"Das Hotel überstieg in vielen Fällen meine Erwartungen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und unspottbar sauber, mit einem komfortablen Bett und einem gut ausgestatteten Badezimmer. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, immer bereit, Hilfe zu bieten. Nicht schlecht, und könnte wieder kommen."

"萬達嘉華名副其實的豪華酒店，沒有閑雜人等。整體入住體驗很棒。電梯等待很快也有燈提示在哪個電梯等。酒店設施小細節設計都很合理。不像另外一個標榜第一名的豪華酒店，很多細節設計不合理，等電梯好像趕集市場一樣，不知道哪個電梯先來，而且等久很多人，夏天住的時候很多房間都是空調不製冷的，跟前台反饋空調不冷卻説是我們的問題。酒店房間裏面的瓷磚之類的硬裝很低級。價錢貴的不合理，完全沒有一點酒店專業精神。相反這個萬達嘉華確實是名副其實豪華酒店。希望水準一如既往的好。"

"Das Personal der Rezeption ist sehr professionell und freundlich 👍 Check in Fluss ist einfach und gut fallen. Das Zimmer mit Trinkwasser ist ausreichend, der Ausblick auf das Fenster ist sehr gut 👍, sauber und sauber, die Line ist vernünftig und sicher. "Der wahre Duft, der im Herbst ging, wurde kostenlos aktualisiert. Die Show kann auch in der Nähe von Restaurants zu essen und warm zu essen. Das Zimmer ist groß. Die Isolierung ist wegen der Holzstruktur nicht sehr gut, es gibt einen Leiter, die Unterseite ist auch billig, das in der Nähe von Restaurants zu essen ist nicht teuer, der Preis ist super hoch. Die Menschen sind weniger schön und das Erlebnis ist nicht ermäßigt."

"Ich lebe seit 20 Jahren in China und muss zugeben, dass mich dieses Hotel beeindruckt hat! Es gibt zwar noch Verbesserungspotenzial (zum Beispiel könnte man abends Getränke servieren), aber die Einrichtung und die gesamte Gestaltung dieses Tulou sind beeindruckend und wunderschön! Es liegt mitten in einem restaurierten Viertel und lädt abends zu Spaziergängen ein."

"25年國慶中秋假期入住，房間寬敞，整體衞生整潔，床品舒適，床墊不軟不硬，睡起來很舒服，入住時工作人員已先行開啟空調，房間涼爽，有效緩解秋日天氣的炎熱，住的是7樓，窗外看山，停車免費，還贈送兩份早餐券和土樓之夜門票、一份主食3選1，選了酸菜魚，超大份，口感好，工作人員還幫忙送餐到房間，服務熱情，態度好，房價合適，感覺400多/晚，挺超值，值得推薦。"

"The hotel is at a good location but not the hotel cos almost all the didi don’t come in to this alley and not aware of this hotel Hotel is very pretty and room is very nice There’s a free pickup from the train station which is very nice and plus point for the hotel However the staff needs more training in terms of their services and professionalism. Their standard is obviously not at the hotel’s level. When I reach on the first day, the young lady and gentleman that assist us with the check in is nice and friendly. However after that it’s always an older plump lady that is at the front desk during the day and her attitude doesn’t makes me comfortable. I was writing something to pass to her and she keep rush me to be faster and the way she talks makes me feels as if I’m at a market instead of hotel. And also the aunty that manned the laundry area. When I was washing my clothes around 3-4pm, she said I occupied both laundry pod and other ppl can’t wash it. I told her nicely that I will come and take out the cloth on time. I mean there’s so many ppl that leave their clothes in the laundry and dryer pod after clean and dried for hours or overnight. Doesn’t that occupied the pod as well and others cant use it? Then she still continues to nag and said me about using both pod. Once again I told her nicely the same statement. Then she continues again and keep repeating the same thing to me over and over again and I snap back at her only she stop. What’s wrong with her? There’s a saying 给你脸 你还蹬鼻子上脸了？以为我很好欺负吗？Please give more training to both of the staff so they don’t ruined the reputation of your hotel. And there’s a staff that told me to pay for the lost card. I misplaced a card before with other hotel and never been told to pay for it. They just simply void the card. It’s only 10-20 rmb which is not a lot tho but it really ruins my impression for this hotel. I mean this hotel is very pretty and I would love to stay there again if I’m visiting Lonyan again but with this kind of staff around, I will think twice before deciding my stay next time. I stayed Wanda and Fliport Hotel in Lonyan before and the price for these 3 hotels doesn’t difference much but their staff definitely handle customer with more professionalism and better attitude"

"Der Service war exzellent, proaktiv, herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren angenehm überrascht und erhielten ein Upgrade auf ein Familienzimmer, das sehr geräumig war. Am Abend gab es sogar eine traditionelle Hakka-Bühnenaufführung 🎭, ein Lagerfeuer und einen leckeren Mitternachtssnack. 🏠Zum Zimmer: - Die beiden Betten waren sauber und komfortabel 😴 - Die Ausstattung war relativ neu, und das Zimmer war geräumig und ordentlich. - Das Badezimmer war sauber und mit allen notwendigen Toilettenartikeln ausgestattet. - Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl und schmeckte hervorragend. - Es gibt einen Wäscheservice und einen Fitnessraum. 📍Super Lage: Das Hotel liegt direkt am Eingang des Yongding Tulou-Landschaftsparks und ist somit ideal für Sightseeing-Touren. ✅ Es gibt einen hoteleigenen Parkplatz 🅿️, der das Parken erleichtert."
