"This hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!"

"我們自駕過去，位置在市區還算可以，去哪裡開車都很方便。樓下有瑞幸咖啡還有一個小超市，樓後面有當地早餐攤兒，還有個當地超市，方便買點東西。泳池在頂層孩子很喜歡每天都去。樓下是條河道，但在維修中啥也看不到。 衹是房間衞生不算細緻，酒店健身房比較雜亂，冰箱壞了換不了，房間強薄人隔音不太好。好在前台最後給換了房間。服務員和工作人員相對比較熱情。前台會提供一定幫助，清潔阿姨會幫忙把落下的東西收拾好送到新房間，可惜客房服務衹會幫你倒垃圾拖下地面，不太會重新鋪床，整理物品。"

Der Blick von der Dachterrasse bei Nacht ist absolut atemberaubend, dank der riesigen, bodentiefen Fenster mit fantastischem Panorama. Es ist wahrscheinlich ein relativ neues Hotel, noch nicht lange geöffnet, aber es gehört zu einer etablierten lokalen Marke, und der Service und die Sauberkeit sind exzellent. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich; sie brachten mir extra Wasserflaschen und einen wohltuenden Tee gegen Halsschmerzen 👍👍. Zum Frühstück gibt es lokale Spezialitäten, darunter Sandwiches mit Eselfleisch! Die Kruste ist knusprig und das Fleisch duftet herrlich – so etwas habe ich noch nie gegessen! Ich werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn ich die Gelegenheit dazu habe!"

GGastnutzerMy and my sister stayed there for two nights, the hotel had a great location on the owner was so kind to pick us up from the train station and to bring us back to the station at the end of our stay. He also carried our luggage. The room was clean and pretty, the bathroom and the shower were together so it wasn't comfertable to take a shower, but we had warm water, the floor was also warm. There wasn't a room service but we asked for more towels and slippers and they brought it to us. The towels weren't comfertable and the pillows were so hard we decided to sleep without it. But overall the stay was very good, the owner was amazing and a great location (10 minutes walk from baili gorge). Recommend not going on winter because it was too freezing and the view is not as great.

Als Austauschstudent aus England, weit von zu Hause, und meine Freunde und Klassenkammern aus Lettland und Kambodscha, brauchten wir irgendwo zu Hause und komfortabel zu bleiben. Dieser Ort war genau das, was wir brauchten. Wir blieben hier eine Nacht Mitte des Winters im Rahmen unserer Straßenreise von Peking nach Wutaishan, nach den Abschnitten der Großen Mauer. Wir stiegen nach Dunkelheit auf, wir wurden mit einem großen Lächeln und nach der langen Fahrt leicht geschlafen. Am Morgen erwachte ich mich früh, fand einen Platz im Hofgarten und öffnete meine Weihnachtskarten. Die Besitzerhund rollten sofort über, um zu betäuben und für die nächste Stunde hatte ich gute Gesellschaft, trinkte Tee und genossen den Frieden. Die Besitzer erwachten mich, um mich draußen zu finden, wahrscheinlich dachte ich, ich sei ein ****** und so, sofort ihre Feuer im Garten.
