Gostops Munnar - Rooms & Dorms

Overall experience was good. The only 2 areas where i faced some issue was, wifi wasnt working on the day i stayed. Also hot water wasnt available.

Worst experience ever. There was no ventilation in the room, no almirah, no. Chairs, and the washroom was different from the pictures as shown and they charged a hefty amount of rs for one night. Pathetic service and no one was available to take service calls. never ending list. Rishikesh property of gostops was good but this one at Munnar totally terrible. will not recommend to anyone. food was not good. Service was also poor. They did not have proper breakfast. so will not recommend to anyone.

I stayed during the week and somehow the property was fully empty. Couldnt get the vibe and is also 25-30mins away from bus stop.

This hostel is too far from the main town and doesn't have any restaurants or shops nearby. There is no bus facility to this place. Only mode of transportation is cabs and auto rickshaws. But they charge too much to get to this place. Food prices in this hostel is too much. Not recommended.

This property is good, nice and quiet. Feels peaceful. I wish i could get free cancellation as the service here is pathetic. The cooks are rude, they say order all food at once else they have to be in the kitchen for a very long time. The only task of the cook here is to heat and serve. *all the food items are ready to eat. Nothing is made in house. The property food menu is impressive. Unfortunately they have only few things to serve. Ideally there are only few dinner combos but these guys serve only 2 and from which one of them is out of stock. Speaking of breakfast, wow. These guys are expert giving excuses. I believe breakfast are the first meal of the day and the property has 9 items listed from which only 2 are available. What should i say about the beverage, as per the menu they set more than 10 hot beverages from which the ideally serve 1 type of tea and a coffee. They also provide 18 types of snacks from which only maggie is available which is out of stock. Strange! overall the property has awesome menu, but you can't order the one you would like to. Do check out the menu, sending you some snaps as reference. I would suggest you guys carry your own kitchen to cook for yourself or have food outside. What a splendid experience to be st-raved in middle of nowhere when you crave for food!

Property is very small and for service there is only one guy who does the cleaning makes food the management guys are not very helpful

This location is situated in the jungle and has a nice view and common area. The host staff is very good

Toilet was very very bad and room was not cleaned
