Zweite Wahl von Ayahu. Ich habe vor dem Besuch in Ayahu geblieben. Diesmal habe ich mit Freunden gereist. Ich habe Ayahu immer noch nicht zögern gewählt. Ich habe mich nicht enttäuscht. Ich habe zwei Nächte gelebt. Ich habe einen Tag ins Zimmer gespielt. Ich habe gefunden, dass das Zimmer schon sehr sauber war und der ganze Aufenthalt nicht gestört wurde. Die kleinen Brüderinnen im Hotelhall sind auch sehr enthusiastisch und bieten auch warmes Wasser. Sehr intim.

The lobby is warm and cozy. The room is quite clean. Even the carpeted corridors are clean. The only downfall was that it took long to get warm in the room. I slept with cold feet because the aircon takes forever to heat up the room. You can’t even heat up the room while you go out for dinner because the access card work for both the door and electric plugs and switches.
It’s pretty convenient here, there’s a street filled with food stores right next to the hotel and down the street there are clothing stores, Sephora and a huge h&m

GGastnutzerWas für eine wunderbare Überraschung, als wir hier ankamen. Die Zimmer sind alle anders und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist erschreckend und der Pool ist perfekt. Das Restaurant ist nicht sehr lang, aber alles, was wir geschmackten, war wirklich lecker. Das Personal ging oben und darüber hinaus, um uns zu helfen, einen Fahrer zu finden, Orte zu besuchen in der Nähe, reservieren Tische und Antworten auf Fragen, die wir von CDC hatten. Sie teilten ihre Wechat-Kontakte bei der Eincheckung und waren sehr responsiv.
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, auch unsere Kinder. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort sehr.

Nachdem wir das ruhige Bergdorf betreten und durch einen Bambuswald bergauf geklettert waren, wurde das an den Berg gebaute Hotel enthüllt. Der enthusiastische Service des Butlers im Geschäft ist erstklassig. Die Köche im Laden sind erstklassig. Das Highlight ist, dass es außerhalb des Hotels eine heiße Quelle gibt. Der Vorschlag meines begleitenden Freundes war erfolgreich und im neuen Jahr läuft alles reibungslos

GGastnutzerNach dem zweiten Besuch übernachtete ich zum ersten Mal im Hauptgebäude. Dieses Mal entschied ich mich für die Hütte, was sich großartig anfühlte! Ich dachte, es wäre mühsam, das Auto auf Reisen abzuholen und zu parken, aber es ist tatsächlich sehr praktisch. Sie können ein Auto auch über das Mini-Programm reservieren. Zuerst hatte ich Angst, dass der Wasserpark kalt sein würde, aber nachdem ich dort war, war es wirklich heiß! Außerdem schickte unsere Haushälterin am Tag vor der Abreise verschiedene freundliche Erinnerungen und schickte nach der Ankunft das Gepäck auf das Zimmer. Vielen Dank! Werde beim nächsten Mal weiter wählen.

AAdventureDadDie Lage ist schön im Berg mit fantastischen Blicken abgesperrt. Das Personal war super hilfreich und freundlich und versucht, unseren Aufenthalt so nett wie möglich zu machen. Sie nahmen uns zu einem großen Sonnenuntergang, zeigten uns einen Tank, wo wir einen entzündbaren Dingy verwendeten und setzten ein Teleskop auf, um den Supermond zu sehen. Unsere Hunde lieben es, mit ihrem Hund DiDi zu spielen. Leider gab es einige Probleme, die wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Unterbeschäftigung und der tiefen Zeiten zu verursachen waren. Wir kamen früh an und sie waren genügend freundlich, um uns das Zimmer zu benutzen, obwohl sie vielleicht einen beschleunigten Job gemacht haben, die Zimmer waren nicht sauber, die frischen Bettwäsche waren nicht richtig gewaschen und hatten einige Schmutzfarben. Wir gingen nach unten zum Pool und es gab eine tote Frosch und viele Bugs flogen dort, meine Jungs verbrachten etwas Zeit, um es zu reinigen, so dass sie schwimmen konnten, aber wir sahen niemanden, der das Pool während unseres Besuchs reinigt. Die gemeinsamen Toiletten unten waren ziemlich zerstörerisch und wurden nicht während unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt. Während unseres Aufenthalts mussten wir um tägliche Reinigung und leeren die rubinen Bügel, die sie sporadisch gemacht haben. Das Hotel ist auch in großer Notwendigkeit für Reparatur und Wartung. Die Hauptattraktion war der Pool, aber viele Fliesen waren aus dem Boden gekommen und es gab viele scharfe Kanten, die warten, um einige delikate Füße zu schneiden. Die Dusche hat das ganze Badezimmer überschwemmt, die Mitarbeiter waren sich der Frage bewusst und hoffentlich an einem Punkt angegangen werden kann. Die Türmanage zum Balkon war fast abgestürzt, weil Sie sehr schwer zu ziehen, um sie zu schließen. Das Essen war großartig und muss vorbestellt werden. Sie müssen vielleicht doppelt überprüfen, dass sie die Bestellung erhalten haben, da es einige Verwirrung gab, die Gerichte nicht mehr verfügbar (Wir fanden auf dem Abendessentisch) und sie aus Reis laufen.
Insgesamt ist es ein schöner Ort, die sie nur ständig Wartung und mehr Personal zu bekommen, um zu helfen Reinigung, dann wird es ein fantastisches Ort.

AanotheritchieWhat a fantastic villa and a wonderful stay. We arrived later at night but we’re still greeted by our friendly hosts at the carpark. The girls at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable … their service was excellent tending to our every need, they had even pre-warmed our room before our arrival (we stayed in the middle of winter). We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that we’ve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm it’s good, made from a proper machine. Overall fantastic stay, incredible hosts and scenic surrounding areas to explore

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und Bilder haben wir uns für einen Aufenthalt hier entschieden.
Die Lage liegt am Fuße der Berge neben einer stark befahrenen Straße. Ich denke, die Lage ist in Ordnung, wenn man tagsüber zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Orten fährt. Das Hotelgelände ist etwas unordentlich, besonders hinter dem Poolbereich, vielleicht sind noch Bauarbeiten im Gange?
Wir wohnten im obersten Stockwerk im Dachgeschoss, daher hatte das Zimmer eine seltsame Form und war ziemlich dunkel, da es nur ein kleines Fenster gab.

Nachteile (nicht so gut):
Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße und ist daher aufgrund des Verkehrs sehr laut.
Der Parkplatz und das umliegende Hotelgelände sind schlammig, sodass Sie schmutzige Schuhe und schmutzige Hunde ins Zimmer bringen.
Matratze liegt auf dem Boden. Der Blick geht auf die Hauptstraße – nicht so schön
Der Fernseher ist sehr klein
Kein Wanderweg in der Nähe
Im Winter ist der Boden eiskalt, man braucht Hausschuhe
Wenn Sie nur hier sind, um im Zimmer zu bleiben und nichts zu tun, dann könnte es Ihnen gefallen.
Ich empfehle nicht, im 4. Stock, dem Dachgeschoss, zu übernachten.
Wenn Sie Ruhe und Landschaft suchen und in den Bergen sein möchten, ist dieses Hotel nicht das Richtige für Sie.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel liegt unter dem Berg, die Seilbahn ist auf dem Berg. Als wir am Hotel waren, war es eine Vip Seilbahn, die neben dem Hotel auf dem Berge ist. Aber leider ist die Seilbahn in der Reparatur, als wir gingen, also muss ich einen Fahrwagen zum anderen Seilbahnhof setzen. Es ist nicht sehr weit von 10 Minuten entfernt. Das Zimmer ist warm, sehr warm, komfortabeler als das Klimaanlage. Der Leiter ist super vorsichtig, weil die Zeit für den Aufenthalt ein bisschen lang wartet. Ich habe speziell für Kinder etwas Snacks und Getränke geschickt. Ich muss mich in der Zeit mit dem Leiter in Verbindung setzen. Es ist im Grunde das erste Mal, dass Sie antworten. Der Aufenthalt ist großartig, das Frühstück ist auch sehr reichhaltig, es lohnt sich zu empfehlen 👍

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

JJuliaFI literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room.
This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .
