Das Hotel selber ist sehr schön und auch sehr modern.Die location ist sehr gut gelungen,nur das Personal muss an seiner Freundlichkeit sehr arbeiten.Ein Hotels zeigt dann Qualität,wenn es ein qualifiziertes Personal besitzt. Leider ist dies eine Fehlanzeige. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr unfreundlich und respektlos.Freundlichkeit ist ein Fremdwort. Das beste ist als wir ein Zimmer besichtigen wollten.Als wir das Doppelzimmer betreten wollten,da sagte uns die Mitarbeiterin hayde hayde,so wie schnell schnell. Zu einem Gast sagt man so was nicht.Ich war sehr sauer gewesen,aber da es sich hier bei um eine frau gehandelt hat,habe ich mich zum glück noch zurückgehalten können. Das Doppelzimmer ist sehr groß und sehr modern,das Badezimmer genau so.Das Design passt und der Balkon groß.Man muss hier betonen,das die Mini Bar sehr teurer ist,ein no go. Der Fitnessraum ist mit modernen Geräten eingerichtet.Die Sportler dagegen standen auf Anabolika und waren sehr unfreundlich,aber mir war es egal. Unfreundlichkeit liegt wohl im Blut in diesem Hotel,aber man gewöhnt sich nach der Zeit. Der Hallenbad ist ok,aber nicht spannend.Leider musste ich beim Schwimmen kurz live mit erleben,wie sich zwei Gäste gegenseitig im Wasser befriedigt haben,also Verkehr im Hallenbad,wie toll und einfach nur peinlich. Frühstück ist ausreichend,aber vom Geschmack her nicht gut,man muss daran arbeiten. Küchenpersonal wie immer unfreundlich. So,jetzt kommen wir zu den Gästen im Hotel! Meist arabische Touristen,aber wohl in der Vergangenheit stecken geblieben. Die Art und das Verhalten einfach nur peinlich.Habe mitbekommen wie Frauen belästigt wurden sind.Wieder musste ich mich zurück halten,damit ich nichts falsches tue. Das beste im Hotel ist der Spar Bereich.Hoch modern und sehr sauber.Der Aufenthalt war sehr erfreulich,vielversprechend und gemütlich. Würde ich das Hotel empfehlen? Nein würde ich nicht.Dann lieber ein Hotel im Zentrum von Sarajevo,wie zum Beispiel das Hotel Präsident.
