Clean hotel that is located at the center of iloilo city. Near S&R, Atria, smallville, plazuela, and SM. Bars and restaurants are nearby. Would recommend this budget friendly hotel

This is my third stay at Hop Inn Iloilo, and it’s always been a comfortable experience. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. When I requested a room change due to low Wi-Fi connectivity in my first room, the front desk officer was more than happy to assist and moved me to a room with better signal. It’s a great option if you’re just looking for a place to rest after a long, tiring day.

They should provide free dental kit. A pitcher would also be appreciated for the convenience of the guests.

Great accommodation, though we didn't have guest amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste as what was stated in their hotel details. Yet, we had a great stay. Excellent staff service.

The location of the hotel is excellent and strategic. Iloilo’s famous food restaurant and pasalubong center is nearby our place. We just walk going to Atria. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They let us leave our luggages and bags as we are too early from the check in time (they cannot let us in for early check in due to full booking that day). Only shower gel is provided. No shampoo. Overall, the stay is good.

TV is not working. As per the staff its not compatible with their internet connection. So they can’t do anything about it. The hotel is new and clean
