, das Wasser ist verwirrt, die Lichtschalter sind falsch, der Schlafzimmer-Ventilator ist die Lichter öffnen, der Lichtschalter ist die Windschutzscheibe, die Windschutzscheibe ist die ganze Müll! Die Stromkarte wird manchmal springen, die Heizung und Klimaanlage sind auf 35 Grad geöffnet und der Kältewind ist noch immer scharf! Zusammenfassend fühlt es sich nie wieder repariert, und ich bin mir auch neugierig, wie die Gäste noch nie eine Reaktion hatten."

"酒店位置距離中山路很近，停車場停車位較多但擁擠，停車場出場禁左需注意。
房間裝修屬於傳統風格，長時間使用已有缺陷。洗手盆底部滲水，滴漏一地都是，打掃衞生的人員居然沒有關注沒有上報，還需要住店人自己來報。
房間內帶有一台電腦，但是我自帶了一台，發現無線網絡有偶爾斷連的情況，看見桌上有一根網絡線，插上發現無反應，等到要退房時發現，網線另一頭居然是連在房間自帶的電腦上的，你這根線存在的意義呢？
房間內能聽到頻繁不持續的嗡嗡聲，不知道是哪個設備產生的噪音。衞生間排氣扇聽不見聲音，不確定是否正常運轉，但是衞生間氣味需要很久才能排散。
房間內電源插座位置比較奇特，一側牀頭櫃的插座位置位於牀頭櫃後面，需要把牀頭櫃挪出來才可以用到。沙發區域的插座在沙發後面，需要把沙發換個位置才能用到。電視劇懸臂給人一種不牢靠的感覺（因為背板四個螺絲扣衹用到兩個）
入住當天開車進場，門口迎賓人員在地面停車場四處晃蕩，不知道在做什麼，就是沒有引導，我開車到側面發現沒位置，在拐角倒車轉回了相當長一些時間，迎賓人員也毫無反應。開車停到他旁邊，開窗問詢，他居然也沒有第一時間注意力集中，相對於晚上的迎賓人員根本是兩種水平，是因為晚上有宴席嗎？前台服務很熱情。電梯在1樓和房間樓層抵達時沒有提示音，等待電梯到來時如果沒有關注，常錯過電梯，比較麻煩。"

Im Einen bleiben ist immer ein Wunsch gewesen und das mit einem Ort mit großem Umfeld und Personal getan haben, es noch besser gemacht. Die Show am Abend war auch unterhaltsam. "Einfaches, recht sauberes Zimmer im dritten Stock des alten Tulou. Zusätzlich zur Toilette war auch noch eine Dusche in der kleinen Nasszelle. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Morgens und vor allem abends (zumindest beim meinem Besuch im September) sehr ruhig, tagsüber kommen viele Reisegruppen einschließlich Guides mit Megaphonen durch.
Das Tulou liegt innerhalb des Sightseeinggeländes, man braucht also eine Eintrittskarte (50RMB) oder ein Kombiticket (zwei Tage gültig, 98RMB) mit dem Tuloudorf bei Hongkeng, das man mit dem öffentlichen Bus in ein paar Minuten erreichen kann. Nach/von Yongding fahren mehrere Busse (Linie 856) täglich. Es gibt auch Busse von/ab Xiamen und Longyan.
Und das einzige Tor zum Tulou wird nachts irgendwann gegen 22 Uhr verschlossen. Stellt also sicher, dass ihr für alle Fälle eine Telefonnummer habt."

Location - near to the Guan Zhai Shan entrance. We took a DiDi taxi there which costs about Rmb12. The hotel is also near to the city which is less than 10 mins by DiDi taxi
Service - attentive and respectful services at the front desk
Hotel amenities - new and luxurious with a nice swimming pool and spacious lobby
Atmosphere- very relaxing, spacious and enjoyable feeling
Breakfast- last a good variety. Quality of food is generally ok
Restaurant - serves delicious Hakka food
Overall we had a very enjoyable experience

There’s a free pickup from the train station which is very nice and plus point for the hotel
However the staff needs more training in terms of their services and professionalism. Their standard is obviously not at the hotel’s level. When I reach on the first day, the young lady and gentleman that assist us with the check in is nice and friendly. However after that it’s always an older plump lady that is at the front desk during the day and her attitude doesn’t makes me comfortable. I was writing something to pass to her and she keep rush me to be faster and the way she talks makes me feels as if I’m at a market instead of hotel. And also the aunty that manned the laundry area. When I was washing my clothes around 3-4pm, she said I occupied both laundry pod and other ppl can’t wash it. I told her nicely that I will come and take out the cloth on time. I mean there’s so many ppl that leave their clothes in the laundry and dryer pod after clean and dried for hours or overnight. Doesn’t that occupied the pod as well and others cant use it? Then she still continues to nag and said me about using both pod. Once again I told her nicely the same statement. Then she continues again and keep repeating the same thing to me over and over again and I snap back at her only she stop. What’s wrong with her? There’s a saying 给你脸 你还蹬鼻子上脸了？以为我很好欺负吗？Please give more training to both of the staff so they don’t ruined the reputation of your hotel. And there’s a staff that told me to pay for the lost card. I misplaced a card before with other hotel and never been told to pay for it. They just simply void the card. It’s only 10-20 rmb which is not a lot tho but it really ruins my impression for this hotel. I mean this hotel is very pretty and I would love to stay there again if I’m visiting Lonyan again but with this kind of staff around, I will think twice before deciding my stay next time. I stayed Wanda and Fliport Hotel in Lonyan before and the price for these 3 hotels doesn’t difference much but their staff definitely handle customer with more professionalism and better attitude

She also sent us back and forth from the bnb to the tourist attraction place, from the evening we arrived till the next morning right before we went to our nx stop. She brought us to the world's smallest tulou and saw a tulou with 三公六院. We were treated with a hearty and typical Chinese style of breakfast.

3. Das beeindruckendste Attribut ist die überwältigend warme Gastfreundschaft, die von den Eigentümern: Mi & Fei, sowie von den Mitarbeitern: Frau Wang, Frau Dongdong und Frau Lingling ausgeweitet wird.
Sie sind außergewöhnlich freundlich, freundlich, freundlich, sorgfältig, berücksichtigend, jemals bereit, Menschen zu helfen und uns zu Hause zu fühlen.

GGastnutzerBeautifully designed and renovated earth building! It was nice to get to stay in one of the tulous itself. We rented the whole building of 6 rooms for our family. All rooms are on the 2nd floor. 5 out of 6 rooms have a bathroom that is on a separated floor from the bedroom. There’s only one room that has bathroom on the same level as the bedroom. So, it may not be ideal for the elders. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. There’s a small stream of river flowing in front of the house throughout the village. Very serene. We got to see locals living their usual lives, farming and picking crops. However, it’s a bit far from any main tulou sights. The staff were very nice, but lack knowledge of the attraction sights.

Location is right next to a Tulou. but it is not the Tulou with the tour.
Attended the dinner shoe next door using the discount coupon. It is probably one of the lamest show I have seen in China. Very loud and piercing compère. Don’t waste your money on the show.
The free guided tour is only for 王子土楼. The free guided tour is good. You may need your own transport there. You still need to pay for your tickets into the 土楼。 the guide’s relatives live there. Basically she will bring you to her house or cousin’s house for tea. And the tea is expensive. You get the drift.

Die Wellen der Tageszeit sind schwach, die Nacht und die Nacht sind schwach, sieht an der Seite des Fensters eine Tasse aus, die Atmosphäre ist direkt gefüllt. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut konzipiert, der Schlüssel zum intelligenten Steuersystem, das Licht, die Fenster, die Fantasie der Evangeliumpraxis. Bettwaren weiche Haut, intelligente Verteidigung mit einem großen Schal, ein warmes Wasserschal kann den ganzen Tag verteilen. Der oberste unbegrenzte Pool ist noch mehr überrascht. Die Landschaft beim Yachten ist wunderschön. Die Abendstunde ist wunderschön und die Sonne ist sehr schön. Es sind Freunde, die sich mit der Hand auf die Höhen setzen. Die Gesundheit ist nicht provokierend, die Ecke ist unverfärbt und die Qualität der Badegegenstände ist online. Das Personal der Rezeption ist enthusiastisch und professionell und empfiehlt aktiv eine wunderschöne Attacke in der Umgebung, so warm wie nach Hause.
