Hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt im Narada. Es war schön, für ein Wochenende aus Shanghai zu kommen. Das Personal war großartig. Besonders Liebe, die so hilfreich war. Sie hat uns eingesperrt, Beratung/Tipps angeboten und sichergestellt, dass wir uns umgekehrt haben. Das Hotel hat die Frühlinge in einem Perk. Ein schöner Weg nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und das Abendessen im Hotel war ziemlich gut. Etwa 40 Minuten Taxifahrt von Nanxun Ancient Town. Ich würde definitiv empfehlen, wenn Sie nach einem entspannenden Wochenende keine Frills entfernt suchen.

Der Service ist sehr gut und die Einstellung ist herzlich. Wenn es regnet, leihen sie uns einen Regenschirm! Die Lage des B&B ist sehr gut, indem Sie beim Verlassen rechts abbiegen. Sie können auch direkt vor der Tür ein Taxi nehmen, um die Altstadt zu verlassen, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Zimmer, in dem ich dieses Mal übernachtet habe, war sehr schön, geräumig, komfortabel und exquisit. Die Badezimmereinrichtungen waren auch großartig. Die Nudeln nach sowjetischer Art zum Frühstück waren besonders lecker! Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns eine tolle Unterkunft und Reiseerinnerungen beschert haben

Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr. Lady Boss war super hilfreich und freundlich. Anweisungen, das Hotel von Anfang an zu erreichen, um uns Vorschläge zu geben, wohin zu gehen.
Das Hotel war sehr sauber und es kam mit 2 Afternoon-Tee, wo wir es entlang des Flusses hatten. Der Ort war ruhig und nicht zu besetzt. Entlang des Flusses gab es viele Möglichkeiten für Mittagessen und Abendessen.
Wir hatten auch ein großes Frühstück, das vom Hotel bereitgestellt wurde. Insgesamt war es ein großer Aufenthalt und wird dieses Hotel für alle sehr empfehlen.

Dieser Ort ist schön und die Lage ist gut, da die Ansichten entlang des Flusses sind schön, vor allem in der Nacht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr bequem. Unsere Familie von 6 sind Vegetaristen, aber es gibt keine Vegetarische Essen in der Stadt NanXun. Auf Anfrage hat der Gastgeber speziell für uns ein vegetarisches Abendessen vorbereitet, das wirklich düster war. Sie haben auch Han-Kleidung, die wir für Foto-aufnahme aufsetzen könnten, und es ist kostenlos. Sehr empfohlen.

GGastnutzerTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

GGastnutzerThe service was super attentive at this hotel, far better than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was lovely and clean. The building and decor were creative and nicely done. And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

GGastnutzerNach dem zweiten Besuch übernachtete ich zum ersten Mal im Hauptgebäude. Dieses Mal entschied ich mich für die Hütte, was sich großartig anfühlte! Ich dachte, es wäre mühsam, das Auto auf Reisen abzuholen und zu parken, aber es ist tatsächlich sehr praktisch. Sie können ein Auto auch über das Mini-Programm reservieren. Zuerst hatte ich Angst, dass der Wasserpark kalt sein würde, aber nachdem ich dort war, war es wirklich heiß! Außerdem schickte unsere Haushälterin am Tag vor der Abreise verschiedene freundliche Erinnerungen und schickte nach der Ankunft das Gepäck auf das Zimmer. Vielen Dank! Werde beim nächsten Mal weiter wählen.

AAdventureDadThe location is beautifully secluded up in the mountain with fantastic views. The staff were super helpful and friendly and tried to make our stay as nice as possible. They took us to see a great sunset, showed us a reservoir where we used an inflatable dingy and rigged up a telescope to view the super moon. Our dogs loved playing with their dog DiDi. Unfortunately there were some issues most likely due to being understaffed and covid times. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us use the room however they might have done a rushed job the rooms were not clean, the fresh bedsheets had not been washed properly and had some dirt stains. We went down to the pool and there was a dead frog and lots of bugs floating in there, my boys spent some time cleaning it out so they could swim, but we did not see anyone cleaning the pool during our visit. The common toilet downstairs was pretty disgusting and was not cleaned throughout our stay. During our stay we needed to ask for daily room cleaning and emptying the rubbish bins which they did sporadically. The hotel is also in big need of repair and maintenance. The main attraction was the pool but many tiles had come off the floor and there were many sharp edges waiting to cut some delicate feet. Our shower flooded the whole bathroom, the staff were aware of the issue and hopefully at some point can be addressed. The door handle to the balcony was almost falling off because you need to pull very hard to close it. The food tasted great and needs to be preordered. You might need to double check that they received the order as there were some confusion, dishes no longer available (we found out at the dinner table) and they ran out of rice.
Overall it’s a lovely place they just need to do continued maintenance and get some more staff to help cleaning then it will be a fantastic place.

AanotheritchieWhat a fantastic villa and a wonderful stay. We arrived later at night but we’re still greeted by our friendly hosts at the carpark. The girls at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable … their service was excellent tending to our every need, they had even pre-warmed our room before our arrival (we stayed in the middle of winter). We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that we’ve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm it’s good, made from a proper machine. Overall fantastic stay, incredible hosts and scenic surrounding areas to explore

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

GGastnutzerIch sah zufällig das Naicang Botique Hotel auf Trip.com während ich nach Hotels in Moganshan suchte für ein Wochenende weg. Ich wurde von seiner Sicht sowie von der einfachen, aber modernen Design gelockt. Ich ging mit meinem Darmgefühl voran und buchte gerade eine Familiensuite und ein Doppelzimmer für mich und meine Freunde.
Sobald wir ankamen, wurden wir von dem Hotelmanager begrüßt, der auch der Besitzer ist. Wir sahen eine Gruppe von Freunden im Hotellobby hängen, was auch ein gutes Zeichen war. Der Besitzer empfahl uns Orte, um um MoganShan zu besuchen. Das Hotellobby verfügt über mehrere Arten von Unterhaltung und der Besitzer möchte Ihnen alles anbieten, was er Ihnen zu begrüßen bringen kann.

CChomiczOverpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement.
I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

GGastnutzer民宿很好的保留了古鎮的古色古香的外觀建築，地理位置很好，就在景區中間。我們定的是河景房，推開就能開到沿河的風景，樓下小院老闆裏還養了很多錦鯉，小朋友很喜歡去餵魚，前台小姐姐也很熱情。
就是這裏忍不住要吐槽一下酒店房間，設施很環境都不太好，中央空調不製冷，而且出風口的噪音很大，對於睡眠質量不太好的人，真的很難入睡。晚上睡到下半夜的時候，電視也不知道怎麼突然自己亮起來了，睡得迷迷糊糊又爬起來關電視。還有就是衞生間像是隔板隔出來的，隔音效果不太好，衞生間的門也是壞的，關不上。衞生打掃的也不是很乾凈，我們入住的時候發現角落還有很多之前房客留下的毛髮可能是阿姨打掃的時候沒注意到。希望老闆以後能夠改進一下酒店的這些細節問題，讓後面入住的客人有一個舒適的入住環境和好的印象。整體體驗感一般。
