I stayed in #1028.The moment i checked in, Bathroom was in pathetic condition, shower cubical and door silicon has turned yellow which is mold, Entire chrome fixtures had hard water marks also sink tap is rusty and uncleaned, Bathroom mirror is tarnished,Toilet seat had urine marks from previous guest.Bathroom had only 1 hand towel on arrival, Both dustbin liner and inside were uncleaned.Window ledge was full of dust .There is a channel for sheer curtain but sheer curtain is missing.Above mentioned feedback needs immediate attention and correction. I had also requested during the booking in special request that i am celebrating my 1st anniversary and i was expecting a surprise setup in the night when i came back to the hotel however nothing was done and not even turndown was given to the room upon asking at the reception at around 1am (08/06/24) it was told that we do not give turndown service to the same day arrival room and when asked about my special request for 1st marriage anniversary , it was told that i will check and come back to you but did not get any call which was very unprofessional.Being a Marriott brand This is really unacceptable and unprofessional.kindly look into it and find ways to improve as it really needs better understanding about the job. Guest handling was not upto the standard Thank you
