Stayed here with my wife and son while visiting family and had a great experience. I was a bit hesitant at first since we usually stick with Marriott properties, but this place exceeded expectations and honestly felt better than many Marriott hotels we’ve stayed at. The hotel feels brand new, very clean, and well maintained. The laundry room was a huge plus for us, especially traveling with a child. Breakfast was convenient and tasty, so we didn’t even need to leave the building in the mornings. There’s also a convenience store right around the corner which made things even easier. What really stood out was the staff. The reception team was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when my son had an emotional moment. Despite the language barrier, check-in and check-out were smooth using an offline translation app. Would definitely stay here again.

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

Das Hotel erlaubte die Eincheckung sehr spät in der Nacht (Ich meldete mich um 11:30 Uhr) und der Konzern funktionierte noch gut in einer solchen späten Stunde. Das Bett war wirklich groß für eine Person. Das Hotel betonte, dass ein Besucher in seinem Aufenthalt dort von einem französischen Lebensstil genießen wird, obwohl es weder ein französisches Wort noch ein französisches Fernsehprogramm innerhalb des Hotelzimmers zu finden ist. Ich wurde vom Schwimmbad auf der 4/F nur ausgesetzt, weil ich vergessen habe, meine Schwimmkappe zu bringen (Ich hatte meine Schwimmkleide auf), und musste meine Schwimmzeit nach meinem Versagen, eine Kappe von der Personal dort zu nehmen, kurz nehmen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und beinhaltete eine Vielzahl von Lebensmitteln und Getränken aus chinesischen Präferenzen und Ursprung. Es gab jedoch einen Mangel an exotischen Lebensmitteln, z. B. japanischer, vietnamesischer, europäischer, etc. Der Flash-Typ-Französische Tanz, etwa 15 Minuten in der Dauer, im Hotelhaus um 6:00 Uhr war außergewöhnlich, attraktiv und erfreulich.

Ich war schon unzählige Male hier. Ich liebe die kantonesische Art des Managements – unkompliziert und entspannt, überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Wenn Sie etwas brauchen, fragen Sie einfach einen Kellner; der Service ist ausgezeichnet und aufmerksam. Das Buffet ist großartig, und die Frühstücksauswahl wurde kürzlich erweitert. Die Fassade wurde schön renoviert. Ich übernachte immer im Holiday Inn; ich war seit Anfang des Jahres schon oft hier. Ich hoffe, sie bieten bald einen VIP-Preis für Gold-Card-Inhaber an; ich liebe dieses Thermalbadhotel wirklich sehr.
