入口有點難找，招牌很難發現，點外賣的時候基本每個外賣員都找不到😅馬桶沖水很小，不好用，要沖好多次😓沒有免費的飲用水提供。位置還算可以，住的基本都是俄羅斯人。不過整體還算乾淨，也安靜。

房間面積很大，甚至犧牲了入門行李架的位置，在入門口安裝了洗手盆，這樣衞生間就乾濕分離了。行李衹能放在地上，不過不影響整潔因為房間很寬。我們兩天打車出去，出租司機都説海潤是目前最好的酒店。 酒店大堂還有俄羅斯海象冰激凌，自助購買，買了好幾衹冰激凌，特別好吃。 這次入住特別感謝前台的工作人員小謝，我們的車被別的車擋住了，車上也沒留挪車電話，小謝告訴保安，這輛車客人的房間號，於是問題就輕鬆解決了。問他怎麼知道是誰的車，他説客人辦理入住的時候他恰巧看見了。這件事反映了小謝思維靈活、樂於助人、善良的品質，幫助客人解決問題比100句您好、歡迎光臨都讓人舒心，感謝小謝。如果以後還來綏芬河，仍然會選擇海潤。
