"Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Lanzhou Railway Station entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber, roch allerdings etwas nach Rauch. Eine Waschmaschine inklusive Trockner Funktion steht zur Verfügung. Allerdings hier darauf achten - die Klamotten sind danach nicht vollständig trocken und müssen noch mindestens einen-zwei Tage hängen, bis sie vollständig trocken sind."

"Ich möchte allen Mitarbeitern des Home Inn (Westbahnhof Lanzhou High-speed Railway) ein Lob aussprechen. 👍Vom Abholfahrer, der Rezeptionistin an der Rezeption, der Putzfrau, dem Bruder im Frühstücks-Ramen-Laden und jedem Mitarbeiter, der mich im Flur begrüßte, waren alle sehr gastfreundlich und professionell. Ich reise jeden Monat und habe in verschiedenen Hotels und B&Bs übernachtet. Es ist keine Übertreibung zu sagen, dass dies zwar eine Economy-Hotelkette ist, die Serviceeinstellung des Personals jedoch der einiger Fünf-Sterne-Hotels weit überlegen ist. Das Servicebewusstsein des Personals ist mit dem des Personals in First-Tier-Städten vergleichbar. Kommen wir zur Hardware. Für diesen Preis bekommt man ein Kingsize-Zimmer mit bodentiefen Fenstern, Trocken- und Nasstrennung und Frühstück inklusive. Das ist wirklich günstig. Alle notwendigen Geräte sind im normalen Gebrauch. Mineralwasser und Einwegartikel sind täglich komplett vorhanden. Daumen hoch 👍 Ich habe drei Tage lang die Frühstücks-Ramen des Restaurants gegessen, ohne dass mir die Lust daran verging Abholung und Rückgabe waren ebenfalls sehr pünktlich und die Fahrer kamen früh, um zu warten Obwohl das Hotel kein Aussichtszimmer ist, liegt es ganz in der Nähe des Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhofs und des Zentrums von Lanzhou, was sehr praktisch ist."

"Dieser Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Von meiner Ankunft an wurde ich vom Personal an der Rezeption herzlich begrüßt und schnell eingecheckt. Das Zimmer war blitzsauber, die Betten weich und bequem, und ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Die Lage ist außerdem sehr praktisch: Der S-Bahnhof ist ganz in der Nähe, und Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu erreichen. Das Hotelambiente ist fantastisch und die Lobby ist einzigartig, exquisit und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, im B&B-Stil und super gemütlich. Die Smart-Toilette und der HD-Fernseher sind ein großes Plus. Ich habe insgesamt drei Zimmer gebucht und war mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Der Aufenthalt hier war komfortabel und sicher. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen! Ich gebe diesem Hotel fünf Sterne! Der Flat White war köstlich und das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv für meinen nächsten Familienausflug wählen!"

"Die Zimmerdekoration riecht immer noch ein wenig, obwohl es kein Formaldehyd ist, also habe ich nach einem Luftreiniger gefragt. Was mir ein bisschen leid tut, ist, dass eine der Schiebetüren im Badezimmer völlig verstaubt ist Vielleicht liegt es an der Landgewinnung und -reinigung. Am nächsten Tag habe ich nichts gesagt, und am Ende habe ich nur die Hälfte davon abgewischt 😂😂 Dann war mein Spülbecken verstopft, nachdem ich es in meinem Spülbecken gewaschen hatte. ! Am Ende musste ich mich durchwursteln. Schließlich bin ich zum Konzert gekommen, um Spaß zu haben. Das Reinigungspersonal muss in Zukunft noch geschult werden die Zimmer zum Verkauf? ? Auch die Kissen waren unbequem und ich habe nicht gut geschlafen!"

BBili-BuluWe are a family of two adults and two young children travelling with my in laws staying at a room with loft and a twins deluxe for 6 consecutive nights (had to extend the stay for 2 nights due to unforeseen circumstances). In our opinion, this hotel definitely fits into the 5 star rating category though not sure why the rating is marked as only 3 stars on trip.com. All staff that we interacted with at concierge, reception, restaurant, housekeeping and lounge were eager to help, professional and friendly. Housekeeping recognised my in laws has mobility issue and protectively provided additional accessibility facilities for their room. The rooms are modernly designed, spacious and clean. The gym is well equipped and the swimming pool has been excellently maintained, with water temperature that's just perfect. There's also a fairly hidden kids playing area (not very big) which the kids enjoyed spending ages at. Breakfast choices are diverse with local, broader Chinese and typical Western options available. Signature LanZhou noodles soup is a must every morning. For travellers not intending to dine out at night, we highly recommend paying a little bit extra for a room with club access as the light dinner it provides with the room is well worth the money. Overall, we had a very positive experience at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. With that said, here are a few areas that we are not used to, which are common issues across hotels in China: 1. There is cigarette smell at various parts of the hotel. While this is not a constant issue, I personally have expected there's absolutely no such unpleasant smell at all throughout our entire stay (for a hotel that we deem to be 5 stars). In our mind, perhaps there can be better room allocation based on smoking and non smoking floors, and stricter enforcement of no smoking policy near common areas where there can be smoke drift. The reception area in particular is a hot spot for cigarette smell. 2. For visitors like us travelling from overseas, the rooms' air-conditioning setting are just too warm for us. As the heat setting was centrally controlled, we couldn't change it to a setting that kept the room to a temperature of low 20s. We ended up just completely switching them off and the hotel provided us with a separate cool air generating machine which helped to a degree. 3. For our initial booking of 4 nights, we were somewhat disappointed our loft room does not have the river view (noting that the room booking type for loft rooms made no distinction to river or city view, so we had assumed all rooms have river view). With all that said, we believe the first two issues are probably not unique to this hotel specifically in China, and the last issue can probably be resolved by making our expectation clear during booking, which makes this hotel still one of the best in the area.

GGastnutzer由於離機場近，又是IHG會員酒店，就選作甘南行程的第一個落腳點，住宿一晚還是可以的，但是第二天早餐發生了意外，讓煮餛飩的阿姨燙一點青菜，她抓了兩條青菜後我説再多一點，她就開始不耐煩了，把青菜放下去後就去洗鍋子了，洗的過程中，又從那口正在洗的鍋裏拿起一雙筷子，（未清洗完畢），也沒有更換手套，就直接拿着臟的筷子去撈正在煮的青菜，我當場就質疑阿姨的行為，阿姨完全沒覺得自己有任何問題，與經理溝通時，阿姨還一直在頂嘴，經理希望維繫關係，一直要求添加微信，我答不需要，並表達了這是培訓管理問題，添加微信還不如整頓後給我郵件反饋結果，經理答應，此時，我已從甘南遊玩一週半返回，仍未收掉酒店除廣告外的任何郵件，從此也能看出酒店管理的問題。

Der Lobbymanager Herr Pu Junkun ist aufmerksam und berücksichtigt stets die Kunden! Als mein Kind krank war, ergriff er die Initiative und schickte fiebersenkende Pflaster. Da das Kind krank war und im Krankenhaus lag und keine gute Erholung hatte, half Herr Pu auch dabei, die Check-out-Zeit zu verschieben Lanberry Yihua hat die Reise nach Lanzhou sehr herzlich und berührend gemacht! Dies ist ein sehr herzliches und menschliches Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Servicequalität, volle Punktzahl!

LLee YH65We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Lanzhou City Centre. Many thanks to front office staff, Debbie who attended to us warmly and responsively. The hotel's location was good and the check-in was very fast. Our high-floor room was clean and comfortable, the best is, choice of pillows is granted. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise view of the city from our window. A point to note, the room window can only be unlocked by staff for cooler air flow as the central heating system is in operation for the current winter season. We also loved the fragrant of the toiletries. Buffet breakfast spread was tasty and varied. We spent a relaxing time enjoying our breakfast slowly.

GGastnutzerI would recommend staying here during your visit to Lanzhou as the location is strategic, the Zhengning Night Market is only a 5 minute walk way, the Shopping district is about 1km or a 15 minute walk away, the Zhongshan bridge is only a 5-10 minute Didi ride away. The service was great, the staff at the reception was responsive and helpful, does not disappoint me at all. The rooms were comfortable and my family had a pleasant stay. One highlight about this hotel is that it serves 3 meals daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can enjoy delicious food throughout the day and all buffet-style. It's my first time residing in a hotel that is this generous with food. This means you don't have to even travel our of the hotel to eat, though I should point out that for lunch and dinner service operates for only 1.5 hours and dinner lasted until 7pm. Lanzhou is a food haven in Northwest China, rest assured you won't get the chance to confine all your meals within a hotel.

Aircon was installed on the first floor near the windows, so not much cool air on the second floor of the loft. Had to buy a fan to deal with the heat. Toilet was SUPER slippery as well. Not sure if the room we got was left unused for a long time, but the smell was terrible when we first got there. Had to flush the toilet with boiling water several times to get rid of the smell. Overall good value for the price and location but a few design flaws.

PPietroThe hotel in not the Mercure hotel and is abusing the name in the English version of the posting in Trip.com. There is no sign on the hotel shovin the Mercure name which makes difficult to identify it, also because the entrance is definitely nothing like a Mercure hotel would show. A couple of block down the street there is a hotel with big Mercure sign. I can guess this one got in trouble and now nowhere shows the brand name apart than in the catchy post on Trip, and the reception denies that they are the Mercure. Apart of that the place is a chimney only suitable for heavy smokers and smoke preservation. I had to go through a number of rooms to get one where I could try to breath without choking. It is obvious that any smoke detection system is permanently disabled and therefore the place is at extremely high risk of fire. Apart of this the place is underpriced for a legitimate Mercure hotel, but largely overpriced for the nearly 2 stars place they are. Despite the troubles, the personnel did their best to maintain a good level of service and tried their best to accommodate, including offering free cancellation.

Schon als ich die Hotellobby betrat, war ich von der Ausstattung und dem Stil des Wyndham Lanzhou tief beeindruckt. Zunächst einmal sind die Einrichtungen sehr vollständig. Der Dekorationsstil der Einrichtungen und Geräte ist nicht nur hochwertig, sondern auch gehoben. Es gibt rund um die Uhr geöffnete Fitnessstudios, Konferenzräume und Bankettsäle. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und sehr gut. Es hat alles. Der Roboter liefert Dinge sehr schnell und hilft uns, dringende Probleme zu lösen. Noch durchdachter ist die Ausstattung der Zimmer. Die Trocken- und Nasszellen sind sehr durchdacht, zudem ist das Glas blickdicht und sorgt für eine gute Privatsphäre. Außerdem gibt es im Zimmer eine große Badewanne. Es ist speziell mit einer Badewannenabdeckung ausgestattet, was sehr durchdacht ist. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und komfortabel, mit einem Sofa und einem Teetisch, was großartig ist. Es ist sehr entspannend, durch das Fliegengitter in der Sonne zu liegen. Die Einrichtungen dieses Hotels sind wirklich erstaunlich und es hat eine Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung. Die Einrichtungen sind so gut, dass sie mein Herz berührt haben. Normalerweise schreibe ich nicht gerne Rezensionen, aber dieses Mal war ich wirklich zufrieden und konnte diese Rezension schreiben. Hierbleiben lohnt sich! ! ! Auch die Bettwäsche ist bequem. Wir wurden extra mit schwarzem Tee, grünem Tee und Kaffee versorgt☕☕☕. Am Nachmittag bekamen wir einen Obstteller und Nachmittagstee, was wirklich herzerwärmend war. Auch der Service ist super gut und zuvorkommend. Dies ist ein wahres Schatzhotel. Der junge Mann und die junge Dame sind sehr begeistert. Sie haben sich während des gesamten Prozesses vom Check-in bis zum Check-in um uns gekümmert. Es war toll, dass sie ein spezielles Auto organisiert haben, das uns bis zum Check-out kostenlos zum Westbahnhof der S-Bahn gebracht hat. Sie haben auch heißes Mineralwasser für uns vorbereitet, das herzerwärmend und heiß zum Trinken ist. Der Service ist einfach unbeschreiblich und muss mit fünf Sternen gelobt werden 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Kommen wir zum Ambiente, das auch sehr gut ist. Ob Hotellobby oder andere öffentliche Bereiche, sie sind sehr sauber und hochwertig, einschließlich der Flure im Obergeschoss, die dem Fünf-Sterne-Standard entsprechen. Die gesamte Strecke ist High-End, 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Die geografische Lage ist hier sehr hervorragend. Zum S-Bahnhof sind es wenige Gehminuten. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants in der Umgebung und es gibt auch viele Spezialitäten. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Lanzhou komme, werde ich im Wyndham Garden Hotel übernachten. Auch die Tante, die uns bei der Verlängerung unseres Aufenthalts geholfen hat, hat sehr sauber geputzt. Sie hat unsere Kleidung auch kostenlos gewaschen, was sehr kostengünstig war. Sie hat uns auch jeden Tag dabei geholfen, unsere Sachen aufzufüllen, was auch sehr umfassend war, sodass wir uns keine Sorgen machen mussten. Wie dem auch sei, dieses Hotel in Lanzhou war wirklich komfortabel. Ich habe es meinen Freunden empfohlen, die den Nordwesten besuchen werden. Da kann man beruhigt hingehen und wird garantiert keinen Fehler machen. Ich bin fest davon überzeugt, dass Ihnen dieses Hotel ein angenehmes Erlebnis bescheren wird. Auch meiner Frau gefiel das Hotel nach ihrem Aufenthalt dort sehr gut. Heute hat sie mich gebeten, es weiterzuempfehlen. Ich möchte wirklich aus tiefstem Herzen, dass jeder solch ein hervorragendes Hotel sieht, also war ich inspiriert. Aber der Toilettenschrank war immer voller Zigarettenasche und geräuchert von Zigaretten. Es war von Männern und Frauen geteilt, aber dieser Teil war schwierig. Der Geruch von Zigaretten ist schmerzlich für Nichtraucher. Schließlich zerschmetterte er in den Hals. Es ist ein guter Ort für Raucher und Menschen, die sehr gut mit Chinesen vertraut sind. Da Nichtraucher und Toiletten gemeinsam sind, wird es nicht für Frauen empfohlen.
