"Super nice hotel to stay in Xiling Snow Mountain, just next to the 2nd cable car! Staff is super helpful tooooo. We upgraded our room to lake view room and the view was spectacular! Room is super clean and the room and bed are huge! Love the amenities and everywhere smells nice. Just a tip! Book early, if you see the price is cheap just book it or you’ll pay 3x times more 🫣 Luggage transfer is available, next to the u1st cable car ticket counter. They will send it up to Cotti Coffee (next to yingxue hotel entrance) and you’ll pick up there. Suggestions to come early to middle January for a guaranteed snow view. We went on 28th dec 2025 and still no heavy snow."

"I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. I made the reservation about one month in advance, and the payment was charged according to the policy just 2–3 days before check-in, which felt very convenient and reassuring. The rate was around 2,xxx THB per night, offering excellent value for the overall experience. Although the staff were not fluent in English, it was hardly an issue at all. With the help of translation applications, communication was smooth and effortless, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness spoke louder than words. The bed deserves a perfect 10/10 — incredibly comfortable, inviting you to sink in and enjoy a deep, restful sleep. Waking up to the view was another highlight; the scenery was simply breathtaking, easily a 10/10, and made every morning feel calm, refreshing, and almost cinematic. Breakfast was served in a traditional Chinese style, offering a delightful opportunity to immerse myself in local flavors. It was a comforting and authentic way to start the day, perfectly complementing the atmosphere of the stay. Overall, this hotel delivered far beyond expectations — a harmonious blend of comfort, value, and memorable moments that made the entire stay truly special."

"Dieser Ort hat einen sehr besonderen Platz im Herzen. Es ist sehr schön, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Ich schlief 2 Nächte komfortabel mit warmem Wäscheschrank und Feuerplatz und Heizung in dem Zelt, auch trockner für Schuhe, Kettle und Toiletten, geräumig für uns Familie von 4, meine Kinder genießen wirklich Schnee spielen für den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht, da dieses Campingplatz ist Privat so sind Ausländer nicht erlaubt, in die Toilette einzutreten. In der Nähe (Teile mit Außen, aber sauber) und müssen ein wenig zu Dusche gehen. In der Nähe mit Essen und Schneespielplatz."

We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent. The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking. The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay. One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos. Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain. For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up. Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. If skiing is your main goal, staying closer to the cable car may be more cost-effective and practical."

"Ich reise mit meinen Eltern und meiner 95-jährigen Oma und die Fünf-Sterne-Hardware- und Softwarekonfiguration sowie die Umgebung sind einwandfrei! Sobald Sie im Hotel eingecheckt haben, genießen Sie die sorgfältige Betreuung und Aufmerksamkeit. Es gibt einen Rollstuhl♿️, der sehr praktisch ist, um Oma durch die Altstadt zu schieben! Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Mittagessen im chinesischen Restaurant, als wir das Zimmer buchten. Wir waren erstaunt, dass das Essen viel besser war, als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten, und wir konnten es nicht aufessen. Der Nachmittagstee wurde separat gekauft, der ursprüngliche Preis betrug mehr als 200, aber die Veranstaltung kostete 128. Das Aussehen und der Geschmack waren unglaublich! Mehrere Älteste sagten, sie seien mit ihrem Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr zufrieden! Ich möchte das nächste Mal im Sheraton übernachten!"

"大概疫情中期的時候來過南岸美村，當時阿蘭若，向野而生，詠歸川三家集體開業的時候就給我留下了深深的影響。這個週末一時興起定了阿蘭若，再次來到南岸美村發現整體環境比剛剛開業時還是粗糙了一些。不過好在阿蘭若看得出來還在用心的經營整體chill vibe感還不錯，贈送下午茶，主動升級房型這些能提供情緒價值的動作都給到位，房間整體還行但是能看出來時間的痕跡。總體還是週末神隱一個不錯的去處。比較唏噓的是他們家隔壁的向野而生和詠歸川都停業了🤣"

Vor dem Laden und dem Hotel kommunizieren Sie mit den Gästezimmern, die alle genau umgesetzt werden, und zeigt eine gute Servicequalität. Besonders beglückwünschen die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption für den Monat und den kleinen Orle-Service. Am nächsten Tag gab es auch eine intime Geburtstagsgebäude, die alles, was in den Schneeberg ging, nützlich war. Das Zimmer ist sauber, die Einrichtungen sind nicht schlecht, das Bett ist praktisch, die Familientourismus-Einrichtung ist vollständig. Allgemeiner Empfehlenswert!"

"Als erstes kamen wir mit Freunden in dieses Hotel, haben sie gerade eine Veranstaltung gefangen, die Wüstenbohnen und gingen zusammen. Die Kinder haben zum ersten Mal versucht, sehr scharf zu spielen, und die Kräfte sind sehr hoch. Wir haben eine Menge gebrochene Ohren gefüllt. Ich ging am Abend zum Restaurant und hilf mir kostenlos zu verarbeiten, der Geschmack ist großartig, Sie haben sich an ihren Eltern- und Kinderaktivitäten beteiligt, das Spiel ist sehr vernünftig, meine Kinder sind über vier Jahre alt, können daran teilnehmen, das Personal ist auch sehr geduldig, der Service ist großartig, das nächste Mal hierher kommen und dieses Hotel auswählen, um Kinder zu empfehlen."

You definitely won't feel cold ❄️🥶 in winter, there are heated beds air-conditioning and the hot springs♨️ were awesome. My six year old daughter had a blast. We will definitely go back with our extended family."
