Even prior to our arrival and throughout our stay, the team has been very helpful with sightseeing information, ticket booking, driver’s reference etc. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxed atmosphere of this typical tulou, and the comfort of a very nice hotel. We had a very nice, clean, bright and large loft bedroom with a shower and 2 double beds. Electric pads were available, should the weather required it. The location is perfect: walking distance to all the village’s tulou."

Hotel is very pretty and room is very nice
There’s a free pickup from the train station which is very nice and plus point for the hotel
However the staff needs more training in terms of their services and professionalism. Their standard is obviously not at the hotel’s level. When I reach on the first day, the young lady and gentleman that assist us with the check in is nice and friendly. However after that it’s always an older plump lady that is at the front desk during the day and her attitude doesn’t makes me comfortable. I was writing something to pass to her and she keep rush me to be faster and the way she talks makes me feels as if I’m at a market instead of hotel. And also the aunty that manned the laundry area. When I was washing my clothes around 3-4pm, she said I occupied both laundry pod and other ppl can’t wash it. I told her nicely that I will come and take out the cloth on time. I mean there’s so many ppl that leave their clothes in the laundry and dryer pod after clean and dried for hours or overnight. Doesn’t that occupied the pod as well and others cant use it? Then she still continues to nag and said me about using both pod. Once again I told her nicely the same statement. Then she continues again and keep repeating the same thing to me over and over again and I snap back at her only she stop. What’s wrong with her? There’s a saying 给你脸 你还蹬鼻子上脸了？以为我很好欺负吗？Please give more training to both of the staff so they don’t ruined the reputation of your hotel. And there’s a staff that told me to pay for the lost card. I misplaced a card before with other hotel and never been told to pay for it. They just simply void the card. It’s only 10-20 rmb which is not a lot tho but it really ruins my impression for this hotel. I mean this hotel is very pretty and I would love to stay there again if I’m visiting Lonyan again but with this kind of staff around, I will think twice before deciding my stay next time. I stayed Wanda and Fliport Hotel in Lonyan before and the price for these 3 hotels doesn’t difference much but their staff definitely handle customer with more professionalism and better attitude

Der Chef hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt von local breakfast über Fahrer , Fahrräder etc. Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar , umgeben von vielen Tulou Häusern. 3. Das beeindruckendste Attribut ist die überwältigend warme Gastfreundschaft, die von den Eigentümern: Mi & Fei, sowie von den Mitarbeitern: Frau Wang, Frau Dongdong und Frau Lingling ausgeweitet wird.
Sie sind außergewöhnlich freundlich, freundlich, freundlich, sorgfältig, berücksichtigend, jemals bereit, Menschen zu helfen und uns zu Hause zu fühlen.

Location is right next to a Tulou. but it is not the Tulou with the tour.
Attended the dinner shoe next door using the discount coupon. It is probably one of the lamest show I have seen in China. Very loud and piercing compère. Don’t waste your money on the show.
The free guided tour is only for 王子土楼. The free guided tour is good. You may need your own transport there. You still need to pay for your tickets into the 土楼。 the guide’s relatives live there. Basically she will bring you to her house or cousin’s house for tea. And the tea is expensive. You get the drift.

Sie hat uns auch von der BNB zurück und nach dem touristischen Attraktionsort, vom Abend, an dem wir ankamen, bis zum nächsten Morgen, kurz bevor wir zu unserem NX-Stop gegangen sind. Sie brachte uns zum kleinsten Einkommen der Welt und sah einen Einkommen mit drei Firmenhaus. Wir wurden mit einem herzlichen und typischen chinesischen Frühstücksstil behandelt.

GGastnutzerSchön gestaltet und renoviert das Erdgebäude! Es war schön, in einem der Einkommen selbst zu bleiben. Wir vermieten das ganze Gebäude von 6 Zimmern für unsere Familie. Alle Zimmer sind im 2. Stock. 5 von 6 Zimmern haben ein Badezimmer, das auf einem getrennten Stock des Schlafzimmers liegt. Es gibt nur ein Zimmer, das ein Badezimmer auf der gleichen Ebene wie das Schlafzimmer hat. Also, es kann nicht ideal für die älteren Menschen sein. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohnbereich. Es gibt einen kleinen Fluss von Fluss, der vor dem Haus über das Dorf fließt. Sehr ruhig. Wir müssen die Einheimischen sehen, die ihr übliches Leben lebt, Landschaft und Ernte. Allerdings ist es ein wenig von allen Haupteinkommenssichten entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, aber es fehlte an Wissen über die Attraktionsblicke.

Die Unterkunft war sehr ruhig und direkt gegenüber der malerischen Gegend. Die Besitzer waren unglaublich herzlich und wir fühlten uns wie Verwandte – typisch Hakka! Das Essen im Restaurant war köstlich, besonders der Tofu und das Freilandhähnchen; wir waren pappsatt! Die Tulou (Hakka-Lehmhäuser) bieten auch nachts einen wunderschönen Anblick, der abends noch bezaubernder ist als tagsüber. Sie haben mich sogar zweimal zum Abendessen eingeladen, wodurch ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Sie halfen mir bei der Organisation meiner Ausflüge zu den Tulou und taten ihr Bestes, um sicherzustellen, dass ich alles hatte, was ich brauchte. Sie teilten auch lokales Essen mit mir und nahmen sich die Zeit, mir Longyan zu zeigen. Ich hätte mir kein besseres Erlebnis wünschen können, sehr empfehlenswert!
