Alles in diesem Hotel ist atemberaubend... das darf man in Südkorea einfach nicht verpassen... Bilder werden diesem Ort nicht gerecht. Man lebt tatsächlich in einem Einkaufszentrum mit allem... die Aussicht ist unglaublich... Ich würde auf jeden Fall für einen längeren Aufenthalt hierher zurückkommen.

Das Hotel ist ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, aber ich erinnere mich, dass die Ausrüstung nicht sortiert war, als ich das erste Mal die Tür betrat, was ein wenig schade war. Der Rest ist großartig, vor allem die Verbindung zur Inspire Arena, die sehr ist praktisch zum Ansehen von Konzerten. An das Einkaufszentrum sind auch viele Restaurants angeschlossen, die sich für die Freizeitgestaltung mit der Familie eignen. Schade ist nur, dass es nichts in der Nähe gibt. Es würde mehr Spaß machen, wenn es einen Vergnügungspark gäbe

Sie müssen um 15:00 Uhr einchecken. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat die Gäste nicht gut behandelt und ist sogar etwas früher da und hat nicht geholfen. Im Gegenteil, andere Partner konnten um 14:00 Uhr einchecken und auf das Zimmer gehen sofort, während normale Gäste an der Lobbytür warten mussten

Incredible hotel, fantastic service and amenities available with plenty of food options (cheap or expensive). Didn't find any time for Splash Park but the prices and what I saw of it were good. The room was perfect, very spacious with modern lighting and a helpful tablet for hotel information. Bathroom is also very modern with a comfortable toilet and excellent water pressure for the bath and/or shower Location is close to Incheon airport with a free shuttle that takes roughly 20 minutes, it is quite far out from most of Seoul city however

Pros: Near Incheon Airports, especially terminal 2. Self contained entertainment and food options, many of which are specially curated selections such as the Michael Jordan Restaurant and the food court is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Hotel also has a concierge service for taxis. Casino is open 24 hours with bars and food options available for purchase. Great place to past your time. Hotel room looks clean. Hotel looks classy. Walkways are bright and lifts look nice. 2 sinks in toilet, which is the hallmark of a top class hotel. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Cons: Extremely far from the city centre. Hotel appears to be the sole structure in the middle of barren land, with no human traffic spotted anywhere near the hotel. Shuttle bus to and from the airport arrives only once an hour and take about 30mins to travel between Incheon Airports and the resort, meaning it could take you up to 1.5 hours to reach the resort from Incheon Airport. Also not available when you need it the most, such as nighttime and if you need to catch an early morning flight. Recommend taking a taxi. Hotel Concierge coordinating taxi services does not pay attention to your words and tell the taxi driver wrong information, fetching you to the wrong airport terminal resulting in you overpaying for the taxi in time and cost and potentially missing your flight. The toilet bowl is theoretically great but does not work as intended. The buttons do not respond to your press for the most part. Most restaurants, including the food court, and shops close early, and i mean really early. So stick to the casino.

It is nearby the Inspire Arena. We came here for a concert. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. There is a shopping mall inside the Inspire Resort also. Strongly recommend for those who participate the concert which held in Inspire Arena.

Excellent stay for watching shows at the Inspire Arena if you are not driving as the location is far from downtown. Therefore, the room rates will rise to double when there are events . It's also suitable for families with small kids to spend the weekend as there are a lot of activities for kids and some amazing LCD ceiling shows at the Aurora . There are restaurants and shops in the Inspire Mall but not too many varieties. A large food court and CU stores are also available.

Great service, good location. Rooms are nice and clean, big comfortable bed. Good variety of restaurants and shops.

Usually the same type of hotel and amount I paid elsewhere in the world, mini bar is included for the same standard of hotel. Surprisingly, this hotel doesn’t. The wellness area was closed during my visit too. The concierge were friendly too. The only compliment I can give is to the prompt replies I get for the email correspondences. I got the room in the forest tower facing the carpark which must remember to close the curtains as the sun will shine in BRIGHTLY during sun rise if there is no intention of waking up early.

The employees at the hotel were very kind and I loved the resort so much. Would like to visit here again

Can get to the airport in 15 mins, great location. Normally a lot of visitors in daytime, but it is not crowded after 5 pm. You can walk around the resort, and do shopping and enjoy shows. 👍

Room was clean and relatively large - could sit by the window and watch the sunset and the planes go by. Walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as the digital show near the arena that comes on every 30minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful.
