GGastnutzerGood for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics.
The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool.
At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all.
The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there.
As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

Solange ich nicht zufrieden war, rief ich am Tag vor dem Check-in an und fragte nach einigen Vorlieben für das Zimmer. Ich sagte, ich wünsche mir eine bessere Aussicht. Leiser. Als ich am nächsten Tag eincheckte, bekam ich daher einen Eingang im ersten Stock und konnte nur zwei niedrige Grünpflanzen im Fenster sowie das Kommen und Gehen der Bewohner und Mitarbeiter sehen. Es gibt keine Gazevorhänge im Raum. Wenn die Vorhänge geschlossen sind, ist die Innenbeleuchtung insgesamt sehr schwach. Dann rief ich im Gästezimmer an, um mich zu erkundigen, und mir wurde gesagt, dass es keinen Gazevorhang und keinen Platz zum Umziehen gäbe. Wenn Sie dies nicht möchten, können Sie auf eigene Kosten ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer durchführen, mit einem Rabatt von 980 pro Nacht. Nach der Kommunikation mit den zusammenlebenden Menschen ist kein Upgrade erforderlich. Es gab also keine Lösung, also legte ich einfach auf, schloss die Vorhänge und ging schlafen. Ich möchte im Resort kein Geld ausgeben. Hat er mich nicht angerufen, als ich gerade ein Nickerchen gemacht habe? Ich bin aufgewacht und habe gesagt, dass ein Zimmer frei sei und ich in einer halben Stunde nach oben ziehen könne. Dann wachte ich aus meinem Nickerchen auf und hatte Kopfschmerzen. Nach dem Umkleideraum war das Fenster kaputt und konnte nicht geschlossen werden, so dass viele Insekten hineinflogen. Drei Leute kamen, um sich die Reparatur anzusehen, und am Ende bestand die Bitte nur darin, die Tür zu schließen. Wir haben nicht mehr geöffnet. Im Zimmer wurden vier Insekten gefangen. Der erste Tag des Eincheckens war wirklich nicht angenehm. Dann habe ich mich zwei Tage lang normal hingelegt und bin gegangen. Es geht ziemlich schnell, ein Auto zu rufen.
Aber ich würde nicht in Betracht ziehen, noch einmal zu kommen.

小陳服務非常貼心 還主動幫忙指引找不到路的外賣小哥 下着雨還跑出去幫忙拿外賣 晚上還準備了晚安奶 各種要求也會馬上響應
房間衞生乾淨 床品也很舒服 就是燈光有點暗 然後如果能有一個小的桌椅能在房間喝杯咖啡吃點東西就讚了
早餐雖然簡單 但是搭配也可以 還貼心的給狗狗煮了雞蛋
大樂之野的處在桃花源裏面 環境非常棒 下次天氣好的時候再帶狗子來玩
酒店的咖啡也不錯 總之很滿意

GGuest UserDas Zimmer ist gut, japanischer Stil, unterhalb des Balkons trinken und Tee trinken, im Meer schütteln, im Meer gelegt und im Pool gespielt. Das Hotel ist sehr enthusiastisch und muss ihnen im Voraus mit dem Essen sagen, weil ich nicht weiß, und nachdem ich ankam, hat die Tante Eierreis verbrannt, sehr lecker, eine große Menge langsam, Unsere Familie hat drei Früchte gegessen. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass das Frühstück am nächsten Tag noch groß ist. Weißer Reis mit Eier, Mais, ein kleines Gemüsesalat und ein eigenes Sandwich. Ich habe vergessen, das Foto zu machen.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Was the service mediocre? Yes
Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

It turns out to be a very nice place: it's right in the OldTown area, walk thru the Boutique with nice silk clothes and stuff
Fortunately we picked the Ground Level as we have big suitcases; wouldnt be happy to carry them upstairs.
The Room is well equipped with nice bed, pillows and beddings. Bathroom is well equipped, clean and smells good.
They do have a Spa but it's outdoor and we were too tired to go out.
There's tea and teapot supplied and you can have a sip after the walks around the area.
The Location is first-class: just a few steps to the action. I think I really love this HanXun Old Town; it's not too busy compared to the other Old Town, and it's full of Locals!
Most remarkable is the friendliness: Before we check-in I text them and they gave me the exact location for our Vehicle (since the access to the Old Town is quite challenging). If you have large suitcases and dont like climbing up stairs, I would strongly recommend you to contact them beforehand.
And on our check-out date, we have to return to ShangHai, a nice gentleman was very helpful, he helped us to talk to the Drivers and found us a suitable Transport. He spent over 30-minutes with us and we were very grateful.
If there is one thing I would recommend for improvement, perhaps the young man can slow-down in his smoking.
My husband and I have been smokers, but we have both quit. Hope he will do so one day for his health sake.

LLangmandezhui該酒店應該是別墅區，然後業主委託統一管理的感覺。小區環境還是挺好的，早晨起來散個步也很不錯。
服務基本説不上吧。畢竟不是專業酒店。衹能説你入住的時候，房間全部整理好了。會有管家把你帶到別墅。
訂酒店的時候，沒有注意到，雙人床就是一張1.5米的大床。
房間的衞生大體還是可以的。但是不能細看。
早餐一般，期望值不能太高。
但是，如果是朋友家一起出行，還是合適的，如果不是要求很高的話，畢竟客廳大家一起坐着聊聊天，吃吃夜宵還是不錯的。
